Literally upon first opening the app I am greeted with the statement "A Best Way To Buy Gold & Silver". The first sentence I see Is In broken English? Not terribly American It seems. I love the website but I don't trust this app and whoever was really behind It's creation.

I like the app. As with all things on line there is room for improvement, yet this is an excellent platform with a reputable business. It serves it's purpose adequately in an expedient manner.

I have been using APMEX for years! I will continue to buy from them but recently I have a negative experience. I tried to sell back a handful of silver coins that they had listed for $95. Silver is current at $31 and this coin seems to have collector value. APMEX offered to take then off my hands for $28.11. We'll below the spot market and knowing full well the coins are worth well more than spot. Be careful! I advice only buying well-known silver coins and bars but make sure to price

Unfortunately, there are no negative stars to choose from! Edit a price, or # of ounces? (Portfolio tool) One has to delete the entire entry and start over 🤔. SHOPPING cart: UNABLE to "save for later" Two choices: buy it or delete it. ONCE viewed: unable to delete. Chart timeline, explain "All" ? Since AU was discovered by the Egyptians?

Really bad experience with this app. Shows you one price but when you try to pay through regular debit car it will charged almost $100 on top without warning. Then when you request a refund right away they still take more than $100 from the refund.

I love this app I would enjoy it even more if you could link your products and services to the yahoo finance stock market app that away when someone purchases a stock in the app it links to products in app will get shipped to the owner of the email address and the banking information will be correct also. And the increase and decrease calculators widget in the app along with a tax deduction calculator so everything gets calculated correctly make it to where they have to calculate all twice

Looks good so far, however as I am interested in collecting various precious metals. I find it difficult to keep track of such things if metals such as copper which you have listed is not available to keep track of in your own portfolio. Compared to others the mere fact that you list copper puts you ahead of much of the competition. I hope you guys in development can use this opinion to help further improve your app and make it the number 1 app in the world of precious metals investment.

I like to do historical comparisons to determine a trend on the value of a resource. When I go to the resource's history and select a time period to determine its value on a previous date, it only shows me the information for a ¼ of a second. I have to constantly tap the area on the history bar to get a general idea of what the information is. It's unfortunate they don't allow you to select a specific date and get to actually SEE the information and not have it flash briefly before your eyes.

I purchased 4k worth of gold and was told their software wouldn't authorize it and I had to switch to a bank transfer. Absolutely no other work around but to change payment method. I'll only pay with a cc because it protects me in the event I need to dispute a transaction. This was beyond ridiculous. Ive never had an issue paying for anything before. So disappointing to see a company with a high rating fail at basic sale transactions. I wouldn't recommend buying through this dealer.

I like the way I was able after a long search, too find a nice half dollar and stamp set that was not very expensive, but I find it very funny that the shipping cost is almost as much as the cost of the entire order. No discount for veterans, probably not one for first responders either, oh well, there's always eBay or the other big bullion sellers.

I've made several purchases from APMEX and been thoroughly satisfied thus far. I've been so impressed with not only your customer service department but the quality of the precious metals, packaging and especially the presentation quality. I'm a collector and small scale investor. I think that you have a fantastic company! EDIT One suggestion would be to lengthen the time on a silver, gold, platinum and Palladium markets when you use you the touch screen feature to at least 2 seconds, to see.

Great, simple app for many years and then they go and give it a facelift and it looks excellent when it works, but the app hardly works anymore, so what's the point? I preferred the app when it worked quickly and efficiently but was plain. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still doesn't work when I launch the app. Just a blue screen. Wait till they fix this colossal screw up before downloading!

Charts without option of tracing the price are just worthless. You can click on a spot to see a price for a second, and then it change back to current price. On top of it there is no horizontal lines so you see history but you have no idea what's the price if it's not the highest spot. They also send me a survey which was broken as well. Suggestion... invest in technology.

The app is ok I guess. But they want to charge you 3× what it actually costs to ship them. Nearly $40 for a $23 coin with shipping included. I can get the exact same coins on eBay for under $30 with shipping included. App misleads you into thinking that you're getting a "deal", but when you get to checkout it's nearl6 double what the price advertised was. They prey on people's gullibility. Shameful.....

Site not user friendly with navigation. Do a search and get a list of the items matching it. But then, I have to type in my same search query each time I want to see the next item down because it kicks me out of the list page when I go back. Suggestions: You should add predictive text search and include access to each individual item in the list consecutively after selecting the first one the list. I hate to say it... take a cue from Amazons app. Their site has all the features listed above.
