Only commission agent. No tracking no email sms update. No videos or photo of service. Its same as going to roadside service. Pathetic. No home service

They didn't ask anything without changing the parts, directly changed, and then asked for payment, it such the worst service, don't take it from this app.

The service wise it is good, but I had a bad experience with this app. I tried to book service for my another bike, but never received OTP to login. So far availed service once, but not able to request again.

This is the most unprofessional and worst service I ever had in my life. I thought that only mechanic is playing around to grab money, but these people are all together like scammers. May be I should call them Mafia.

I've given a scooter with no problems for a general service. They charged me 1800 including the fine from police that the guy who dropped was claiming... And the funniest thing is my scooter is in bad shape. Initial pull is takes a lot of time and the engine revvs a lot without actual pull. Bad decision, 😔😔 Edit : Scooter started performing well. Giving 4 stars.1 star less for that 200 police story that was made

Avoid!!!This is the worst app. It just a medium to expose vulnerable customer to gready mechanics. No background check for mechanic are done. They wil charge exobirant fee without checking with end user. Helpeesk number is also useless, they will just connect you with mechanic without doing actually anything.

This app is a complete fraud; be aware! The mechanics are untrained and only aim to extract money from you. For my Splendor Pro, I requested a basic service costing ₹899, but they charged ₹6800, claiming false issues like a faulty clutch assembly. After service, my gear change indicator was on all the time. The mechanic said it needed 2-3 days to fix, but a local shop repaired it in a minute. This shows their dishonesty and incompetence. Avoid this app at all costs.

Best experience that always visit authorised service. My classic 350 had ignition issue so bike is not starting. So booked a mechanic through app for home service. Without checking he started saying we need to take the bike to service centre. I asked atleast check the button so he opened the button and cleaned and said button is not the issue so need to take the bike to service centre. I denied and payed him the visiting charges 199. Highlight part is after he left I tried few kicks it started.

I took my bike to Apna Mechanic due to their low prices, but I ended up with a ₹6000 bill after a routine service! I specifically asked them to check the fuel meter and start button, but neither was addressed. It felt like they were more interested in upselling than providing quality service. When I raised my concerns, I received vague answers. Be cautious with their "gimmick" pricing—what seems cheap can turn out costly. I won’t be returning and recommend looking elsewhere for reliable service
