I have never seen an app like these. It is slow and doesn't respond quickly.It always says " see device connectivity " " which is annoying.If there is a rating called 0 then I will give it 0. Please learn from other competitive apps like telebirr that is fast and easy to use.

It has a very complex, inconvenient to use, and at most heavy step, I don't understand why it is supposed to be like that. All in all, I couldn't use it for anything other than wasting time. As a banker, it's hard for me to think about what other customers are going through. I reilly disappointing.

The idea is good but the application isn't. It constantly crashes even when it's not open, it is slow, couldn't authenticate faces. And it's getting worse in every update.

Apollo App Developers, I'm writing to express my disappointment with the underperformance of the Apollo app. The app freezing repeatedly has prevented me from completing urgent personal and business transactions, leading others to question my loyalty and reliability. Additionally, the microloan feature denied my requests without valid reasons. I kindly request that you prioritize resolving these issues professionally. Hope to see a few improvements in the app's performance soon, as solutions.

Apollo was good when it first came out, but now it doesn't even load. It gets stuck loading after the new update!

Frustrating experience. Crashes frequently, ask to enable internet connection despite having a good internet speed, unresponsive most of the times takes too long to process every action. You simply can't rely on it.

I don't know What happened to Abyssinia bank these days. They used to be known for their efficiency and customer friendly services. Apollo app very heavy, unfriendly and unguaranteed and a big disappointment!

The app always crashes even without using it, and the digitalized card doesn't work. The ATM machine says "re-insert the card" even though i repeatedly tap my phone in the ATM machine NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Disappointing Experience I recently downloaded this app hoping for a positive experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The app frequently crashes, making it nearly unusable. Additionally, the interface is cluttered and unintuitive, making navigation frustrating. I hope the developers address these issues in future updates to improve the user experience.

The app crashes constantly, even when it's not open. I had to uninstall it because the crash pop-ups repeatedly disrupted my experience with other apps. It had cool ideas but didn't follow through on them. Also, there was a funny and kind of useless feature: OTP via email. Even if you receive the OTP, the section where you enter the OTP value can't accept user input. I don't understand the thinking behind this.
