The app isn't working out of nowhere. It was just fine yesterday, is it only for Androids that this is happening? " An iPhone User was able to still use the app like nothing was wrong" Please fix !!

App worked well until last update. Now there is no access to the timers as that menu has disappeared, the smaller color wheel has disappeared, and there is a black bar across the bottom blocking the presets and bottom menu. Reinstalled the app and nothing changed. If not corrected soon I will have to buy new lights and certainly will choose a different brand. If corrected I will change this review accordingly.

The lights work great but the app does not. Suddenly, there is a thick white bar covering the bottom of the app so I cannot access the timer or any of the controls, and the drop down bars on the upper left are obscured, only one bar is showing and it is unresponsive. Creators, please fix this as I know I'm not the only one. It's normally a great app and I love it so please fix it. Thank you. Edit: Came back to give a 5 star rating. An update suddenly appeared and the app is working perfectly now

I like that you can change the color and brightness but you can do that with the remote the lights come with. I was excited for the lights to sync with the music I have on my phone (via the app), but all it does is change the colors extremely fast. It hurts my eyes and it doesn't match with the music. Additionally, my favorite color is purple and unfortunately that's the one color that looks like blue when you use the remote and app. I wouldn't say the app adds much besides a timer.

The app is okay overall, I have had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times to get it to connect with the lights. It has a wide range of colors but that's like the only thing good about this app. I would like the ability to make my own color transitions and combinations. The music section needs to be updated as well. With that being said I do not recommend this brand. If you are looking for quality LEDs I recommend Geeni led light strips

Overall, the app is functional. I'm willing to give it 5 stars with some upgrades. The first update would be the ability to delete lights because our kids have them in there rooms, but the app automatically adds each set of lights to my group. If there is a way to do it that I have overlooked I'm willing to admit my wrong. The second would be the ability to include my music apps to sync with the lights because it only plays music from my phone's storage.

This app has worked for me and the LED strip lights I had for a long time (Approximately 10 months) but has randomly decided that it won't connect to my device anymore. I can't even find any way to repair my lights in the app to make them function again. Even when the app did work it was very slow and laggy to use with my lights.

Okay, the app is fine.. but my only complaint is they need to add more music features like for example, add your own music. Also, something that they need to fix is the app randomly connects to other people's lights. I have a brother, and he has LED lights as well and his connected to mine out of nowhere. The last thing I have to say is that they seriously need to stop making the lights disconnect. Like bro, I'm trying to litterally change my light color and it won't work. Three stars.

Could be better. Does not have a option for chasing colors, you cannot set a single color to dance with the music and it does not follow the beat of the music fully. Otherwise it does give a few more options that the remote doesnt have but it would be nice to be able to select multiple colors and have them chase around the room.

The lights that go with this are pretty good, but the app stopped working entirely for them. I worked all yesterday, but come today they won't respond. I verified that they are connected view the chain link being together in the menu, just won't respond. Lights aren't broken because the remote still controls them. Would love to have a solution for the app.

It's ok. The app works most of the time after a short delay, and it's fun to change the colors on the wheel. I wish the styles had more options, or that I had the option to make my own style. The jump changes and strobes are awful on the eyes and are unusable. I wish I could tell it face between specific colors. As it is, I can only really use it for one static color.

It's great, but there's a sad absence of customizable transition 'styles.' There's a good handful of presets, but they're all bare and limited. Also, the default rainbow pulse has this annoying part where it snaps to white at the end. I'd like to make my own custom transition style with no white in it, but I can't- that's not a feature. If this app is capable of producing an alternating red/blue pulse, surely it can handle a simple custom set of instructions. Please implement that!

The app is alright, its nice being able to have a different set of transitions, and they do the basic functions properly like changing the color fine without delay. However if you're going to add an app to help customize the lights a bit, you should be providing more customizable options. For example, custom color transtions if the user wants them. I dont want to be stuck with a basic blue pulse, maybe I want just a fade from a blue, to purple, to white, for ambiance. Make it more customizable.

I've never had a connection issue and the app seems to run just fine for me, but like most people, I wish the music section was updated. Options to dim the lights during music, or having the strobes actually sync with the songs would be nice. The ability to use outside music apps would be awesome. And the timers can be late by as much as an hour. Other than those things, great app.

App works exactly as expected. You can turn on/off the lights, change the mode/colors. Give a much wider range of colors than the remote. An unexpected feature was the ability to group your lights and change them all at once. Also, the scheduler seems useful, but I haven't used it yet. What I don't like is the music option. It's too sensitive and basically just cycles through the colors quickly.

I like being able to choose the range of colors, though there aren't actually customizable options. I've been trying to connect to the music tab since I downloaded the app, but it can't be used unless the "nearby devices" permission is on - and it HAS been on the entire time. Not sure if this is an issue only on my device? The lights briefly wouldn't connect at first because "you need to download an app to connect to this device," though the app was already downloaded. It's glitchy.

Please add more options with the play to music feature. Please make it so you can only do one color and do different styles and please make it so you can turn the brightness up and down when playing to music. If you do this and a few other upgrades, I guarantee that these lights would be sold so much more. And you'd get a 5 star from me. Also, a tip for others with the play with music feature. Start as low with the sensitivity and go up from there. The less the better with the rainbow strobe.

this app is 'meh' everything works great, and I love that you can set times to turn the lights on and off. the only down side, is that you aren't able to have 2 different colors on both of your devices listed under the same name. And for non technical people (like myself) I think that the app can be set up to be a little bit more user friendly :)

I've used this app for approximately 5 years now, recently there was an update where I wasn't able to access certain menus due to a black bar blocking it. but after a quick email they responded right away and made an update. It literally took about 20 minutes from start to finish. I'll have to keep on buying lights if their customer service is this fast :D
