Purchased Lifetime license. Big mistake. When they update the app, they launch it without verifying all features function. So the reverse cast and control from one android device to another no longer functions. CS tried to help, but the developers claimed they needed a detailed description of the problem. Went round and round with CS trying different fixes, to no avail. The cost of the Lifetime purchase was $60, but the cost of the wasted time effort was much worse.

Malware. Spikes CPU with hundreds of processes that cannot be force quit—they all just respawn. Zombie app embeds in system, nearly impossible to clean out. Nowhere on main website does it say it needs mobile app installed along with desktop app. I only tried this because my screen was broken. An hour after trying get it to work, call to tech support says it needs a working screen. Waste of my goddamned time—corrupted my system.

Nice when it works, but it's been problematic for me quite a lot. Previously I had trouble with the screen mirror responding to my mouse commands and I gave up trying, I had contacted their support and they couldn't help. I tried it again today and the app is telling me that I don't have the right USB driver installed. I downloaded the suggested driver, tried to install it, but I'm told by Windows: The best drivers for your device are already installed. Not going to bother with their support this time. If the app worked reliably, I'd pay the subscription, but not as buggy as it has been.

It's a little laggy but works great on my Galaxy S10 to my macbook. Tried both wifi and USB. While WiFi can't control the phone through the computer, USB worked quite well. The minor annoyances are not being able to move the phone screen all the way to the top (some sort of invisible border) and the mirror screen resolution is limited to 1080p even on my 4K monitor, which makes the screen not look sharp. Hope they improve on that front in the future. I am considering purchasing lifetime sub.

Just downloaded and installed software. I could see the phone screen on my PC, but couldn't interact with it. Watermark was mildly annoying. However, the main reason for the 1 start rating is it doesn't list the cost of the software until after you download it. The use case I have for this software is very limited in scope and not worth me signing up to a subscription. If I would have known the cost of this software prior to downloading, I would have skipped looking into this software. However, based on the number of positive reviews, I suspect that this most likely is good software for the people with the appropriate use case.

Took forever to set up, then my computer crashed and "coincidentally," the hard drive went out, and my phone won't charge via USB (says there's moisture detected... there is absolutely no reason for there to be any moisture in my phone, and the computer was working fine before). This app is most likely malware. It also doesn't work anyway.

I paid for the subscription to mirror streaming videos to a Windows 10 tablet while I'm on the road, thinking it would be a more pleasant viewing experience than viewing on a phone screen. Got it all installed, discovered I had to pay to enlarge the PC app to full screen. Downloaded the video on Amazon Prime Video... No pic. Black screen. Sound only. Start trouble shooting... apparently some providers such as youtube, Netflix, and others (including Amazon apparently) protect their content by blacking out the mirrored screen. Well hell... had I known that tidbit before hand I'd not have paid for the lifetime subscription!!! Uninstalling everything.

I can finally give this app a five-star rating. I was within two days of my one-year subscription ending, and was thinking of canceling out. The reason was that Android USB to Windows flat-out didn't work. The program was good through Wi-Fi, but you didn't have access to your keyboard or mouse. There were pages of users complaining about this with no apparent solutions. And then, just like that, the problem resolved across all of my Android devices. They fixed it. And in HD, no less. Bravo!

This app has saved me from touching my phone so many times it is beyond belief. It is a true time saver to have control of my phone on my desk while I am working on other things. Text messages via a website only work so well compared to actually using the native phone app! Only thing I do not like is how warm my screen gets from being on all day but by nature, I don't see a way that my phone could be mirrored without the screen being on.

Galaxy Note 9 - This app does exactly what I need it to. It works well, very low lag, good screen reproduction, and best of all, it doesn't use a 3rd party system to send or receive messages. I've looked for an app like this but others require rooting your phone or use a web-based system to control your phone through their servers. This app is the best I've found, with more than adequate performance.

Definitely not a 'trivial' app, may test your 'patience' level with all the 'knobs & switches' one has to operate in your phone and PC in order to get it going, but once you do get it going is all worth it. And with a really good online knowledge base and fast support, you can't go wrong with this - especially when Samsung decided to 'kill' the HDMI support after the S5... no more extra BLE keyboards and mice, all in one place. Very good!

This app is worthless. I followed the instructions to the letter and it would not connect. It told me I could connect using a QR code. So I opened the QR scanner through the app. Pointed it at the code on my laptop screen, it would stop scanning and nothing would happen. I even tried connecting through the wifi. It didnt work. Then I tried to connect through a usb cable. It still wont connect. Dont even waste your time.

1. The desktop app opens every time i boot my PC, and i can't stop it from doing so. That's an automatic 2 stars, because I'm FED UP with apps that insist on starting whenever i stay my computer. 2. Crashes often. 3. Doesn't keep phone lockscreen from taking over every 60 seconds! 4. Free version won't scale up image on pc, and has giant watermark in middle of screen, which I'm not counting against it, because free, but people should be warned before wasting their time on it.

The desktop pop ups are so damned annoying. I've been getting the battery charging notices so often it's not funny and worse yet they don't GO AWAY on their own. It's very distracting and has me thinking of deleting them. I mean that's how bad/annoying they are. I don't mind an status update when the phone is charging. Maybe whenthe charge hits 5% points let me know. But it's like every time it gets a minute closer to charging it puts up a desktop notice!! Who does that?! I have tried to stop it from doing it and there's no way to disable it. I suppose that's a "paid for extra" and they ensure to annoy you enough to make you want to/have to buy it to save your sanity? Idk. But if they don't offer me a solution I'm deleting it. I can't afford to lose desktop space on my laptop.

Doesn't mirror streaming apps! The whole reason why I downloaded this app was so that I can mirror my HBO Now app. I'm so glad that I did the trial version first. You get nothing but a black screen. Other streaming services such as Netflix Hulu excetera can be accessed from Safari or chrome. HBO Now app is a stand-alone app, will not work. I found several ther people complaining but never a solution was offered.

I bought this software to be able to see on my PC what my camera on my Android phone sees from above. I jumped through all the hoops of making sure the debugging is on and other set up issues, which took some time and research. I am able to see the screen of my phone on my PC, but when I rotate the app to landscape mode on PC, the landscape mode of my phone is shown in portrait mode. waste of money as it defeats the purpose for me. Their "help" wasnt much help.

It sounded like the dream, but reality set in quickly: it doesn't work, for starters. Connect to same Wi-Fi, restarted both devices, tried using QR code, nada. The awesome ability to send messages from your computer? Behind a premium pay wall. And it won't leave my phone's notification tray. If you're going to be insistently and annoyingly visible, the least you can do is function properly. Uninstalling asap.

Wow!! There is nothing you can do with the "trial" version. Can't go full screen, giant watermark across the screen, navigation UI is not friendly at all. Best part is uninstalling the app from my PC. The app wouldn't even close!! I had to go into the app's folder on my hard drive, find the uninstall application, and manually uninstall from my PC. There are many other screen mirroring apps out there that all do the same thing and the "pro" versions costs way less than this one. Yikes!!!

Thought this would be bad based on the ratings, but it's actually good. It let's you control the phone wirelessly and the picture quality and phone skins make this one stand out. A little bit of ads to make you upgrade, which is fair to fund a sustainable solution. Free version is time limited to 10 min. and there is a watermark - that is about it. Better than the rest, 5 stars from me.

Garbage. Doesn't work at all. They just send you down a rabbit whole on your computer. They had me download usb drivers from samsung and it still didn't work. I tried doing it wirelessly, and still wouldn't work for everything I tried. I dont have wifi at my house, but u still have my mobile data. All I wanted to do was put phone screen to puter screen. But no. I need to go through the fattest rabbit whole and/or spend all my money on this app or wifi
