I am unable to see complete bank statement. Also this app doesn't reflect the total balance of the account with each transaction. Thus, it's really hard to keep a track on the account balance with each transaction. Also, sometimes, this app suddenly logoff or we need to enter login credentials multiple times to enter the application. Also, there is no option to translate the contents of the page to English which makes things really difficult for non-spanish speaking people.

The app has a really outdated look, it's slow, at a times very un reliable, it fails often, does not display content at a times, at midnight it almost certain that it will be on maintenance so no chance to unlock your card. The credit card can be lock, but not the debit card which is a major issue of security. It really needs a lot of work to be a good bank application

It's not practical. The reason i downloaded the app was because i don't have much time to go to the bank on a daily basis, however it constantly requires me to visit whatever location is "close by" (if any) and work on their limited schedule during most-of-the-people's business hours. If the app locks me out, which has been frequent, lately, i need to wait until something (i'm not sure what) gets done so that i can even see my statements. Worth noting, this app cannot lock cards at your leasure.

I have two qualms with this app. First off, sometimes it will log you out, then when you try to log back in it won't let you because it says you have an active login (which you got logged out of). That's very inconvenient. On top of that, sometimes it won't show you movements as old as 2 weeks, what good is a banking app if it lags for that long? Everything else is functional, however there isn't an option to cancel scheduled payments / transfers in the app so be careful with that.

Had a transaction fail, but the bank didn't return my money for a month. When they finally approved it they sent me to a location that no longer existed, making me waste hours away from my job. Even after it was resolved, I've spent days unable to access my money in "Ahorro Fácil" with no explanation given. Overall, it is a terribly unreliable app paired with extremely cumbersome customer service.

I can't turn on Mobile NetKey because I can't type the code in manually. This is an absolute failure of an app. I asked the support representatives at my local Banamex, and they didn't help me at all. Don't ever open an account with Banamex - they'll screw you over. :(

Sometimes it just doesn't work. And keeps this way even was months ago I wrote this review. UPDATE: I'm using it this days and it's working much better, it keeps having trouble opening the cards but it's ok. UPDATE NEW APP: no me gusta que no separe el pago para no generar intereses, de las compras que se tienen a meses, es confuso.

lamentablemente no se puede bloquear ni cancelar la tarjeta de débito en la app solo la tarjeta de crédito osea si te roban tu tarjeta de débito se pueden robar todo tu dinero que triste sadly you can't block or cancel your debit card from the app so if someone steals your debit card not a lot you can do you can only block your credit card

I honestly don't like this app to much because I'm not able to transfer money I have to go to the bank to activate it that option and everytime I request the plastic card the app it's never able to reach the server so this app sucks

The app itself works ok...but the fact that you have to go to the bank itself every time you want to set up the digital token is one of the worst user experiences in my opinion.

This is, by far, the worst app and bank you could ever have the misfortune to have in your life. You cannot perform any single operation with it. Every time you want to perform an operation, it pops up a message saying that I need a netkey for the operation and, guess what?, to get a netkey you have to go to the bank itself. This whole thing defeats the purpose of having a mobile device and app in the first place. The only reason I have this piece of garbage is because of my employer.

Now this app is as mediocre as the bank. I do not care about the notifications of this app, but yet, it will not open if that permission is not granted. Evidently this bank is trying to save on SMS costs, that would explain this dumb feature. Although this could be useful in the following way: now any SMS (which surely will be for marketing purposes) from this bank can be blocked.

This app is terrible. If you change or reset your phone you have to go to a physical bank to have your Netkey reinstated (so archaic). Without it you can't do basically anything. Then their banks close at 4:00 p.m. so no one with a regular job can go. Avoid this bank at all costs.

don't bother it's the worst service I've ever experienced. needed to make a payment on my credit card for the first time and they couldn't find my info. Not even my phone number was registered and they gave me a credit card!!!! so insane. I spoke with 3 different people and spent 45min trying to figure it out and they just : sorry the system can't validate your credentials or whatever. I'm so upset because I couldn't make the payment on time and they just suggested going to the bank in person.
