Useless. Never logged in, and when trying forget password process the URL from the email takes me to the app store. If you don't want https as part of the practice's URL, build logic to strip it. Or logic to not include it as part of the automated email sent by the Dr office. I copied the URL directly from the email sent by the Dr office, and it included https. Don't force end users to clean it up. Overall the app has been a frustrating waste of my time.

Just a pain to set up. Initial login and for a password, which you don't yet have. So you have to go through a lengthy forgot password step, wait for an email, click the link inside, open the app, and you are right back on the page you started, with no way to reset the password. I never was able to get signed in. This app is total garbage.

Worst app ever. Said I was locked out and to call the office. No one there knew anything about it. So I tried to reset password as a work around. The link they send sends me right back to where I started with no ability whatsoever to reset a password. Too bad I really like using patient portals as a way to communicate but this app is not the one to use. I guess I will try to sign in without the app and see if that works.

Was sent a link from my provider to download the app, but wasn't given a password. The password reset request just links you back to the app store, and doesn't actually do anything. There's no form of desktop support to fix this issue, making it impossible to login unless you set up the account yourself, which generally wouldn't be the case.

Awful app. Like others, I couldn't get past the login screen. If your doctor's office sets you up with a web login accessible via desktop browser first, you can use those credentials to log into it. Otherwise, the links to set up your account and/or reset your password just plain don't work on my phone. Tapping on them just brings me to this app page in the App Store, not to the app itself. Terrible initial experience for the doctor's office in question.

This app is trash. I get all the way thru the e-visit and the clipboard page will not work. You can't skip it, all you can do is cancel the visit. I called technical support. First she told me that she couldn't talk to me because I was the patient and she had no answer as to why the button to call technical support was available on the app if we aren't supposed to call it. Then she put me on hold for ten minutes while she called my doctor's office, only to come back and try to help me. Try being the operative word there. You see, I had already done the most basic of basic troubleshooting, turning off and on, uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting the phone, etc. She starts to take me through these options, I follow her directions and keep getting the same error, just as I knew I would. And she keeps telling me to close out of the app and start over. It takes at least five minutes to go through all the stupid questions and photos to get to the clipboard page. I ended up hanging up because the technical support was so unhelpful. Trash app.

I have experience getting spammed by my medical provider to install the app with every practice interaction, which includes a monstrously long link that could be simplified. I then install the app and immediately get directed to use a computer before I ever login to the app. I go to my computer and need a password, as I have an assigned user name. I get the password reset email that loads a blank page. I'm sorry, I'm uninstalling. Hopefully they get a real app, this is half baked at best.

This is the worst app I e ever encountered. Every text or email I get from simply takes me back to Google Play. When I open the app it asks for the practice URL (which I did not have, but eventually was able to get) and asks me to sign in. However, it never gave me an option to create a username or password. I finally found their preselected username for me embedded in the LONG link they sent. I hit "forgot password" and they sent an email to change it, but the link just went back to GPlay.

Horrible experience. The 2nd link in email works if you choose Pocket Patient to open it. Figured that out but when I went in to check in and denied access to my location for a pharmacy, it appeared as it wanted me to search the map for the location but could not enter search criteria or select a location...it locked me up. Had to back out and login again. This time it wanted me to enable biometric data which I said maybe later. I was then brought back to the login screen. Could not finish

Pointless app. I received the text with two links. The first one is too download the app, then the second one is supposed to take you to set up your account. Didn't work. I had to really look at the url, which gives the username and the correct url for the doctors office. I clicked to reset password, got the email but the link just takes you over to download the app. Waste of time. I hope my Dr's office didn't pay to use this.... if they did they were scammed.

You asked whether the app looks bad visually. That is so irrelevant it's beyond silly. When setting up I needed to confirm my password and it repeatedly told me it didn't match. So I hit log in (or whatever it was) and I was in as though my passwords matched. It makes me wonder just how secure the sight and app really are. This I do know: it's not working correctly.

Horrible experience. After I Downloaded the app to my Android, I filled in the ton of info that's required to login, but the link sent via email took me back to the play store. Once I got past that nightmare, the login page did not recognize my password and when I tried to change the password using the link provided, I was redirected to a blank page. Uninstalled!

I got a text with two links. The second link doesn't work, it just opens the app store. I also needed a PW reset. The PW reset email has another link in it that just opens the app store again. Also, all of these links have my username in plain text which is AWFUL for security. Don't use this app. It's insecure and doesn't work. Also, if you email the address on this app store page, it gets rejected so there's no way to contact them. This might be a scam app.

First time user setup is extremely buggy. Password would not set. Had to call the doctor's office to fix it. Once it's taken care of however the app works. Interface is very spartan and slapped together. Check the Settings to ensure you're using your front camera for your doc and also set it at a high quality. App gives you notice when doctor rings you up and also connects seamlessly. Audio and video quality is high. They need to work out the login issues. Very frustrating first experience

The other one stars are right. When resetting your password it sends an email. The email has a link and I made sure to read everything clearly. The link then takes you back to the app where it prompts you to log in again with no way to reset your password. This needs fixing as soon as possible because people cannot fill out the paperwork they're supposed to fill out before going to an appointment.

792. That is the # of times I had to tap the screen of this app just to enter my birthdate. So I could log the heck into the system. 792. Are you kidding me? Whoever developed the date entry portion of this program should be horse whipped, tarred and feathered and then never be allowed to program another software application ever again. My dr office can now enter all the other dates requested by the system for meds, surgeries etc as I refuse. Absolutely refuse. Worst system ever!!!

Entering my birth date to log in was the worst experience. I had to tap what seemed like 5 minutes to get to the correct month/day/year. The password reset process is faulty as the email link sent to me brought me right back to the log in screen!! This is the worst app I've ever couldn't use. I was forced to give it one star but zero stars would be more appropriate.

this app worked, but now it has locked me out of my own account for no reason, and I can't get in, and there's no technical support number to call and my physician office has no clue as to why this happened. i will uninstall and re-install it and see what happens ... if it works, I'll add more stars, but for now, this app sucks and is a waste of time and internal space on my phone! UPDATE: IT'S STILL HORRIBLE!! WILL NOT GIVE ANYMORE ENERGY TO THIS APP! 😤 UNINSTALLED FOREVER!

Compared to apps used by large medical facilities like the universities, this is just awful. I can't see any test results. Messages that I enter on my laptop do not show in the app, etc. There is no option to cancel or change an appointment. Seems like no one is fixing the issues reported in previous comments. Medical facilities need to drop this app and use something that actually works most of the time!

Would be more useful if it actually allowed you to input more than one doctor's office. People actually see more than one specialist, you know! And once this app is linked to one doctor's office, you can't add another at all. Completely useless in that regard. Only giving 2 stars instead of one because it does keep the information regarding test results and such in one location.
