Error when I try to confirm my card. Error when I try to top up. Error when I try to purchase in applicaton! Already charge twice for confirmation, and guess what? Exactly, another error! I can suggest to rename it: "ErrorCoin Wallet"! You can thank me later! So frustrating when another application is forcing you to use this app. "Try to contact us: " Usual 1 day"." OMG

Very dissapointed. I used to make purchases without any inconvenience. Why would I have to validate my card in the app when It's been always valid? I tried to make a $2.99 purchase and It became to a really annoying process that didn't let me finish up. On top of that, I got charged $1 plus tax just for validating my card with a 4 digits code which, I haven't received. Don't try this app please!

Worst scam app ever! I have purchased 9.99 USD around 5 time from the app and it was working propoerly . 6th purchase they asked for verification of wallet, deduced 1 USD from my card saying they will refund in 8 days . After that I went in to the game to make a purchased, it said "my wallet has some issues" and I need to contact the customer care . Tried reaching them through mail and in app, no response from them at all. I lost total 11 USD. Don't buy through this app !! Its a pure play scam!

The app is great, and works well, but the bonus credit is a scam. The app creators set target amounts of money required to reach each level of bonus credit. However, despite reaching these targets, the app creators continually raise the amount required for the bonus credit. This then bumps you down tiers, now requiring a whole lot more money to reach the same bonus credit milestones you had already reached..

Good app, and easy to use. Not sure why people are complaining about the $1 verification. I've gotten a reimbursement every single time. I only wish I could save more than one card at a time to keep from having to go through multiple verifications for the same card. I don't always want to use the same card. It's a pain having to switch them. That and customer service being extremely slow are my reasons why this app wasn't rated 5 stars.

charged me twice for a subscriptoin that can only be purchased once a week so i didnt even get the diamonds for both in mobile legends then i contact them and i kept checking but took days for my message to go from saying not read to seen then they didnt even reply even tho i sent picture evedince and all the proof dont use them

Seriously you guys need someone on customer support. I haven't been able to top up my wallet for more than a week because I keep getting an error message. None of your customer service people have got in touch though I sent several messages and I'm honestly pissed at Moonton games for making me go through this car crash of an app to buy stuff. I'd give no stars if I could but I couldn't find the option to do so.

Customer service was take too long time 30days in just for 1 message,and this app was no safe.Guy give this app,untill they are still service bad customer service and no safe in there wallet just rate 1star in every platform.Follow me guy,if they are no do for our complain,we must 1star rate them.

DO NOT pay for anything in this app, they are scammers. They will say someone will get back to you to resolve your issue but never do. They will remove your purchase or upgrade, but not refund you. STAY AWAY from these SCAMMERS!

How come you ask to install this app for mobile legend then use another way to pay? I was so frustrated. I already top up and ready to pay . But in the end only 3 options. Why don't just direct from this app? Please don't make a confusion here. Now, I cannot do anything about my money . Please do a proper way to pay for any diamonds in Mobile Legend. I was so furious to drop a small cent but very precious to me. So hard to believe..

Just spent 0.50 twice to verify my appcoin wallet never got it back (it said mony is to verify acc and will be sent back), also have 4 dollar in account with I can't use as it shows "it seems something isn't ok with your wallet " And customer support...y is that section even their please just stop this scam please I couldn't be more stressed than this.. I have never been this frustrated at anything in my entire life. Stop ur scam please. Use it before felt it was good TRUELY DISAPPOINTED.
