This App seemed promising but after uploading two videos from one task, I've never gotten any response & payment from Appen in over two months. All the way to being unable to login on the website and on the app several times with a password I'm 100% sure is the one . So frustrating. Makes me think it's a scam! If not then how come I haven't gotten paid for the two videos I did? And how come the Appen support I emailed hasn't gotten back to me in over two months?

0 stars if I could. Half of the content doesn't work on mobile or on desktop. This company just wants your data, and they want to hire people to make fake reviews on apps. They probably have a million fake reviews on this app and still only have a 2.7 rating. The people writing the assessments don't have a solid grasp on english, and you can exhibit perfect english on the tests, yet get kicked out before you even finish because they say you failed. They just want your data for free.

It doesn't work. It won't let me look at projects or check progress on projects I've applied for. This app has no point.

It would be nice if i could actually use it. It's not allowing me to complete applications or apply for new task nor am I able to login on my laptop

Its been 1 month I have Qualified all exams of a project still they are not giving login credentials for the project. I raised support ticket 2 times still no reply. That's why I'm rating this app as 1 star only .

Absolute trash app. They're happy to collect all my personal data, but never loads any of the projects. Load screen just loops infinitely.

I have recently been advised by a trusted source that this is no longer a reputable app to utilize for remote work of any kind. I will no longer be engaging with this company, and I recommend that anyone that was directed to this particular app to not download it for any reason whatsoever.

Found out quick that this is only a way for them to hack your accounts. They have you setup a pay account with payoneer and before you even complete one of the tasks they've already hacked it. When something sounds too good to be true, it is.

There is a really annoying bug when submitting your application for tasks. I read and accept the terms of the agreement and then complete the signature by entering my login info and it just continues in an endless cycle of agreement and signature page over and over so I'm not totally sure if I'm actually submitting applications at all or if I've accidentally submitted multiples or what's going on. Replies in email have no acctionable content and no replies ever show in app.

Have used the app for well over five years when assigned projects that are mobile. Used several versions of it. The updated version has more user pleasing style with significant links to instructions, work platform, and checking the invoice. Used it this past week worked well. It now displays all projects even if the project is not mobile so you can check on your desktop projects but not be able to necessarily do it. Good feature to help track different assignments.

When i first downloaded the app i thought it worked okay and it was me doing something wrong. Then as i learned it's not me!! I can hardly complete any tasks when I click on each project and then the test nothing appears it's almost always blank. The biggest kicker as of right now I can't even log in because everything is invisible that I'm typing! Come on for real? Someone really needs to fix this problem it's not an update that's missing it's in an entire issue with the whole app!!!!

It's the worst. You can't access projects because the page won't scroll. Or if you're lucky enough to access a project, you receive a blank page where you think work will be. The app constantly crashes. When you click to apply for a job an error message full of code pops up preventing you from applying to the job. If you happen to make your way into a job that requires you to submit videos, the app freezes or crashes. Customer Support don't respond to tickets. Don't water your time.

Oh my god it is SUPER SLOW getting stuff done on this app. So slow that it hurts the company's bottom line of collecting data for the advancement of technology. Some prompts freeze up. Uploading a video takes a year. If you answer a question wrong by mistake you don't have access to the dropdown box anymore. They should know better than to make their app not user friendly. This goes against the model of AI for tech to be more user friendly.
