Pretty much what all the others say the app was great in 2020 and 2021 hit then they doubled redeem points cut in half points earned and my accounts keep getting unlinked so i keep missing on points that i should have earned even if it wasnt what it use to be... Really dissappointed i get needing to change few things but they changed pretty much all. Points end every month so to cash on even a 5$ gift card youd need to make 2k a month in it which for a lot of us this is a side job so unrealistic

This app was good before they started changing it the last two months. I lost all the money I had earned and now you can't even get your rewards at the beginning of the month. Now I don't guess they are even going by what you earn. You have to do challenges to make money which is $2000 worth for $5. I would 0 star if I could. This app is useless now.

Updated: they sent me a gift card and finally responded to me. But they have changed their point system and now the points no longer roll over, not sure if it's even worth keeping. I have over 5000 points and the app will not allow me to claim my gift card. I emailed them for help and got no response.

I have earned $95 Dollars in Amazon cards just in my first 3 months! They did some changes recently to the points system that makes it harder to earn points but I work enough to earn their top gift card amount each month which is $20. I can't complain as $20 a month is $240 a year in free Gift cards an I will take it.

I originally gave this 5 stars now I give it 1. Check review dates! Anything before May 4 is a different app!! They have COMPLETELY changed the app from what it was originally. I had almost enough for a $10 giftcard earlier this month and now ALL that progress is GONE. I don't check this app everyday so I had no clue changes were happening! It took forever to get the points I had, thanks to the previous changes, so to have them just disappear is very disheartening and the app is USELESS now.

I have received one coin since joining the app. I have connected all of my gigs and I see the running total of my earnings from each but have never received a single coin since that initial one coin. I don't even know what the one coin I did receive was for. This app is just useless and takes up space. I can keep track of my own earnings thank you.

This was a good app until it was updated recently and now the only way to get coins to trade in for gift cards is to do challenges and the minimum challenge is earn $2000 in 30 days. Which is pretty hard for someone doing gigs part time. Plus you don't even earn that many coins to make it worth it.

At the beginning of 2021, I wasn't quite sure of some the changes they made to their points earning rules, but as time continued - company behind the app showed that they wanted to make things right (even though the new rules are here to stay). Great Ethic!!! Great Morals!!! Great App!!! Great Company!!! If you're a gig worker, add this app as it's definitely worth it!!!

New update only gives half the points for what you earned doing a gig and redeeming gift cards now costs double the points. They also only offer up to $20 only instead of $50. Such a shame, the previous version was perfect. It's time to say goodbye I guess. Update: They removed almost 6k points, I wonder why?

So as of the first of the year, All points I had acquired disappeared?! AND you changed it from 2 points for every dollar earned to half a point for every dollar earned?! This app was cool when I downloaded it last year, but kinda lame now. And I assume they're probably selling my information. 🙄 But free gift cards!

So with all the problems around the new year with the app, one email and they were to help me. Also they explained more in detail how the app works now. Yes it's it's little harder to get a gift card, but now you just have to work for it. I mean your already working, why not earn a little extra. I enjoy so much how you keep track of everything for me. Great app for free stuff. Thank for all your help.

Update: I did find the credit via email, so that's awesome, but there are 2 problems with the app. 1. There is no way to report shifts that are not in reward app. (What can I do to update if shifts are missing) and 2. Amazon offers shifts (grocery delivery) you get base pay plus tips. In the app, you dont earn on your base pay at all.

This app works well when it works. Being a full time rideshare driver, it was easy for me to collect enough points to be redeemed for gift cards. Then it stopped offering me the quest since December 27. I wrote to customer service but have not received the reply. I'll wait for few more days and no quest offered, I'll delete the app. I don't recommend this app.

Until 1/1/21, I had 3600 points. I needed 5000 to get a $50 card and thought I would get it by Jan 5th. Now, the latest update made adjustments that is inexcusable. instead of 5000 for a $50, the highest value you can get, it's 4000 for $20, now the new highest value. And then I updated the app to only get my points reduced to under 500 and earnings went from 2 points/$1 to .5 points/$1. They done this all without warning. Along w/ continuous logging me off the other apps, this is not worthless.

Was wonderful at first but they have changed the app so you can no longer log in. They are now blaming the problem on me even though I have contacted support several times and they said they were working on it and now it's just my problem. Don't bother. They took everyone's points at the first onthe month anyways with no way of redeeming them beforehand anyways. Several hundred lost points that I worked hard for. They just want your DATA.

Outstanding!! After a short, painless installation on my Pixel 3a, within a month I had accumulated over 5,000 points, earning me a $50 Amazon gift card. And I just went about my daily routine as usual. Highly recommend it! Update 1/5/2021: In the spirit of staying current, the app has been updated so the payout plan is a little bit different. Still a great way to earn something for essentially doing nothing but installing this app.

First, there's a "glitch" so that you can't redeem any points you've earned, then they "fixed" it by making all gift cards cost twice as many points. Also, now instead of earning 2 points per dollar, you only earn 1 point for every $2. So in one update, the value of your sold information becomes infinitely less valuable. Totally not worth it. You can't trust an app that changes their rules this often.

Absolutely TERRIBLE since the update!! I used to be able to get a $5 gift card every week, now I work an entire month to have my points expire (making 1/10th of what I got before). I used to love it. Now it is garbage. Cards even went up in price, while they're paying you less points per dollar. Do not recommend unless you plan on making $5,000 a month, you'll never have enough points to redeem for a gift card before they expire.

Horrible! I just signed up and was excited to see that I had already acquired well over 3000 points. I didn't redeem them yet as I wanted to get my card with a value of at least $50 (really I wanted to get to $100) which I was very close to doing when suddenly, without notice and before I even got to redeem my point, my points went from over 3000 to 0 and the gift card amounts possible decreased where the highest was now only $20. I feel robbed and this app sucks.

I installed the app in January. I had acquired 899 points in like a week. Then I kept getting message that site was under maintenance. Then it would say Instacart wasn't responding to them, they were under maintenance. I tried until mid Feb to get help none was provided. Finally after multiple uninstalls and installs later, it is now working again. Of course all the points I had acquired and all the points for almost the next 6 weeks are just gone. Thanks
