Edit: Issues have been resolved, app works fine. I keep getting the same grey bar appearing at the top of the page now that says: "Poor connection, last updated Wednesday 5:35". This has shown up for over a month. I tried emailing to get this sorted out and never received a reply. I don't know if ordering will work as long as that message is there.

Was not a good experience. Ordered as a car side to go. Went to pick it up. Waited for a VERY long time, before I called them to tell them I was waiting. I did not receive all of my though I was charged for it. I didn't receive the additional things I added to my order as well though I paid the additional charge. I also added my tip to the Total cost of the bill and the server said no tip was added so my husband added another one!!! Extremely frustrating!!! WE will never order Curbside again!

Got all the way through to order carside to go, put in my card info and everything. Then hit submit and THEN it says it cannot contact the location I had selected. Tried multiple times but same error message every time. Shouldn't that have been a message to display when I selected the restaurant location AT THE START OF THE ORDER?! Really not worth the effort of trying to uninstall and reinstall. I won't ever try using it again, and it honestly sours me to that restaurant chain in general now.

Nearly perfect app. I was impressed that the latest update did not log me out. Logging me out after an update is a pet peeve of mine. The one thing I would change is forcing the user to start an order just to look at the menu. There are situations where I want to see the menu because a friend or family member is somewhere else and placing the order online or in their app. Let me browse, please! Otherwise the app is easy to use.

Super easy app to navigate & can change your mind before checking out. Clear, descriptive menu items, pictures, prices, choices. It's also nice that you're able to choose if you want to include a tip, how much of a tip & it calculates your total before you pay. Never have had any issues with the app or the service!

I love this app! I've had problems with the website, but the app is great! Stick w the app and you'll have no problems! The only thing I ask is that when I get email offers, you should show those as options when I'm ordering. Why promote offers then not put it on the app or the site for the people to order? Of course, Covid has messed with everything, including what's on every restaurants menu, so I'm sure that's an issue here too. Anyway... Keep up the good work!

This is a good app, but needs improvement. There is no way to add extra protein like shrimp to entrees. You can add it to salads, but you are losing money by not allowing an ala cart or extra portion on other items. Ex: I like the chicken with mushrooms and shrimp. I can add extra mushrooms, but I have to call the store to get extra shrimp. If an ala cart section is added, your PPA could increase while letting your customers get additional items the app will not let you order. Fix thus when abl

The entire process was super easy. My food was ready on time. As soon as I checked in the waitress was walking out the door with my order. She confirmed my name and my order and on my way I went. However I think the app should allow the person bringing out the food to recieve more of a tip the 2.02 that they charge to your card. Might have been just the one I went to and used curbside service. Having the option to tip and pay all at once is alot better. Food was great might I add!!

App is too difficult. I typically order carside once a week, the last few weeks I've been unable to because the app is cumbersome. It loses my log in info, the password & extra step is obnoxious for a food app, then when I order, after putting in payment info, instead of processing it I'm asked if I want to open in a browser, then it doesn't take me anywhere, forgets the payment info I just put in & by then it's half hour later & I have to drive over there to put in the order anyway. Can't use.

Have tried to use this app two separate times and finally uninstalled it so I wouldn't make that mistake again. Wound up ordering from website both times. Super glitchy. Randomly removing items from cart, doubling them up, removing both when you try to remove just the extra. When I tried to check out it just kept routing me back into the menu. Wasted SO. MUCH. TIME. in this app. Garbage.

We love eating at Applebee's but we would really love to use the app when we order togo. Unfortunately, the app does have allow for any customizations of orders (to my knowledge). For example, one of my favorite dishes is the oriental salad but I always sub shrimp in place of chicken. Just wanted to put in that request for the next upgrade. Thank you!

I like the app alot. It's very convenient. The app allows you to order exactly the way you want it. there needs to be a feature where, customer changes they're minds on pickup or delivery, before totally completely the order. Also, my only complaint is to prepare what the online customer is wanting. It's not cool to pick up an order and then wait for it to be redone. Because the special instructions were not attended to. After that I love Applebee's, specifically Pendleton Pike location.

I am mostly happy with the app. The options for pickup or delivery being all in one place is great. The only issue is the inability to send the delivery driver the apartment number or delivery notes. I have tried many different things and still have the driver calling to ask where I am. It did not have problems in the beginning. I hope this gets fixed soon. Edit: I removed a star since customer service has stopped responding and claims they "can't reproduce the issue" I am experiencing.

I've had nothing but issues with this app. I've tried ordering delivery but it keeps kicking me back to the location every time. I tried to switch to car side to go THEN I tried for just regular pick up, but its not letting me add my gift card. Every time I try to add it, it tells me the app has stopped working. It's becoming very frustrating. The app is basically just a menu at this point.

This app doesn't work at all. Every step of the way, it freezes up, with the little processing icon spinning away endlessly until I close out the app. When the app reopens, the screen that wouldn't load a moment ago pops right up, but the next click freezes the whole thing again. I'm not going to spend a half hour clicking, closing, clicking, and closing. There are plenty of other places to eat. You just lost my business permanently.

This summer, I was able to save a gift card to the app. It's now winter, and the app glitches out and shows the same gift card twice. Not only only that, but it allows me to select both of them as if they were two different cards with their own balance and reduces the total due accordingly. Of course, I do this and the payment process freaks out and just tosses me back to the previous screen without any error message. Now that I have emptied that gift card, the app either crashes or does nothing when I try to import a new gift card. Otherwise, the app does what you would expect a takeout/delivery app do if you just pay with your credit card.

Easy to navigate through the app, great menu selections with thorough descriptions of what each dish includes, accompanied by a drop-down menu for customizing any menu selection you order. The one thing I would like them to change is the payment method so you could use more than one card to pay. I had a $25 gift card and my order came to $22.36 and I wanted to leave an 18% tip but was only able to leave $1.64 because the app doesn't allow combining 2 forms of payment.

I used to be able to use this app quite easily but since the update I've got to have a password that's 12 characters long has to have upper lower case special symbols and numbers... I just want to order food I'm not logging into NASA.. when you make logging into an app next to impossible it's just easier to pick up a phone and call then to waste my time with this app.. I get security and the need for it... But when you make an app too complicated to use there's no point in having it

Signed up and downloaded for their date night pass. I got on five minutes before noon. I refreshed the page. Instantly got in at noon, but it glitched so I had to refresh the page and it was sold out in under ten seconds. So annoying companies offer fake deals with probably less than 100 passes to drum up advertising but no real intention for people to use the deal.

Looks like they got this App fixed in the past 30 days! It is now working correctly and I was able to go through the whole ordering process very smoothly. I've been using the App for years and have always been impressed with the UI. Not sure what that glitch was all about from the December update but really glad it has been worked out now.
