1/15/21-Used an app like this for quite a few years up until recently. The last 4-5x I used it there wasn't one thing listed, just a blank page with the app's name at the top. Went to the Play store and found this little gem. Fantastic app! Tidy ui that's easy to navigate. 100x better than my last one. Highly recommend. "Thanks" to the developers. Update: 1/24/24 great app that lists all the apps/games in Play store that are currently free/on sale. 5 star.

This app is the best of it's kind including apps for free as well as on sale. There is a leader board and a watchlist included.

Shows me which apps in my wishlist are on sale. I had to add each game manually, but it is exactly what I was after. Thanks!

As of today on Galaxy S20 Plus in Canada, selecting filter, then deselecting paid apps and in app purchases, leaving only free apps selected, doesn't do what it is supposed to do. I tried the other app for free apps and it is defective since it only shows 4 results. I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and then not touching the filter. It only displays 86 apps. I know for a fact that there are many more apps on sale than that. Also, can there be an option to remove the 15% of watch apps?

The best of its kind! Developer blacklist and in-app purchases filter are the bomb, and dark theme is a nice touch. Subscription is cheap and worth it. Only issue I have it used to be possible to filter for user rating, and I don't seem to be able to find a way to do it

A nifty little app for tracking sales that actually works. You can set filters, or sync your own watchlist. You can also get premium features by watching ads. So why am I cutting stars? Because the 'hot apps' are often garbage apps while the good popular apps stay without highlights. For example, MixPlorer or Hermit sales that is going on now are not highlighted with a fire icon while some obscure app is.

Useful after Play Store eliminated its "Apps on sale" category. Watch list and keyword filter are handy. Can't edit developer blacklist. Too few list additions before subscription requirement. No already installed program alerts. Not comprehensive. Apps should be alphabetized by name then by author. Large footprint. Highlights is subjective and it along with Now Free items are redundant since they also appear under Sales.

AppSales has always been great for highlighting apps and games that have gone on sale or have even been listed for free in the Play Store over the years. The user interface is very well thought out and quick to navigate through whenever you want to see what's new or check on an app or game that you have been following. AppSales is definitely a must have app to help you discover something new in the store and/or save a bit of cash on apps or games that you might be thinking about buying.

Absolutely the best app to find sales, track app prices, and be notified about sales on apps you choose to follow (my favorite feature). Just use the share feature in Google play to send an app to AppSales and you can add it to your watch list. If the price drops you will get a notification about it. Truly an awesome tool to discover great deals and new apps you would otherwise miss.

Very useful app for finding free/discounted apps on the play store. The only downsides are that the ratings of some apps shown in AppSales are not always accurate (though this doesn't happen too often, it is still annoying when it does happen), and sometimes I will come across apps on the play store that are on sale but are not shown in AppSales. Other than that, like I said this app is quite useful and definitely worth having on your android device!

Good opportunities! Most frustrating thing about the app is the minimal touch required to dismiss and "lose" the app. "Select" an app with the wrong touch, it's wipes off the screen and dismisses app from list! Needs an UNDO or "restore dismissed apps" function OR (preferably) a less-sensitive swipe to dismiss (swipe an inch or more to dismiss).

Does what it says and has been reliable for years with custom settings, and hasn't had glitches when OS builds are updated. Has a lot of custom settings in the completely free version, and has even more with a small payment to unlock premium. It'll save you more than you'll spend to get the premium features. There's really no reason to not use this app. Utilities, games, themes, tools, entertainment, and anything you call think of. If you ever spend money on an app, this is always useful.

Horrible update! Added in video ads, pushing us towards the 1.99 a YEAR subscription. If AppSales had a paid version (not a subscription), I would have bought it years ago. Took away the free category so now we have to go through multiple steps to see the free apps on sale without other paid sale apps. I liked the old way it showed me apps. It seemed like the relevant apps were always in the first list. Not even tinkering with the settings helps now. Took away the community rating system also.

UPDATED 10-13-19: Love this app and you will too! The two things I would like to see fixed is: (1) you can't search for only a part of the name. For example, if you are looking to add Nova Launcher to to your watch list you can't search "Nov". You must search "Nova" or you won't find it. (2) Often apps in my watch list won't appear as a sale, but then I'll get a notification that the price rose up. Huh?

Best app that I've used so far for finding cheap sales and sometimes free paid apps. Has wishlist notifications, which the play store does not. I also love the highlights tab that shows the deals on only the top, more popular apps. I'm building quite the premium app library for fractions of their actual cost. Overall, this is much easier than looking through the deals section on the play store. Highly recommended.

Very well-behaved on every phone I've had, does a great job of watching the market for price drops on apps, both the whole market and a custom watch list. I've been using AppSales for several years now, and it's saved me about $100 per year. If I had time to play games on my phone or tablet, it would have easily doubled or tripled that.

love the app. 1 star for attention . Only things I would change, if the developer reads these reviews, I would change the issue in the search mode on the watch list. right now, you need to get the name perfectly right before it will bring a hit up. Change it to be a little more relaxed. Also, I want to remove all the games that pop up repeatedly, even when I dismissed them. Same games pop up. Not even remotely interested in games. 🤬

Wonderful app for keeping track of discounted and free apps. Has allowed me to pick up apps I've wanted for some time. Takes you right to the app in the Play Store. I check it EVERY day. Constantly being updated as apps get discounted. Lets you know how long the discount will last. This allows for deciding which apps to pick up first if you have a weekly budget for app buying. A very easy way to find this ever-changing info. Ads are appropriate, clearly marked, and never intrusive.

Really useful and reliable app for keeping track of price changes and sales of apps. The Watchlist is easy to use and makes sure you get notified about the apps you're interested in tracking. The one small issue is that occasionally with an app you'll get an error about no data being available for that app and there's no way to report that to get it sorted out.

The subscription fee is reasonable that pays for itself *The swipe feature is sensitive. If not careful when scrolling, it's possible listed apps can be removed accidentally. *The Watchlist could use an Export/Import feature, useful when apps were accidentally removed. Or increase the Undo time. *Apps listed in the Watchlist are flagged at the top of the list for "Only 2 days." This makes it possible that these discounted apps could be overlooked after 2 days. *No email support.
