The app is pretty good, I was able to reliably call a taxi from a pretty remote location multiple times, almost 24/7 There are a lot of user experience issues with the app though. - Translations are inconsistent, nothing severe but it is somewhat annoying (mainly for push notifications) - time estimates are often overly optimistic. 9 minutes really means like 15 minutes - i cant upload my credit card to the app. It keeps returning error code -3. Support didnt help me

Worked perfectly except for automatic payment at the end. Driver arrived 3 minutes after request was made...but not familiar enough with App and payment system.

Map is blank It doesn't show anything on the map except for one yellow pin **Revised** The map is working properly now, it might have needed to restart a few times or something App seems to work as intended, but just doesn't fit my needs

Easy to use. Driver was a little early which was perfect for us. Great service. Highly recommend. We would've paid double for a ride to the airport with a ride service.

Bad, 7 out of 10 times does not work. As a foreigner at least it did not work. Used to uber, that works!! Pickup most of the times did not came through. When calling it goes too fast to understand, and takes very long. We solved it asking a local to call the app taxi service. Lots of development needed from ux perspective to make this easy to use for everyone

This was bad. I had to enter a lot of personal information to pre-book a taxi and the app took payment in advance. The app was unable to find a taxi so my booking was cancelled, payment refunded and we ended up walking. Edit in response to developer: yes, but this is why I tried to Pre-book the taxi. So in fact the cab was NOT pre-booked but instead the app only searches for a taxi at the time of the booking. So a car is NOT reserved in advance. And I may as well have not bothered. 🤷♂️

Verona, night taxi to airport - driver arrived on time, was professional and charged a normal rate. The app itself requires a bit too much data upfront, but overall experience is pleasant.

My previous review was deleted, weird? I know the app only gives estimated prices, but I was charged 208% more than the estimate with the excuse that the meter was broken (zero traffic or delays). NO RECEIPT GIVEN. Do no trust. Also the app is not the best.

Useful most of the time, but it doesn't tell you if possible taxis are running in the vicinity to take your trip, rather it notifies you only when it finds a free taxi. I once waited 30 mins not knowing if I will get a taxi or not, while the app searched. However it is only a problem in the early morning/ holiday nights, when the number of taxis running is low. Usually you find a taxi within minutes of searching, and the service is good.

Terrible app. Won't allow you to write in the correct address. Then cancels after waiting for 20min. Pointless app

Horrid UX that fails to do a setup and just gives progressive issues to resolve, even when trying a function that's it turns out is not supported in the area.

easy to book ahead of time for an early ride using payment card. Came exactly on time, very good service. reasonable cost for 8 person van.

This app is hopeless. It doesnt let you do ANYTHING. It says you can book a taxi with the app but you cannot. We requested for a taxi but it just kept saying its 11 mins away. Think the driver tried to call but unfortunately, as a tourist I dont have local network. The app also doesn't let you delete your credit card unless you cancel it with the bank and it doesnt let you delete your profile. I am starting to worry that this is a scam app. DONT DOWNLOAD THE APP AND DON'T ADD PAYMENT METHOD.

I have booked a taxi one day in advance to get it at 4.00 am and it was confirmed. After, they canceled it at 4.01 am with the reason "we couldn't find a taxi". Of course nobody picked up the phone. Have a B plan if you wanna use this app.

Overall good experience. My bank blocked my card when I first tried to reserve a cab for the next day. But that was cleared up quickly. Taxis in Florence arrived right on time. Just let them know you'll pay in the app and then can send you the request which you'll get right away. It could be harder to get taxis during busier periods but it was fine for getting to the airport at 7am.

Overall, I think the app is great. Booking a taxi was intuitive as was the rest if the app. I only have a few issues. One was a Billing issue that customer service resolved quickly. The rest of the issues were associated with not being able to get connected with a taxi in busy areas. In these I had to get in a local taxi which defeated the desire to use credit card. they may want to consider using qr codes in taxis so I can pay for a public cab i just jumped in. then it would be near perfect.
