The new app is great! The problem is that we already have an account on the old version, why do we have to sign up again?. It was supposed to update the old version instead of creating a new one. Fingerprint feature isn't a good option due to security reasons

After my first review, I've been contacted by a guy from the bank and he took all notes and now it is becoming better and better. Many thanks to Ahmad Qayesyeh. Now I can rate it 4. There are still some notes if done then it will deserve more than 5 π π It is of course much better than the old one. Notes have been communicated and I hope they get implemented soon.

The app is good. But I think it's missing a feature that helps me identify where my money are being spent, and the search functionality for the old transactions are not good.

The app is better than the old one. But I still believe that it needs more enhancements. Also, i just updated the app, and it stopped working . I can log in, but it will freez and give an error, which is stopping me from viewing my account

I think there is a bug in this app. when ever I push backward arrow the app logout.π€π€

I downloaded it and used it once..Next time I tried and I am positive that I had tge correct username and password, but I couldn't log in!! I was really disappointed becausecI counted on this app for a sudden transaction that was supposed to be delivered to the intended party at a certain time.

It was a long time waiting for the new application, and after installed and used it , we were disappointed, we found that it is the same old app.No new features the clic does not work always error. Can't break the fixed deposit from the application as is the case in other modern banks applications. There are no records of withdrawals and deposits. I do not know why you updated it, remove it better.

It appears that with each update the experience keep getting worse. I mean the app keeps lagging, especially when I try to use CliQ services. I can't even log in and access my account at times.

The application interface is good but it lacks lot of services like the limited number of transactions to be viewed, also I am unable to update my info. and lot of services like opening a sub account unless I use the web version .. I hope to add these services to the updated version Good luck

Excellent app. Very convenient π. Great user interface and experience. Transferred all my beneficiaries automatically ππ. I just installed yesterday and was able to do many tasks. IIABANK should have informed me about it much earlier. Thanks IIABANK and the app developers.

When I saw the message that you developed the application I got glad to hear that but when I downloaded the new application I suppose it need more features and still working slowly And the dangers issue is you mandatory me to choose username and password as apps like,, And why the finger print contact with FP of setting phone, I'm exactly WONDERING π€π€π€π€

I thought that the application would be updated with an increase in services, but unfortunately it lacks a lot .. I cannot return to the movements except for the last 10 transaction, and I cannot communicate with the bank using the private email service, and I cannot update my data through the application ... I hope that there will be new update , The most important of which is to update the data and see the transaction on my account for a longer period.

It's taking a lot of time to login, sometimes it doesn't let me in. Also sign in is much better with the fingerprint, I keep forgetting my password and change it.

The new application is great, the user interface design is good and friendly , a lot of options were added like finger print access, cliq service, card management... Etc, but it still has some minor issues and bugs like long time loading and logging in, repetitive error dialog . Hopefully they will solve those issues ASAP, if they do the app will be perfect π
