How to start using Arabi MobiCash
1. Install Arabi MobiCash on your mobile device
2. Set up an account and add your preferred payment cards to your Arabi MobiCash wallet (VISA, Mastercard). Apple Pay/Samsung Pay will be automatically added to your wallet
3. To view the list of companies you can pay using Arabi MobiCash in your region, tap the Businesses tile on the Service Dashboard screen

We should be able to use mobicash payment methods on any other visa machines to be more flexible, not only the one provided by Arab Bank ‼️ That's what's NFC for‼️ I would like to use Arabi mobicash on all merchants and not only the ones that Arab Bank provides ‼️

It's need location all the time, the UI have hidden feature. UPDATE: the application open on all NFC card types

They don't inform when there is a system error, happend to me and withdrawn the amount 2 times extra. Did not receive it back yet.

The app keeps launching on my phone whenever it wants. The overall design and experience is poorly built. Definitely going to uninstall this

Very efficient, safe and cool. I started using it recently it is more secured than regular methods. Can I add other banks' cards ? Or only Arab bank's ?

The app has went nuts, it keeps popping up on my phone and overriding any other app I have open.. I had to reboot my phone into safe mode and uninstall it

The app is good and is easier than using cash or credit cards. But I gave it 4 stars because NFC doesn't work for me on my Samsung Note 9. Is this a known issue or specific to my phone?

There should be a clear tab called offers that actually lists the offers according to date and includes all the information about the offer. This app has great potential but instead you decided to create Reflect app which is even worse.

loading time is alot and map doesn't work and keep loading when you change opetion from tap to another one and merchant still a few ..It would be better if this service included in same Arabi mobile app will be better than make another app

I had a weird error today for the 1st time ever, the transaction was rejected for 3 times & after checking the log in the app: "Bill payment failed due to no available units to transmit the request" which I cannot figure what was this issue.

Not very trustworthy. I checked the discounts and chose a cafe based on that discount. But I didn't get it. When I contacted support, they called me once told me that they will look into it and then nothing. I messaged again, but got ignored.

installed, run it for 5 sec, uninstalled, too many permissions required, im not sure why it needs all of these permissions, this app should only require camera and files access, why do you need location, mic,contacts,.....!!! as a tip, dont ask permissions on startup, just ask for them when needed.

My first time trying purchasing through this app, it kept declining my payments without any reason, even though the code was correct, i requested a call, he told me to delete my card information, wait 5 minutes and then put it again, and i did, but guess what, it declined my card after i tried to put it again, i was standing in the shop, waiting for almost 15 minutes and it kept declining, i requested another call for 3 times which were followed by a message each time that says they're busy.

The services and discounts an idea of arabi mobicash is great, but the application is a peace of garbage. For example you can see merchants details, but nothing about thier discounts, No place to view offera, or at least no easy way. UI/UX is too low. Please work on it and it will be a great service

Update: Glad to see developer response, yet it offer no solution! Review: One star because it installs & starts + one star because it worked to verify my US Mobile number. Nothing else worked for me. The search box shows "1 out of 1452 merchants". The "1" is actually "Arab Bank", which I can access via the main menu anyways. So, I got nothing. Trying to set this up to pay for purchases at Cozmo in Amman. But trying to use the phone number used here to work on the Cozmo app has failed.

The app actually sucks... way too complicated and I prefer paying with the card instead of this app, user interface is so poor too, just make a deal with Google and Apple pay and let us pay using NFC fgs... Plus that the app might be very secure... But the interface doesn't say so. UI UX PEOPLE!!! IT'S 2019

The app is crashing all the time, so I have to wait for a long time infront of the cashier to start the app, then to scan the code and sometimes the attempt was failed. Plus the fingerprint is not working anymore for the login and CVV with this app after the latest update, so it is so annoying to write these secret numbers infront of people. I checked the app permissions and all was good, but the issue wasn't solved.

The idea that you need your own mobicash devices to be installed at the point of sales doesn't make any sense. Allow the app to work via NFC using the normal credit card machines available at all stores and that's it. I really don't care if I get a useless invoice by email or check my payment history, as I can do that via my credit card statement anyways. Just open this up to be used universally and you would make us a huge favor.

it's a good app, 2 things needs to be updated asap: - 1) Please do not include this app as internet purchases, as it requires users to increase their internet limit using the Arabi mobile app every time they want to make a purchase. If the internet limit is not increased, the purchase will not be accepted. Additionally, having a large internet limit can be risky. 2) It's time to make this app UI more user friendly, make it simpler to find deals, merchants, and to purchase. Good luck!
