Useful but cretically unreliable. The applicatiom stops working when you need it. The servers go down without a prior notification. And best of luck getting a solution from the call center !!! Or that useless Chat bot.. This application was super, until a couple months back from now, it just starting going down with frequent service interruptions lasting for minutes, hours, and now for days!!

Too many bugs. One example: I was writing a secure mail. While I was writing, and without notifying me, the app logged me out! I didn't know about the logging out except when I tapped the SEND button. I lost the message and the time I spent thinking and writing it!!!! Worse yet, when I tried to login again, the app seemed to count me still logged, and sent a message that I cannot login because I'm already in!!! Very awkward. Please fix. No such problems in other banks' apps!!

not the best bank app there is. Could definitely use some improvements. Two main things to work on: 1. When sending/receiving money using CliQ, it would be very useful to have the name of the person who's receiving/sending the money in the SMS as you don't have to open the app to check. 2. List the CliQ transactions chronologically, but from the newest to oldesr. I don't need to have to scroll all the way down to see the latest transactions. New transactions should be on top, not the oldest.

When I update the app, it doesn't open for me, so if I want to update I have to uninstall and reinstall for it to open

Great app, but you must let the client take a screenshot from the app, especially on android mobiles, or add share option on transactions, especially on CLIQ like other banks applications.

A bank app shouldn't be this unstable. It's updated to the final version yet keeps redirecting me to the store to update. I am unable to access my account!

SMS service is not working for days now. New users not able to register. Extremely bad service. Scam became at organisational level.

Alot of random crashes on s24 ultra, it has a god set of features but not stable app every time I have to re-install to fix it

I had several issues with transfers, customer service took a few days but it was resolved, the internet banking service itself is still slow compared to other banks but at customer support was helpful in resolving issues

The app was ok, suddenly, two weeks ago All the saved benificiaries just disappeared, E lounge icon disappeared and also disappeared from the drop list, calling the call center is useless.

I'm updating my review Still sub standard satifisfaction. My biggest gripe is with tap to pay feature on my android device. Every once a while, I have to clear my storage data I order to use it. As of the latest update, I can't add new cards! I am running android 14 for reference

I have called customer support 3 times today, and each time, I get a new problem created and not resolved. This is very frustrating and unbelievable! Just because the system is updating does not give you the right to put my asset on hold ! This is ridiculous!

The app is great and easy to use, but it would be more useful If I can get a receipt when I transfer money whether through CliQ or direct transfer. And lately I have a problme seeing my Arab point history, hope you can fix it. Edit: The problem of seeing my Arab point history was solved.

So bad ui ux! 1- Slow! 2- Old! 3- disorganized and the services are scattered all over the place. 4- cliq history does not update in real time, plus the default filter on its page gets you payment from last year!, plus cliq payments are not calculated in monthly spend analysis. 5- Can't hide balances , anyone looks at your screen while the app is opened can see your balances, unless you hide it totally after digging deep in the settings menu. 6- Hate the app.
