I have 15 of them and we enjoy them a lot. The biggest problem is not being able to get parts to repair them.

Looks like it would be nice to use but every time I try to connect it to my game and scan the QR code it tells me invalid response.

The app's user interface is great, but it crashes frequently. I recommend using it if you want to make new friends.

Have downloaded the app twice now. Once for my iPad and once for my Samsung. Both times says my email or password are incorrect. Which is odd because my login works on the website. Would like to actually have used the app.

So far it's not very useful. I'm hoping that they expand it somehow, with interesting features. Until then...might as well delete it.

Loving the experience of enjoying NFL blitz arcade one up on a online feature hopefully soon they will have something better for us add a much bigger platform anytime anywhere let's play

Signed up with email and configured my new arcade1up cabinet. next time I opened the app it wants me to sign up again. the "Already have an account link" at the bottom doesn't work.

Great app just needs more info updates. Nothing seems to happen on this site but every 6 months or so. No update no new games coming soon no highlights for games already out. Plus 80% of your stock is no longer available. Love to see more racing cades.

So far, surprised at how cool this is. Extended warranty with register. Getting game manuals and instructions is cool. Having fighting game combos and tips and tricks is cool. Cool so far.

I love arcade1up and have 7 of their cabinets and 1 pinball machine. However this app is awful. It constantly crashes, has severe sign in issues, lots of unable to execute messages, and is as slow as a snail with extra baggage. Please fix it as its a great concept but is unusable in its current state.

The user interface is clean and looks sharp. Love the game secrets and tips and tricks sections. It's an A so far. The one knock I'll say is that depending on the time of day, it seems to run slow at times, and I've even had it crash when adding friends. Hopefully, this can be fixed.

Useless app. (actual owner of 3 a1⬆️ cabs BTW). Database of machines/games is outdated. There's a "community" that only connects with friends that you already know. Everything else just opens the website. It seems just a way to get cheap advertising and only benefits the company, not the customer.

bare bones. wish there was a chat system to share info with other players. EDIT: wish that I could navigate the app with the bottom menu, but it's hidden behind my androids bottom buttons that automatically appears on the bottom of all apps that's semi-transparent.

It's okay but none of the countercades or others are listed. I have a Big blue and two countercades. I don't have room for more than 1 bigger cab. It would be cool if I could add all my cabs. Also, if I select a game I feel like there should be a link to buy one of the cabs it shows you with that game on it. A live stream section would be cool for watching tournaments too even if it just embeds a video from YouTube or Twitch.

The app works as advertised, but is sometimes very slow. Logins sometimes take more than one attempt to properly load. Most annoying though is how often you need to log in and not having the app remember you for more than a few minutes. I've had to re-log in every time I open the app. The app tracks video game high scores, we don't need bank level security.
