Stuck on Level 14, can't move past, too glitchy

Bought the game and really enjoyed it. But a lot of times, when I finish a level it gets stuck and I have to do the level all over again.

Really enjoy this game so I've paid for all the levels but now it crashes at the end of every other level so I have to replay the level again. Very frustrating!

Too many glitches. It freezes if I touch the screen after I complete a level. When I click on the bonus levels they are already completed with 3 stars and there's no way to exit other than closing the app.

You get to the 7th level of this game, and it gives you an option to pay or watch the ads. Cannot get past this level, cannot watch the ads. Tried restarting the game app, nothing. Please can someone fix this. Happens with 1 and 2, cannot move forward onto level 7.
