terrible app. it asks for your phone number, then sends the verification code an hour later. even if i log in into my account, every week it logs me out and i have to go through the annoying login process again. i don't understand why don't you have other ways of verification? Whatsapp code, email, etc.

Both their website and App are full of technical errors. Their payment system APS doesn't accept Visa and Mastercards. Cards always get declined when attempting to use them for recharging my account. When I contact them, they said it is my bank's problem. When I contact my bank, they tell me that it is AsiaCell not the bank. I'm sure that the problem lies with AsiaCell payment system. AsiaCell doesn't want to improve their services, they just want to collect money out of the customer's pockets.

the app used to open without internet or data, but now it requires wifi internet or data to open, which makes the app pretty much useless because I can't use it outside my house, fix this.

there used to be a function so when your numbers isnt working and yiu call someone they receive a notification of that person trying to call them but now they removed that function which was a very important function needed to those who arent financial sustainable but now these people would need to find another way to communicate or they would need to be paying everymonth at least 5K Iraqi dinar to use the phone

the problem that I meet it in this application is when I use login the button of continue doesn't work and I couldn't find the button of log up because I'm new in this application and I didn't have an account in this app so I hope you to solve this problem, please: المشكلة التي قابلتها في هذا التطبيق هو عندما أنا استخدم تسجيل الدخول زر الاستمرار لا يعمل و أنا لم أستطع العثور على زر إنشاء حساب لأن أنا جديد في هذا التطبيق و أنا ليس لدي حساب في هذا التطبيق لذلك أنا أرجو منكم أن تحلوا هذه المشكلة

This app is quite bothersome, repeatedly prompting users to adjust their location settings. It feels deceptive, as if access to the app is contingent upon sharing your location.

The coverage is very very weak even I contact with *234# its 2 weeks still like that and never change, time to time I try Asia speaning to check the net I see it has not been resolved then I left again.

Needs a unlimited plan. Max they offer is 250gb a month, after you consume 250gbs it throttles down to 5gbps for the rest of the month, streaming becomes extremely difficult. Going back to Earthlink.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. The app is asking me to update it, but I can't do that because the Play Store is telling me that my phone is incompatible. so now I am locked out of using this app.

The app signs out every once in a while, which is a problem when we run out of data and need to recharge through the app. Since we’re signed out, we can't log in using free data. Also, it sometimes forces an update, which we can't do without data, leaving us stuck. We don’t always have access to the SIM, so we rely on the app. Please fix this issue.
