If there was zero star option I would rather prefer to give that. It's not even user friendly app. I ordered health care products from this app and my money got deducted. No trace of where that order is placed. No confirmation from Apollo's side. When contacting via phone, call doesn't get placed. Worst than ever imagined.

Unable to book appointment, set location and log in with gmail id, registration with mobile number. Please check those issues and fix it as soon as possible. Let me know if it is fixed and I'll check it will share experience and update the feedback, rating. Thanks. This application was updated allmost couple years ago. Please focus on end user application as this application is used sensitivity, critical personal data like mobile number and geo location. Don't ignore users sensitive data.

I have ordered some items in appolo from phonepay switch. They dont cancel policy and they have asigned the nearest shop from my location of distance 3km they have taken 3days to deliver. The costomercare service is good. They respond very well for the calls. This is good startup company plz improve with more options to the costomers.

App does not allow to login.... After choosing google for login.... On next screen for mobile number input it throws an error.... Same error message for choosing city for placing order screen. I rather use MedPlus or PharmEasy.... Far better apps in terms of ease of use Looks like your team lacks technical competance.

Not able to login. No response while booking appointment. After you book your appointment by some other means you get a message from ask apollo that the appointment is booked without any means to cancel it because you still cant log in. So you end up with multiple appointments for the same doctor at the same time.

I received an incomplete order (that too after waiting for a long time) but got a call that the refund would be credited as one of the item was not available. Since February I'm waiting for my refund but neither I have received that nor reply to my mails. It's useless to order from the app, prefer going directly to the apollo stores.

These guys are worst in the market. Everytime when i pay via online wallet on their pharmacy, there software shows error and payment get deducted. Now there cashier says pay us money to get medicine. Then customer is just stuck by double payment. No support from them inspite of their error. Payment app says we already made payment. Apollo really gives bad experience.

Stay away from this app. Poor app. The app is bulky. And the ordering process is difficult. There is no actual way to contact. My recent pharmacy order, I pain online and it's been 3 days the order has not be delivered. I tried contacting over two options provided on the app and neither works. I am wondering if the app is at all legit. Update: You ask me to drop u an email to talk further and then you don't respond to my emails for ages. I strongly believe this is a fraud app now.

Cheater apollo. Ordered medicines from this app because of emergency and paid the amount through card. Biggest mistake ever. They cancelled the order and didnt initiate refund. I lost 700rs because of this. Helpline number unreachable and facebook and Instagram team just keep repeating that some official will reach out to me. It's now more than 2 weeks, no refund. No official called me. I have reached out multiple times. Also sent an email to their help desk. No use. Absolutely pathetic

Extremely bad experience. Sheer negligence and lack of empathy for customers. App experience is also bad. No customer support. I tried ordering medicines. I made the payment but the order was not registered in the app. Tried contacting customer support and all I got was false assurances. I even tried contacting the appmasters on their email and yet no support was present. It has been five days and I almost have zero hopes on getting a refund or any kind of support.

Very bad , fraud app. They take the order and don't deliver. They cancel the order without buyer's consent. Then immense harassment for the buyer to get back the refund for the paid amount. I have requested them over phone number and through email provided by them repeatedly. But there's no result.

app is not working, we can't login, every time, we try to enter mobile number, message comes that something is wrong. We can't book appointments, everytime error is coming . Even we can't connect through whatsapp chat. On clicking number, error message come that whatsapp not installed. On sending mail, mails are not going for complaint, feedback etc.

This app asks to login for booking appointment. However, when trying to login, it allows either Google or Facebook I'd. I used my Google email ID then it asks for the mobile number. When i enter the mobile number, it gives an error saying something went wrong and try again later. It never allowed me to login, and I'm unable to book appointment. What's the use of this app is one cannot login neither book appointment without logins? Not sure if there is any way team looking at the bugs/ issu

Utterly bad experience. Placed an order, apparently the meds were out of stock. The shop keeper hung up on me, telling me to cancel the order from the app itself. However, there's no cancellation option in the app. Called customer care. Was told to call another number because the executive didn't know anything. The 'other' number kept on ringing. Meanwhile I have neither meds nor refund. Nice scam so far.

Order always gets stuck after succesful payment. To add to that, they have a non existent support team to attend to you. I have faced multiple issues with payments and tried contacting them via email, phone, app and did not receive any reply. Edit on 27/04 I have sent a mail with the details to the said mail id but haven't heard back.

There some issue with how the app handles login for existing users. I was already registered with apollo with my current contact number. Once I login using otp I'm taken to the user details screen, where it shows the already registered info including my email id. Now it's the correct email id but when I try to save the details, it just bugs out with error - signup with the email id you used to register at apollo. I don't know what they used, and I can't change it. I've given up and uninstalled.

Worst service..I have ordered some essential things through this app . But I am not sure about my order confirmation... I haven't received any confirmation mail or sms... It's showing that " order received not initialized to branch) what does it mean??? Even there is no cancellation option... What's wrong with you people?? Even can't able to contact with you.. now they r saying they dnt have stock..wow.If you are operating an app then you should do it properly.. i m not gonna receive any item..

Unable to edit an error in my Apollo profile - and it seems I'm stuck for lifetime with the error! The AskApollo app doesn't allow me to edit the profile (name etc) citing security reasons, and says "Contact your nearest Apollo Hospital to edit these details". But when I went to Apollo Hospitals to get the details corrected, they had absolutely no clue how to do that - and said it can not be corrected. So am I stuck for life with the erroneous name in my profile? This is absolutely ridiculous!

unable to schedule an appointment. The app is unable to update current location manually or through auto detect. Every time it show an error that something went wrong. Tried reinstallation, force stop, cache clear, reboots however issue persists. Tried to submit a feedback through app however that also failed with a message that mail was not successfuly sent.

I had order some medicine through your app on 28.03.2020 at 9:49AM. The total amount was paid via Paytm. At 16:14PM, I received a sms stating unable to provide service. Then I checked the app where I saw order was cancelled from your end. But, after cancellation, I have not got yet any refund from your end. Promptly, I sent a message to your customer care through App message service. But, that message is not yet answered. In your app there should be order history with transaction detail.
