Haven't been able to use the app since I updated it. Now they have tutorials over the app that you can't even get to see what games besides the ones in the tutorial. Definitely not getting any help from support about this experience with screenshots.

Good, you could get stuff. It's jus the it kind of takes a lot of time. And I mean you're only doing this to get a quick BUCK Which means I'm not trying to play you for 10 hours. But honestly they have good games. And on a second place someone goes games for hours but like I just feel like the points are just on realistic but utterly than that. I think the game's pretty close. There's been better. Because they don't Have Cash App.

I finished every task on a game but wasn't rewarded for the last one. I contacted customer service and have screenshots of completion of the last one and they still refused to reward me. I'm uninstalling and will never come back. It's been a complete waste of time.

I played and got enough points to get a payout from paypal, and this app asks me for a picture of my driver's license before they can give me my reward. That's a major security threat. You aren’t supposed to let anyone get a picture of your license (outside of places like doctors' offices) because they can use that picture and your drivers license number to commit identity theft. I don't care what this places privacy policy is I'm not going to put myself at risk like that. Uninstalled

The app is great. I get credited for the goals I complete, but I can't redeem my points for any gift cards. Every time I try to purchase one the points will be taken out then fail and the points will be added back to my account. I've contacted support multiple times but have not gotten a response.

I've enjoyed this app, until I had issues getting points for a completed task. I went to support through the offerwall and through the app multiple times each, and every time they sent me to the opposite entity. If this app had even mildly competent support staff, I'd give 5 stars, hands down. Took a bit, but it got fixed for me, im glad they stuck to user happiness!

Why does the app need my id to cash out? Mistplay doesn't need that. Also the games have been cherrypicked for having an insane amount of random ads. Not just ads for in-game rewards, but just ads that pop up. There are not a good amount of games to play and most of the are soooooo boring. It's a chore. I prefer mistplay. Edit: I also forgot to mention how slowly you accumulate coins. Truly a waste of time.

I got the required stars to receive a $10 PayPal cashout, it requires face identity I did that numerous times and kept taking me back to retry, then the gift shop icon disappeared from the screen so I couldn't shop gift cards. I'm really disappointed and alot of time lost, I guess we'll see when I try again!! 😔. An Update: I have not been able to cashout the verification selfie sends you back, a waste of time if you ask me, no other app has given me problems. This game is a scam!!!

Love & hate relationship. So I love playing games everyday. There are some games, basically impossible to get points. I don't get my points for some games. They do their best to address it, but there are times they say its fixed, but its not. So, in those cases, i just give up. But now that I built up enough for a paypal deposit, I applied & they told me to come back for approval & now when I click to cash out, nothing happens. I've tried everything even uninstalling and reinstalling.

Earning coins is easy enough, though I think you should make playing games worth more than they are. I mainly gave 2 stars because literally 10 minutes after downloading and opening the app for the first time, my account was put on hold. That alone is stupid, but then I clicked on the link it provided to contact support and it didn't even lead to an actual page.

Updating this review from 4 to 2 stars, originally 4 because it was great but could use some variety on their gift cards, so far they've added "Some" new ones (I say that loosely because it wasn't many) but they changed the U.I. (User interface) and it is extremely hard to keep the app open long enough to claim any points I've gotten from completing certain goals, and it also tends to crash alot when redeeming any gift cards. Please patch this bug or revert the U.I. to its older version.

This app is not what I expected. People would be better off using mistplay. The points you get from playing games is pathetically low. Sure, the tasks can give you a lot more points, but they are ridiculously difficult to achieve, unless you have NO LIFE and can spend your entire day playing on your phone. To top it off, the amount of points you need for a reward, are astronomical. 11,000+ points needed for a $10 gift card. I'm lucky to get 200 points in a day! Uninstalling now!

I had a serious issue with the app not recording more and more often. It was bad. I was getting the same messages from support, and it wasn't helpful. It was getting hard to get points credited or even track. I'd done uninstall/reinstall, cleared data multiple times, nothing was working. Then, it started working again. I'd give it a higher rating, but the multiple issues I've had were frustrating Otherwise, it's a great app, and I love that the minimum withdraw is higher than most other apps.

This app is legit! I've already withdrawn $17.50 in just 2 weeks. Sure its not gonna make you rich and it does take some time but it's worth it for sure! It's FREE money dude! It's better than some apps that make you wait over a week before you even get your reward after spending 2 and then another couple days after you withdraw for it to show up in your PayPal and they charge a fee! With Astra, there's no fees, it's instant and they have super easy and addicting games to play and earn points.

The amount promised is a lie. I am playing a game that states you get 130 points per minute. I've played 10 minutes today and only got 158 points. Aside from that, I have no issues. Almost have enough for a $5 paypal gift card. Once I get it, I'm deleting the app. Will update as updates become available Update: the money went through without any issues. The app is legit. However, the amounts promised are still a lie. Deleting this app

they do pay. once you select the reward, it goes through almost immediately. the points add up fast and they give bonus points for checking in daily and completing tasks. the reason I didn't give 5 stars is cause everytime I login/open app, I'm stuck with the "tour" /" tutorial." I use different apps for seeing which ones work and don't. this one is a definite to have.

After 30 minutes of play and reaching level 10 in a block game I still have earned nothing in Astra. Wow. I made sure the offer will said 'keep playing'. I'll wait a few hours to see if its delayed, but if it doesn't pay, I'll go back to apps that pay every minute and you can easily see it. Also, the app is super slow loading and sluggish when switching pages. Not a good experience so far.___Update, a few hours later, still no credit. Uninstalling.
