This is one of the only cloud storage options that offers unlimited capacity for photos and videos. I hope this will be further developed and maintained, as Google photos is now limited in storage. This will definitely be a great competitor, and has solid features like a photo editor, etc, and I am very happy with the product overall.

I hate when you open the app you can see the pictures even before you enter your pin or biometrics. Terrible

THIS APP IS THE WORST. FREEZES ALL THE TIME AND DOESN'T SHOW ALL MY PICTURES EVERY TIME I OPEN IT. I HAVE TO CLOSE AND REOPEN SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE IT WILL SHOW ALL PICS AND EVEN THEN THE PICS OPEN VERY SLOW OR SOMETIMES THERE IS A BLANK WHITE SPACE WITH NO PICTURE AVAILABLE. IMAGINE PAYING TWENTY SIX DOLLARS A MONTH FOR UNLIMITED STORAGE THAT NEVER WORKS SMOOTHLY RIDICULOUS THEY NEED TO UPDATE THEIR SERVERS OR SOMETHING. I THINK IM GOING TO HAVE TO CANCEL THIS SERVICE!!!!!!! I HAVE CONTACTED

Was forced to move to this App when Sprint merged with t-mobile. And can't stand it. No way to disable notifications and keep getting multiple a day. It freezes up and doesn't respond. Loved the old sprint complete didn't even have to think about it. This new one needs a lot of work to be customer friendly.

(Update: decided to uninstall; upload crawling) Just installed the app; but wondering why my main Camera folder/DCIM is not showing in the device album list; do see some of those photos being uploaded in the main list though; maybe way too early to tell? Also, don't see a "select all" option; has been almost two hours, and just saw that only 115 photos have been backed up/super slow uploading (I have high speed internet); Will give it a bit and then update this review; ~ thanks (Samsung Note 9)

Needed an option for unlimited it photo storage since my Sprint complete plan is now null and void because of the T-Mobile takeover. Had to scramble quickly to do the process which they only gave us about a week. Thanks T-Mobile for thinking of the millions of customers you've accumulated. So far so good but the jury is still out because because I haven't run into any problems as of yet. If Google photos wasn't such a pain, I would not have to find another solution

If I could give less than 1 star, currently I would. I have yet to find 1 benefit. From this app I can only see backups of like my last 10 pictures. I have never been able to get the optimize tab to load anything other than an all white screen with the spinning wheel of death. Nothing functions without freezing, locking, & requiring the app to be closed. I'm truly not sure what this app is even supposed to do at this point. I reached out for help & the response I got was generic & not helpful

This app is horrible. Free storage or not majority of videos either take forever to load or you have to try ten times to and wait 5 minutes to watch a 15 second video. Also took away unlimited storage from me and all the app does is time out now because it "cannot back up" even tho I'm just looking for a photo. Super buggy used to be pretty good but I can hardly stand to use it as it is so frustrating

This app was promoted by my cell provider for free unlimited photo storage. The app loaded everything that was currently on my device, but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to transfer photos from Photos to Asurion. Asurion doesn't always back up automatically whenever the app is opened and there doesn't seem to be a way to force a back up. The search function is mediocre. Ultimately, I decided to pay a nominal fee to use another photo storage service.

I love this app! With my phone plan I have unlimited storage for photo and video! And with me being a photographer and the amounts of photos I take this is so helpful! The only thing I was was better is its so laggy and I am constantly having to restart the app cause it freezes up and it's just slow all around. If that can be fixed this would be such a game changer!

Deciding to charge due to server costs is one thing, packaging unlimited storage into a ridiculously expensive bundle and trying to use it to lure in customers, while simultaneously deleting everyone's content if they don't back it up, which is why they saved it here in the first place, is another. At least when Google started charging it was low prices and they kept the content from before the change backed up for free. This is just nonsense.

I don't know why Sprint/T-mobile couldn't just keep Sprint complete. Nothing was wrong with the app, then you bring in Asurion, which freezes all the time and doesn't have half the options of Sprint Complete storage. This is a shame and since combining network's, nothing work's the same. Please fix this issue or y'all are going to lose a lot of customer's. I liked my Samsung being different from iPhone, looks like you're copying

Always lagging. Whenever I try to back photos up, it gives an error sign and says will retry later. Doesn't give an option to retry now. The last photo I had backed up was in September. I believe you have to manually get on the app to upload stuff. It doesn't automatically do it like Google photos. I do like that I have unlimited storage with this one, but it doesn't help if I can't upload stuff

The good: it backs up photos. The bad: 1: Uploads ALL images on your device, w/no way to select or exclude files. 2: Only uplods while device is on and unlocked. 3: Due to 1 and 2, initial backup takes an extremely long time if you have a large amount of media. 4: Can't upload from desktop Fix the bad, and this will be 5/5. Until then, it's barely usable at best.

they have much to work on. small things like hitting the back button on my keyboard completely backs out of the app instead of just return to the previous page. loads incredibly slow... if you're lucky. normally just freezes and crashes. I hope it's because everyone is switching at once overloading their servers. and not just how bad they typically operate.

(EDIT) I was a bit hasty to give this app 5 stars. 2 major issues that makes this app a total dud. It does not tell you any details about your photos or videos at all. Not the name, the size or the dimensions. Also, when you try to move or copy a photo to another folder, that's dead too. So it doesn't allow for management other than being able to delete. This app has a lot of promise, but at the moment these issues render it practically worthless. Hopefully they get these issues fixed soon.

This app is terrible. I was sent an email to download it after my photos were transferred from Sprint Complete Storage. When I downloaded it, it would not allow me to access the app and I had to put in different codes multiple times to no avail. I eventually went to the website to look at my photos and they weren't even there. There is no customer service to contact.

This app is horrible, it seems nice at first but there are so many issues. The app doesn't perform well at all and freezes constantly. Downloads on your phone take HOURS or DAYS to finally show up in your gallery. On PC it is somehow worse, you have to request an archive which takes up to 48 hours then they send you to a link with (for my 5000ish photos) 55 individual zip files and a "download all" button that doesn't work. Also, some of the photos and videos through this process corrupted.

Been half a decade, reached to support over 50 times. App is just as unusable as day 1. Just the blank icon or the Asurion default thumbnail, making it impossible to find a pictures without tapping on it and crashing the all. My account has had problems with detecting people, holidays, videos and places Categories are all empty. This has been going on since I switched phones. Going to reach out to home plus see if they can remove all devices but my current.

This does not keep all of your photos! Lost photos when I switched phones 😭 I thought this app had all my photos but it did not! There are good chunks of MONTHS missing that I won't get back! I am devastated! I should have known to trust my gut instinct and do a direct transfer when switching phones than to trust a cloud 😭 I am so mad at myself and most importantly being told by the sales rep this is such a RELIABE app! I will NEVER trust this app again! (And yes, I did backups OFTEN)
