It's stupid because I need to talk to a person because my phone updated and has screwed everything up in my phone. I need something easy not complicated.

After updating, I can't see any of my work contacts, nor can I log in. I've changed my password and it redirects to Ring Central.

i would give a full 5 stars if it weren't for the most recent problems of muted calls, and inconstancy of not answering calls.

For such a large company this app is really useless. For a start needs to be able to manage the phones functions such as call forwarding. I should really take a look at Verizon's app.

App tries to take over all calls, including personal. Tried calling Ring Central and ATT support. Spent 12 hours trying to get in touch with *anyone* to pay my bill because the URL given gives a 404 error.

Only allows calls at certain times with no clear indication of when those times are or how to edit that. Missed calls = lost business.

Crashes, doesn't show I have a call when my desktop shows a call coming through, loss of messages, logs me out randomly, and merges my call log with my personal call log on the iPhone. Not a good app. Only use it cause work uses it

Needs to be Uninstalled and reinstalled daily. Voice and sound go out every day. I use this app for business and it's greatly affecting my ability to communicate with clients.

After the update my managers can no longer sign into the message only extensions. Why take this away? This was a main reason I got this. Now I'm stuck in a 3 year contract without the service I need. Frustrating!!! Give that feature back!!!

App does not make an audible ring tone, only vibrates. Also no options to mute calls on only a singular device. I have to uninstal every day or I get buzzing for other shifts of calls. It has a long way to go in terms of quality of life improvements

AT&T auto-enrolled our entire family account in this without our consent. We couldn't make or receive calls until they took it back off. In an age where people rely on their phones in emergencies and for daily communication, it is unacceptable to push a change that affects voice calls to an entire account of more than 5 phone numbers without confirmation from the paying account holder.

So far so good my only complaint Is my phone calls don't always answer and I can not get the app to stay in my app selection or home screen. I literally have to open my play store every time to utilize the app. Over all app is good though.

App. Does not integrate with my Ford system. It needs to work with other apps. When my secretary forwards a call from a client, it comes under her extension. The caller info is what I need not her line. Please fix. Please fix. More issues. No time to list

Horrific. Lost my business phone number of 8yrs. Everything is outsourced. This never worked and I lost my phone number after a 8+ hrs day on the phone trying to get it to work correctly. I have lost customers, time, money and reputation because At&t uses cheap labor that does not understand or know how to set up their products. There are much better services that have talent and professional people that have excellent communication skills. Stay as afar away from this product. It's poison

garbage app. making calls impossible, lots of trouble you'd have to go if planning on using as your main communication system. missing xalls, all the time not useful at all. other burning numbers work much better than this i know not the same but just comparative. less trouble to use and better quality then this office at hand not good for productivity this app sucks.

Often, app will not ring when someone is calling, sometimes force closing and reopening app helps, but if I don't know it's ringing, I can't try to answer it. When answering, because the answer/reject options are buttons and not sliders, it is very easy to accidentally answer or reject call, should be slide to answer/reject.

When talking on phone the app does not turn off screen so as your ear is touching screen it changes the volume. It needs to mimic the phone app and use proximity sensor to blank screen so accidental changes are not made. 2/20/19 still broken. As you are trying to talk the app turns your volume down. You turn it back up and it turns it down. Horrible, broken app. ZERO STARS.

Unable to log in. I never even get to make it to the sign on page where I can enter my credentials. The sign in button keeps repeating the same message: "Sign in failed. We are having trouble signing you in. Try again later. If you need help, contact our customer support." You then get two buttons: Close or Contact Support. Contact Support just takes you to their useless page of support articles. What a piece of junk app. The whole experience, from desktop to mobile app, is severely lacking.

Office at hand is the most absurd product ever. Do yourself a favor and get any other provider. 6+ hour wait time and still no answer. Do you know how frustrating waiting on hold for 6 hours, just for the line to disconnect, is? Because now I do thanks to them.
