I like mychart better. At least you get to see the summary of your visits and see the test results as soon possible. Do not like this app at all.

Would be nice if we were able to view the summary of our visits instead of going to the website and viewing it there. That defeats the whole purpose of having an app installed on our phone.

I can never use this app. It either says I don't exist when I try to log in, or if I do manage to log in, I then get an error message stating unable to access my info. Useless app.

This app is the WORST I can't even set up an account it keeps telling me its invalid and I have to reset my password. I have NEVER had a issue setting up a account for a patient app for ex: My Chart, Everyday well, Honu, Patient fusion etc.

Love it! ! ! If I forget something when I am at my doctor's office, I can send her and her staff message when I remember. Someone always gets back to me right away. I used to have to try and remember or bring in my note pad. Also if there is a problem with my medicine. I just send them a message and it gets resolved. Really it's. Great tool if you have any medical issues and are at your doctors office as much as I am.

Wondering how to unlink a provider I no longer see anymore. And will never see again. It just pops up on the screen whenever I login and shows me my linked providers. I can't unlink my old Drs office tho.

Don't know why they didn't create a log in option directly within the app. The way they have it now, it forwards me to the browser every time I want to log in. Also, It would be nice to be able to use my phone unlock to log in.

I had biometric login working correctly for several months. Suddenly will not work. There is no link for any type of help. Only refer you back to your provider. This is not an issue that a provider should be bothered with. There is an FAQ which answers a number of questions, but if it is not the question you have, you're out of luck it appears. I did a Google search trying to find support unsuccessfully. Under support in this listing is a website. That is for business and corporate use only.

Poor connection. Spend a good ten to fifteen minutes just waiting for appointment to reconnect. I get notifications even when the option has been turned off, receive notifications at anywhere from to to three in the morning to remind me of appointments. All the practice can say three months later is that we are working on it. Must be Cecil.

App opens to browser, there literally is no point in having the app. Reply: it is supported. It just ask me if I want to log in and switches to browser once I click login. Reply #2: everything is completed for it, when the browser opens it opens my portal with literally all of my information. Meaning it is your app that is the issue.

This app needs a lot of improvement. It's not as convenient as the others from Henry Ford or Beaumont hospitals etc. Their app is way better. You can messages, look a prescribed medication, note your visits as well, and set up different appointments for other doctors, records and so much more. I love ❤️ there's. I'm not sure who developed this app because it seems rushed to have something that isn't convenient at all.

I absolutely love this APP. It's convenient, and I get in touch with my doctor quicker by messaging her. However, I can not receive notifications of results, messages, or appointment reminders. And when I go to the settings on the APP, notifications aren't allowed, BY the APP, not mu phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm unable to pre-check-in to certain appointments. When it comes to "answering questions my doctor has for me," it always gives an error message (I can verify my demographics, insurance, and meds just fine). I can't complete check-in because of it. I have tried emailing for technical help back in Dec, but I never received a reply. Otherwise, I do like this app. I wish some of my doctors' teams/staff utilized the app more frequently, but hey.

New update made this app useless. The new update has made it to where I can't log in to the app at all. Browser works fine but when I try to log in on the app i get an error message saying "something went wrong". My passwords are correct so I'm assuming this is a newly updated app issue which is unfortunate since I used the app regularly to keep track of appts for multiple family members all on one screen. I've also uninstalled and installed the app about 10 times. It's still not working.

Worst app. Errors out at login all the time. Have to delete to reset it to work. Massive negative impact to individual healthcare. Would give negative stars if I could. At random? Whenever an update is made to the app? On a Tuesday when it rains? Any time it wants. And if I have to delete and reinstall the app any time this happens, what's the point of notifications? I shouldn't have to delete the app every time something gets updated!

The idea is good, but the web app is much better than the mobile app. On the mobile app, when I click on a test result and try to go back to the list of results, it takes me all the way up instead of where I left off. Please fix this using navigation components. Additionally, test results for all household members are mixed together. We should be able to choose which member's results we want to see.

Navigation is bad and clunky. Just logging in is a nightmare (Ultimately had to log in twice, will not take auto-pop info, then had to "sign out" to sign in. "Inbox" resets and does not save view or that you opened mail. No higher functions for appointments (can't search other providers). Make an actual app, not a splint for the website.

First time using it was fine. However, when I tried to open it back up it froze, leading to me uninstalling then reinstalling it worked fine then, but I received 2 messages that never came through as notifications. I happened to be checking my email and saw that I had messages. What's the point in having an app that doesn't work compared to the web that does?
