The transition to the new and improved App has been a total failure. I have had to call in every month about some feature not working and it forces me to make payments by phone. That's the opposite of convenience.

I do not like the integration of the web based and app based programs. Definitely harder to navigate than before MUCH more DIFFICULT to make changes, additions, etc to Bill Pay. Wish I could have the mobile app back. The new version is absolutely horrible.

1, because of how wildly bad the new update is -- now it is a guessing game of how to click through and see my account balance. But thank goodness the new update lets me IMMEDIATELY know they'll loan me money 🙄

Nice UI overall. my only complaint is on Android I have to Force Stop it. you cannot "back" your way out, and Remember Me and biometrics doesn't seem to work. if I didn't have KeePass, I'd have to enter the password every time.

My experience sucked. The IT department probably has a college degree but no common sense the app I'm sure was not tested with the public before with out customer choice was installed and after 4 phone calls today I'm still trying to access my account mabe Elon musk will cut these morons jobs,well it's been a few months now and I want to change my review to 0 stars the stupid IT DEPARTMENT still have not fived the app. it's twice as slow as the old one info is still harder to access . you guys have the worst app. on empty in my car, have 7 bucks in one account and 5000 in a account that is linked to my other account. 1 hour away from home and cant make a transfer, like I you freaking kidding me. like you guys suck. I will be switching banks. this happens way to much

Not user friendly at all. The billpay part of the site is not easy to use like it was on the old app. Instead of a quick home page view of your accounts you have to scroll to see more than one accounts information. You can't see pending transactions.

Everything was nice and simple before... One app for personal accounts, one for business. I could login to both with my fingerprint depending on which I needed. Now I have to logout and back in depending on if I need to access my business or my personal and I have to type my long password on a FREAKING PHONE KEYBOARD for each. Who thought this was an improvement?!?! This is awful...

This is way to much I could pay a bill in 30 seconds or less on the other app it takes forever to try to figure out what to do with this one. I don't think people are going to like it. I hate it needs to be layed out different. Very hard to get anything done on it and takes way to long. Maybe some color coordination would be helpful. And a different layout also. Not the best banking app. Background isn't dark enough even though the check is laying on a black surface. Where are the photos of the checks that have been deposited? This app has a long way to go. The previous app was easier to use and navigate, even though it was poorly executed and designed. Not much improvement, if any.

New app is trash. Too many clicks, too much clutter, everything is squished together, and for some reason my two checking accounts show the total in it but the loan only shows the amount of next payment due?? I obviously know the amount of my payment. I've been paying it off for years. Complete total incompetence by developers. I need to know the total left like the old app had and if I could keep the old app I ABSOLUTELY would. Completely useless.

- The text is smaller than on the old app and sub headings are even smaller. - You can no longer transfer money from checking to an over draft loan. - Loans only show the amount due, not the loan amount remaining like it did before - where is zelle? I can't find it at all on the app. When I go to your actual website and click on the link it just spins forever and never loads. Out of space but I have more! - And no chat support in 2025?! I'll call next week when I get a chance.

They make you switch to a new app, which doesn't launch for another week. This essentially leaves you with no access to your account, save going to the bank. For a rural resident, driving an hour to the bank to check my accounts is unreasonable. The proper choice would have been to leave the old app up till the new one launches. This bank has combined with so many institutions over the years and they never handle it well. This is just another case

The new update is NOT user friendly! Went in person 2 days in a row. The employees didn't even know how to fix things. You use to be able to see your transaction without hitting every single one to see who it was for. It's more time consuming to navagate. If you want to pay more than what is due on your overdraft, you now have to do 2 separate transactions. Miss the daily automatic balance texts. Use this app less than the old one. It is frustrating! I love the bank, but now hate the app!

I wish I had the luck others have? On Google and Android I can't even find a pay bill option for my accounts within the bank. Like loans and payments. It doesn't even give me option to select and pay?? Looks like maybe it works on apple?? The text and layout look like a kid designed it. The old app was much better and much more user friendly. I have no idea how to pay these bills now. I'll have to go to the bank which actually defeats the online part!!!! Anyhow, just found this app awful!

This whole experience is a nightmare. Using the same log in and password as the old app and it's telling me it's not right. How am I supposed to track and manage my account without overdrafting. This is ridiculous, you can't deny customers access for days and then deliver an app that isn't working properly. Especially when you are talking about people's money and trying to avoid overdraft fees. You can't even access the website! This needs fixed ASAP!

My only complaint is that the check upload subroutine doesn't allow you to use the flash on your phone. This is the most frustrating change, as Getting the angle just right where your phone isn't blocking the light from the room is highly difficult and frustrating. please add the flash back!!! Other than that, I am enjoying the new interface.

Hate the new app. Don't understand why you changed it. Takes longer to see bills paid because you have to click on each one. Also captions are overlaid to point you can't read them on 1st screen at top & at bottom. I use to Iove the app. Now I dread having to get on it because takes twice as long to do anything. Fire the programmer! I wrote software in 5 different programming languages for 35 years. Loved it & clients loved my work.

May 2025 - this version of the app is not as aesthetic or navigable. I cannot see how to schedule or cancel recurring payments. on the dashboard my account balance display is jumbled together so the balance text is slightly on top of the name of the account. The layout and text are not as easy to read as previous versions.
