For some reason during daytime hours the App works perfectly. However, after 7pm it seems to be extremely slow and constantly buffering.

I love the shows but sometimes I want to cancel this app because I can't see other shows. I wish I could know how to watch everything. I think it's a waste of money because I get a lot of the shows in Netflix.

The only app which has "download videos via WiFi" turned on by default. I burnt my entire monthly Internet allowance in 5 minutes... Unlike all other steaming apps which you have to turn it on manually.

Tiene muchos comentarios negativos en inglés y les responden en español, dicen que están trabajando en corregir fallas pero no hacen nada, por la noche se hace más lenta esta aplicación y tardas más de dos horas en ver una telenovela de 40 minutos They have many negative comments in English and I don't know why they answer them in Spanish, on top of that they tell them that they are working on correcting the faults , but they do nothing, this application slows down more and more pls do something

Good Application, But it should be available 100% in to the UK to, with evryphing what this application includes. I been try it for a few days but unfortunately 95% from this application nophing work's for UK, so definitely is no point paying for this application 5 euros, for what? If in any point this app will be completely available in ti the UK to, then it should be a trial period for at least one month, for the customers to make sure evryphing works properly before they wil start pay for it

I downloaded the app for the TuCaraMeSuena vote this Friday, March 04, 2022 and I hope it doesn't give me errors, because I tried to watch an episode and it hasn't been played, but the advertising hasn't had a playback problem. 🙄

I like the app. But i was wondering as an international customer i would really like English subtitles on other shows too. At least the on-going ones. I was so excited to watch #Luimelia and then start watching Amar es para siempre. I watched #Luimelia but now there are no subtitles for the other show and it makes me really sad.

Is there not a better way to proceed from one episode to the next? Trying to watch a series and there isn't a next option on my mobile device. Is it the app?If it is then it's not very user friendly and a real nuisance going back every time after an episode and going through an entire list to get to the desired episode.

The app is ok, the content is quite bad. Some tv shows just have one episode for season!!! It's funny how you need to pay for use it in the abroad. Not fair, but you can use a VPN connection (more cheaper the the app's subscription) and connect to Spain and voila free use of the app(not for premium content)

In general a good app, works well on the phone. But if I wish to open the player on the computer it keeps loading the sign in site. So not able to log on. Fixed after a couple of days the player now works impeccable. I totally recommend the player now.

Doesn't have subtitles outside of Spain. Even though they are present if you're in Spain, if you're outside or select a different country in your account, then no subtitles are available. Contacted support, and didn't have a response so far. Will give 5 stars if resolved.

Generally good, but very annoying that you can't watch next episode automatically and with ease. You have to scroll through all of them to find the one you want to watch next. With peoples watching habits nowadays it is very annoying and dated.

This is the kind of app which opens up with an ad on screen. Then it promises your content after watching another ad... So yo do. And then, after several minutes of advertising, they tell you "this channel is out because advertising". So you wait, like already 35' minutes watching ads. Then, when that advertising series gets over, they push you back to the beginning of the show you were looking after but, surprise!: since content is just starting, the story falls back to the beginning. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Currently although I pay monthly for Premium International services. I as of last night cannot access any of the Atresplayer programming. While only an hour ago I attempted to access even the most basic I am without service. I have written complaints in both english and spanish and still have no resolve to the problems. I purchased a new PC in Hope's that an update would help. But the services are becoming so sporadic that soon I may withdraw my information and cease to use the services.

I got this app to view one particular show, and so far, the experience with it has been good. It does have a glitch sometimes. At the end of an episode, it sometimes does not give you the preview of the next one or give you the option to see the next one.

*Update* This app has a series that I was searching for almost 2 years. I was so happy to finally find it. There are some improvements that need to be made but overall it is a great and affordable app. so I payed the 5 dollars for the premium international, everything was going fine but from one day to another I wasn't able to watch the serie anymore. It gave a error saying " this serie is not compatible with your geographic region". I tried using VPN and it doesn't work. I am so sad.
