So many good features. Alas it is useless for those who work past midnight as loads of errors are thrown up when clocking in and out for manual input of shifts for initial setup, saying I cant input a clock out that starts before a clock in. setting shift over 2 days doesn't solve this

Extremely diabolically deceptive software. 1.) It's not a free app and should be kicked off the Google store for this intentional deception. The soliciting of this software deliberately avoids any mention of it being paid software. 2.) My security software keeps kicking up warnings since I installed this app. I will be uninstalling this app and doing a factory reset on my phone to preserve my privacy.

The app out of nowhere will pop up and freeze your account and stop all of your employees from clocking in or out and make you pay $7 per person using the app including your employees per month or you can't continue using the it. It wouldn't let my employees clock out from work until I paid $7 per person! What a rip off! Beware! There was nothing about having to pay for anything anywhere when I was setting up my account!

I would give it a zero star. I thought this app was free just got an email saying I have to pay per user. I understand they have to make money somehow but there are much simpler way to keep track of time. Maybe if you charge a premium price at a reasonable price lifetime people might consider it. Just a thought.

Picked this up at my employers request. Took me about 2 minutes to start playing with it. This program runs ZERO checks to ensure time is kept accurately. Change your phones time and voila! Youve worked a 42 hour shift in the span of 30 seconds. GPS spoofing works without an issue aswell. If you are using this for your work crew, youd better trust theyre either too honest or too stupid to exploit these weaknesses.

Hours worked isn't all it tracks. App requires 24/7 location data that gets reported to your employers. The app tracks you wherever you go, therefore allowing employers to invade your privacy off the clock. It's basically spyware for employers. Gross and probably illegal invasion of privacy. Terrible company, terrible app. You aren't allowed to turn tracking to "while in use only", it won't let you clock in or out. Creepy garbage

Can only use this app if you have location settings for always tracking otherwise the app is useless. Invasion of privacy at its finest. Your reply isn't valid as this does not work, as stated when you select any other option (in settings or anywhere else) other than always tracking the app is extremely limited to its use and will not work. Why does this app need to know my every movement even when not using it? I do not trust these apps which force you to select this option.

I'm currently operating a water damage restoration company, & I've only tested it with a couple of employees so far. I haven't rolled it out to the rest of the team yet. This app enables my field workers to clock in remotely and take unpaid or paid breaks, which is fantastic. After testing various similar apps, I've found this one to be the most user-friendly and straightforward without the fluff. I look forward to seeing the app expand and seeing more field worker map tracking features added

At what point was I notified that there was a trial period and then I would be charged a monthly fee to use the app? I wasn't. This information is listed nowhere that I can find. You say this information is provided during sign up but that is incorrect. I never would have started using this app if I would have known. I do like the app but very disappointed when you want to start charging people without being transparent up front.

I think this app has a great interface and tons of potential, but I also think it's too basic & too expensive (it just tracks employees & gives timesheets). More services could be added with data collected from jobs such as Work orders & Job issuance. Individual or group chat (upload policy documents) From Work order to Time sheets. From Time sheets to Payroll & payslip creation. Invoices & expense tracking to profit/loss report for each job. More value is needed for the $5/employee price point.

Nice app. There is one major problem. In a timesheet option, when you select date and then time if the shift is overnight let say from 2000-0800 then it doesn't allow to add that time. Error shows that clock in time should be earlier then clock out. I can't even add a start date and finish date. I don't know why this mistake. It's unusable without that.

Wow 2 star moved to 5 stars! They corrected everything below quickly and even updated me directly!!! That's awesome I used to give this app 2 stars now a full 10 out of 5 trouble viewing the map of employees locations. There is some functions when clicking on buttons, they do not register as easily or save. The map locations has trouble identifying exact addresses. This is a problem if you're trying to identify job locations. I would like to have this fixed before I subscribe to the service.

I have used this app for the past couple years. I really liked it until recently I was charged for 3 seats that have been vacant and unused as they were former employees of mine. I attempted contacting this company and recieved a reply as to why I was charged... then when asking to be refunded for the obviously vacant seats I recieved no response over the course of I believe 3 separate emails. I guess they have decided to keep my money and in doing so will lose my business.

At first I was pretty excited to find this app. It appeared to do what I needed. But, it is way to expensive to use. For example, I pay less per employee to have a full fledged payroll program that does all the government remittances, online availability, ROE and pays the staff into their bank accounts. Provides time sheets and pay stubs. Etc. Although this program has its flaws, basically it's a good start to a time sheet program, unfortunatly programs that are this expensive to use have to provide more than just a simple location tracking, and email a time sheet. I'm not sure why this program comes up on the free category. At 48.00 year per employee, and to be paid up front this program is amazingly expensive. To use it, we have to put in all our staff, even ones that might only be around for a few shifts. Yet they have to be paid for, for the year, or 5$ per month. Either way this becomes a big expense for little reward. The premise is good. But for this cost it had better hang the moon. I wasn't impressed to get the email that I had to subscribe to the program. At those prohibitive rates.

Started with a 14 day trial for our business, had all of our workers join. Now the trial has ended and no matter how many attempts I make to upgrade to a subscription nothing works. I'm getting Error 404 when I click on a link they provide, I click on the red Upgrade box in their app and it takes me to a page that says 'trial ended' and close !!??? NOT HAPPY AT ALL. STILL TRYING TO UPGRADE AND SUBSCRIBE. LINK GLITCHING. I SIGN IN THEN IT FLICKERS THEN RETURNS TO EMPTY PAGE REQUESTING LOGIN AGAIN

We have been using the app for just over a year. While it does work for the Seats we have purchased I am having an issue with purchasing new seats for additional employees. We just got an invoice for 2 seats, we had 3 purchased but it is telling me there are only 2 available. In addition there is NO CONTACT info on the website or the App for Help or to contact the Developer. I found an email here on the Play store. We'll see how fast the Developer responds and rectifies our issues. Quickbooks is pushing me to their app so I'm getting close to pulling that trigger. I'll report back what I find out from the Developer. For the Cost there should be Contact info and great Customer Support. Update: The developer did get a hold of me and rectified my issue with the billing. Apparently it times out and the link expires to purchase additional seats. The issue with not having a direct Customer Service link or option in the App or on the website does still exist. I did see that if you do not sign into your account on their website there is a Support button. However, when you sign into your account it disappears. Very weird to not have this option for your paying customers.

Be aware, this is not a free app, though reading through the description you will not see anything anywhere about cost, free trial or subscription model. Also does not tell you when you register that you're only signing up for a brief free trial. For those wondering, the actual cost is $5 per user. Good app, but not necessary for my personal needs. Just wish they were up front on pricing.

I drive 9-12 hours a day 5-6 days a week, medical transportation. I need something that I can clock in and really keep an eye out on my location, and my time, not to mention my brakes. This app seemed perfect but when I logged in, said my trial had expired? Said nothing about paying for the app when there are plenty of others that are free, ad-free which if it's a good enough app I wouldn't mind paying for it... and of course PriceList popped up, but this just seems like a scam plain and simple.
