I've been listening to mortis media's Podcast for years. The app offers a great variety of the stories that I've listened to was well as new content. I highly recommend if you're interested in this sort of content it's a great app, the customization options rock, and the audio is high quality. I encourage you to subscribe. If possible. It unlocks more customization and supports the creator and their content. I have no difficulty recommending this application.

I love Mort, I've listened to his YouTube stories for years now and he's the only storyteller I will listen to consistently. I was so happy to have this app, but I've literally only used it for maybe a total of 3 days. Why? No stories. It says I've listened to 87 stories, but haven't been able to download any new ones for weeks. Even with purchasing the premium membership, I cannot download any new stories, which is rather disappointing. I would love to rate this app higher....but I cant

Amazing app! As a longtime listener of morts YT chanel I gotta say this app is amazing! I specifically bought YT premium as the adds kept interrupting morts stories, I listen quite a lot, while I work, bed time, cleaning... So the app is great for me, you can control the background noises which is the best feature imo. Sometimes the background noises get a little bit too loud so I'm able to go on & edit it to a volume I like. 10/10 would recommend (& I always do!)

I've been watching Mort on youtube for a long time, and I waa really excited about some extra stories from my favorite narrator, but unfortunatly the app does not open for me. I'm a bit upset that I cant support Mort this way :(. I'm sure the app is amazing! I just wish it would open instead of constantly stopping. Sorry Mort💜

Great app and greater stories, I just can't figure out how to re listen to the stories I've already listened to, I can listen to them 1 by 1 but id like to be able to make my own Playlist of stories possibly even allow us to shuffle stories we've already downloaded. EDIT: I think I found out how to do it you have to (Love) videos in order to shuffle them 😃 best app ❤❤❤❤❤

Downloaded this app a few months ago and within a week I'd bought the full version, Mort voice sounds so soothing, the sounds are crisp and clear with no breaks in the looping and the app even comes with a couple of secrets! It's a literal trove of stories, sounds and sleeping assistance and I would highly recommend this to anybody who's looking for something spooky before bed. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Thanks so much Mort, you've saved me from so many sleepless nights!

Very impressed! A few notes 1. The layout reminds me of winamp media player from 1999 2. I can't tell if it's an effect in app or the recordings, but there seems to be a slight echo effect on some of the stories 3. Please develop a widget that I can place ony homepage. I'm so excited for this! It would be amazing if you were able to get other creators to post in app as well ... Being able to have Mort and Mrcreepypasta in the same playlist would be the best!

A few annoying problems, but mostly a good app. These are my problems 1.) When you run out of stories, even if you are paying for the app, you can't take the stories from the history file and mark them unread so you can start over. Instead the only option is to clear the apps data/cache but that also wipes your payment, thankfully I pay monthly but if I had paid for lifetime I would be annoyed. 2.) After wiping data/cache it's now charging 99p for monthly instead of the 79p stated in the app.

I love this idea. I've been listening for years. I love the option of changing background ambience and volumes. My only negative feedback is that there isn't enough to choose from yet. I listen to primarily cryptid or supernatural stories and the app only has three or four stories for me to choose from in those genres. Love the app and can't wait for more stories to be uploaded

I love this app... It has a great selection of horror stories to listen to with various optional backgrounds (like rain sounds). It's soothing and helps me fall asleep much more easily. Mort's voice is the best and the feature that allows you to stop the stories after a certain timeframe is wonderful. It keeps you from missing out on the stories after you have fallen asleep.

I Absolutely love the app, if you like mortis media, then you'll love the app. Let's you play endless stories for sleeping, (that delete after you've listened as not to lose storage). Multiple free background noise/music options, the ability to choose wich genre of mortis stories to listen to, and many more amazing features. The only thing I wish I could do was to listen to background noise and music at the same time. Overall a very small nitpick for an otherwise amazing app for fans of mortis.

First story in and I went ahead and subscribed and for a great price either way you go!!! I have listen to Mort for years now and this was so exciting to finally have his own app!! I couldn't find one bad thing to say about the app at all!! I love there's so many stories and story types to choose from and you can choose your background noise and music at anytime! So if scary, horror, suspenseful and creepy stories are something you're into then this app is for you!!

I love this app. It's free, there's no ads, and if you want to unlock all the features, a forever subscription is only like $10! Idk if that sounds a little high to some, but ten bucks for HUNDREDS of interesting, spooky stories and a variety of ambient sounds to play and layer in the background while you listen to the story, among other things, is honestly a steal. Definitely recommend this if you like spooky stories.

With a brain that is prone to overthinking, constant worry, and anxiety, listening to Morts narrations help me wind down at the end of the day. His beautiful voice and lovely accent are both extremely soothing. Having the opportunity to chose the background/vocal sounds- even without vocals if i chose- is awesome. I can choose what kind of stories I want to hear and change it at any time. Having the ability to set a timer is perfect. 10/10 would (and do) recommend!

Its absolutely the greatest app out there for amazing scary stories, with soft spooky music or soothing sounds of your choice, premium is cheap whether ur paying monthly or buying it forever. It's definitely worth buying, I love the app so much! My only issue with it is sometimes when my phone turns off the sound glitches from it, I'm not sure if that's an issue with the application itself or just my old phone. Besides that everything is amazing and I'd definitely recommend downloading!

For about 3 years (relatively less time than most people) I have been listening to podcasts on Spotify to help me sleep. Usually creepypastas and soothing voices telling creepy stories. I ran into Mort's pod and I absolutely fell in love with in. Something about his voice puts me to sleep faster than any other podcast. This app is perfect. I set it to tell me stories for about 30 minutes and then leave the sounds on for the night and I'm already asleep before the stories stop playing. Magic.

briefly: Mort's voice is one of the best, but this app has a few problems. during playback, it often tries to play a file which it somehow cannot read, and then halts with only the background audio playing; the app eventually crashes, but background audio continues playing in an orphaned stream until you close the app a second time. its "auto download" doesn't work, least ways if it thinks it has a story downloaded but it doesn't. I'll eventually use it only for the ambiance and for downloading.
