Please is there any help we can get about the scanning of passport it says unable to capture all the information needed? But tried different devices but this the same thing. Also tried different angles to make the passport align with the requirements stated but this still the same error message. Any help will be really appreciated. Wouldn't be leaving a 2star review but just want to ask for help

It was very easy as the instructions and demonstration videos were convincing. Anyone can do it if you just follow the steps mentioned in the app.

everything was going OK but when I reached step 5 and entered my email it suddenly doesn't move forward...like it's stuck at that point...can somebody help me out here please? didn't anyone else face this problem?

For Android, this app doesn't work when you reach to step5. I use I phone istead it's ok but the problem is the difficulty of scaning process and photo quality poor.

the worst app design. the camera doesn't scan the passport picture and I've tried multiple times with multiple devices, even tried scanning a different passport and still comes up with cannot scan. dont waste your time, just go and get your biometrics done in person zzzz
