I've only been able to use the app a few times. All the others it just say network timeout retry. I've been unable to use sign in for awhile. It's absolute useless.

Both my fiance and I are on the same policy. I installed the app but because he had already installed the app it wouldn't let me utilize it because the policy number had already been used. If there is more than one person on a policy both people should be able to use the app with different passwords.

Tried to use the login I have for my computer. It refused to let me log in. Tried to create a new account and it wouldn't let me reuse my email address. Tried to log in with the computer credentials. Still wouldn't let me in. I can log in on my computer just fine. Pointless app.

I have a Samsung S8 android and a Samsung Z Flip android. The app on the S8 shows Location and Storage permissions. The app on the Z Flip shows only Location permission. Therefore, documents will not download to the Z Flip. I have not found the Z Flip Storage permission place to allow changes. Help?

crashes instantly in open. was working fine. Randomly started working again back to not working again. about the time i really need it, it doesn't work. Piece of junk...🙄. Better make sure you send me insurance cards!!

Useless! Tried to login said wrong info. Tried to sign up said email address already in use. Tried again said to many attemts to login yup 3 trys failed each time. 0 stars should be available on the app store. Looked at other reviews and I'm not alone. Others with the same problem told to contact developer. Why use the app store for their app if you have to contact the developer to use it?? SMH

I have been trying to get into the app to setup our account, But it will not let me. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and the same thing. I was hoping this app would work, being my son is in College and when I get new cards I would not have to mail them to him. Wish it could of worked out!!😕

I'm new to auto owners and I've only been able to log into the app one time in the last 2 months. It just sits and spins and then says connection timed out - please fix this bug because what's the point of going paperless if the app never works?

We like Auto Owners as a insurance company but don't rely on the app to tell you the truth about your bill. Trusting it caused us to lose our insurance with them. When Covid hit the app kept telling us we had a balance of 0 for a few months so we assumed it was because of the covid, but it wasn't. When we finally seen a bill come up it was for a lump sum which caught my wife and I off guard and eventually we lost insurance with them. Again the company themselves are great. The app needs work.

Works perfectly now. I have an ad blocker that was perfecting access by the app the website. White listed the app and All fixed!!!! They reached out to me right away, asking to help, so I updated there review to 3 stars. Still getting error Always Get error on startup err::name_not_resolved. Cannot use app at all

App glitches a lot and doesn't allow me to login after the first attempt OnePlus 8T. Contacted the Tech team and said it was my outdated OS on phone that's know for issues (Android 11, upgraded to Android 12). Same issues, glitches and drains the battery like it is it's job. This better be worth the discount. Costing me a phone in the long run.

I paid the amount that the app told me to and because it was a "short amount" according to them they canceled my insurance. I was without insurance for over a month before I found out. No phone calls no snail mail. And the one email they sent me ended up in the spam. They refused to reinstate my insurance even though I sent them screenshots of the payment history. The payment amounts on the app were ALWAYS confusing.

Even when the app says biometrics is authenticated, it just sits on the sign in screen. The app never opens

Again this app did an update and it's even worse than the last update I had to do. You can't find nothing before at least everything had an easy to find category unlike now and I still can't always login.

Before the update the app and website were useful. You could pull up current information about your policies and see current bills and outstanding balances. Now all I get are links to download PDFs of policies and bills, none of them showing adjusted bills after vehicle changes more than a week ago.

The updated app doesn't allow the current total balance for the term to be seen in main screen. I need to know what I'm paying and what I owe in plain sight. This allows for hidden fees and adjustments to go unnoticed. 1 Star

This app needs to do a better job of displaying the car insurance proof card. It only allows you to download a PDF that you have to zoom in on to read. Other insurance apps do this much better. It also doesn't feel like a real app but more like a web applet presenter so it's not well formatted to the small screen. Most functions require you to download a PDF which is just lazy programming. Since the AO insurance cards come as barely preferated fragile printer paper, need app to supplement

Update: Still have issues signing in but figured out a work around that works on my phone. 5 stars if I didn't have to do this. Unable to sign in. I continue to receive a timeout error. I loved this app until two or three weeks ago when this started happening. I now have to log-in through my browser and hope for the best. I sometimes get the same message there but I can usually get in after three tries. I'm unable to get in through the app at all.
