Finally. A call recording app that actually works. The only discrepancy I have, is that in the app it advertises that the one time premium price is $3.04. and when I select that, and it opens up the Play store the one-time price for premium is $15.99 can anyone verify which is supposed to be the correct price? Additionally, the title of every recorded call says "PRIVATE NUMBER". How do I make this the contact name, or phone number as the title of each recording. Great app!

Followed all the instructions, recorded several phone calls only to be greeted by silence. No audio whatsoever. Checked and rechecked everything I could think of to no avail. Contacted customer support and have never received a response. Uninstalled the app but, unfortunately, you cannot get a refund for the subscription. Nice little scam they have going.

Really like this recorder. Very clear audio recording. It is unfortunate to see the rules changed to create dysfunction & I didn't hold it against app developers. Recognize the change is not driven by App Developers, however, they should be a force to reverse it in a fair way. I would appreciate having the option to grant access on my phone to the call-log to avoid always manually updating the number on each call.

1. The ads are too long. 2. The "x" in the top right corner of the ad, which I assume is to close the ad window when it's done playing, didn't work; I could never close an ad window. 3. The playback window showed that the recorded audio was playing, but no sound came out of the phone speaker, nor out of my Bluetooth earpiece when I connected it. Obviously, I uninstalled the app, and will look for an app that works.

The interface is way too busy and that makes the advertisements front and center moreso than the app itself, and mistakingly clicked on as a result. Also is there a way to choose what calls are recorded? I see no such option and if it is there then it needs to be obvious. I don't want every call recorded, which is the default, and I see no other option I'm uninstalling. Thanks.

I had this app a couple years ago and it was amazing, but now it's completely different. It's only records my voice and not a sound from the other end. Also, it's not showing the phone number although it has access 2 my contacts. It labels all calls as "PRIVATE NUMBER". I can't see the number i spoke to and that gives me some sort of anxiety especially cuz there were some calls I was looking forward to record. Definitely need some work. Because I know it's a good app.

The design is fine but the remote caller's voice is MUCH lower than mine. I have the call volume up to its highest. I have so far been unable to find the recordings in my phone with a file management program and don't want to upload them to "the cloud". I want to be able to select where to store the recordings. It records all callers as "PRIVATE". Once these things are fixed, I'll buy the pro version to get rid of the ads.

This app worked great on my LG phone. I paid for the pro version. On my new Moto G Power phone, if only records my voice on the call without the other person's voice on the line. And that only works without the speaker phone. I'd put up with the frustrating ads if the app worked. I'd pay for the pro version again. But it just doesn't work. And the ads on this new unpaid version are obnoxious. Please make this app great again! My disappointment is huge.

Nothing but digital noise doesn't pickup voices and if it does it only records one side of the conversation... your's. The other person on the opposite end is not picked up in the conversation. Use to work but new update is not working maybe on purpose. You have to remember to bring a speaker to capture the other person on the conversation. Your process may vary because it can be a phone issue but all of the phone recorders no long work on my current phone so one star it is all around.

It only records when you are on speaker. I don't know if I just haven't figured it out or if you have to have Pro but no caller ID. What should take 5 minutes has taken over an hour to find the messages I need to save. Gotta go thru each and every one, listen to them, go out and figure out if it was in fact the one you just listened to the hit the star. It would be helpful to have the favorite option available in the playback mode. Then waiting for all the ads in between is so annoying.

Update: still does not work month+ later after new download. LG phone running Android 10 in U.S. location where it is completely legal. App only recorded my half of the conversation. I uninstalled and reinstalled it without improvement. I also noticed every other sound on my phone was quieter despite the volume being set all the way up for those items. The frequency of ads was also obnoxious and hindered using the app.

I just now updated my automatic call recording app and lost all of my recorded calls. Extremely upsetting because I had recorded calls that were very important to me. I'm anxious to get a return reply from this app Administration. I've just sent my second email with an issue of this app not recording. I never received any response from my above rating. It's disappointing not to have an administration respond with problems on their app. I guess it's time to look for a new app.

1) Too many adds. You can't work with the app because of the constant adds. 2) Couldn't find the storage location of the files, I had to share it 1 by one. 3) Block audio. I had problems with phone after receiving a call with my bluetooth. After finishing with the call I had to restart my phone to be able to continue listening to music.

This app was unbearable. Not only were the ads so ridiculously intrusive that they inhibited me from easily using the program, it also worked rather poorly. For each of the four calls I recorded, the app recording showed data for several hundred minutes of conversation. The longest actual conversation I had, though was about 20 minutes. It also consumed an inordinate amount of space on my phone. After four calls, I was notified that my 128gb phone was full.

Only works for about a day. Bought the service, stops, reinstall and only works about a day. All recordings become silent. Wasted my money on this. Galaxy S21 user. Edit: Recently installed, so I have to have it opened on my notifications for it work? that's super annoying and not private . Edit (02/23/2024). I paid the service years ago. Now they went subscription baded, included annoying ads, and does not work anymore. I was robbed.

This is the most worthless piece of software I've ever seen! It always marks it as from "private caller", and at least half of the recording i DO get only do one side of the conversation. The worst though, is I can't actually * answer* a call. It pops a dialog, no way to dismiss it. Then it drops the call and i have to call back. You can go back and mark the caller information manually, but it doesn't"'stick". It only marks THAT call, so next time you still have to Re-enter it. Not worth it!

Actually Record's calls Used with speaker phone on my calls. I bought the one mnth to try it out and see if it was actually without ads. I am still seeing ads such as Wilson gloves ad it still pops up I don't want to uninstall and reinstall in case it will make me pay again. Plus, I don't want to lose any recordings either I emailed support I will update if they get back to me and if they are able to remove the ads as shown on the options for paid upgrades.

I have reviewed 11 different failed ACR apps and this one is performing well. The evaluation (free) version uses advertising on the verge of being extreme, but the app actually works and shows a lot of potential. If this app continues to perform, I will be moving to one of the offered paid versions. (I'm running Android ver 13.x, with 16g RAM and 256g storage.)

It is good about recording each call. When using new device, shared from my phone to pad, each says private number even though I gave it access to my contacts. If I put their (my family's) it came up with the correct name. That doesn't help when a call come in, or reading record if calls. The originating call is not identified by number, all just say private number. I know for a fact that my family does not have private number in use for their phones. This is really disappointing.

If I rate you 4 or less it opens an email. Very slick. I can barely hear any calls recorded. I paid for this app BEFORE you changed it OR updated. I cannot hear anything i recorded. Now, you want me to pay more. And most importantly, I thought I was recording an important call from someone, and THOSE final words are GONE after I had my hopes in this APP.
