Doesn't recognize my credit, won't allow me to login & then at times it opens saying my password is wrong before I've even tried to do anything.

The app shows that my minimum payment is my total balance. I have to go to the website in order to find out the right minimum amount.

App is easy to use, but push notifications for any purchases is a must for me, and those have not been happening. Otherwise, a solid, easy to use app.

It works. I haven't used it before today 06/12 I will update in 6 months. Also, I'm not very excited about the fact that the consumer can not opt out of certain advertising tactics. Thanks!

I can login to the website perfectly fine, when I try to log in to the Avant credit app it tells me I need an update, which is this app. Then when I try to log into this app it keeps telling me my password is invalid. This "update" makes the whole app useless.

Your new app sucks! There was nothing wrong with your old one, your new one doesn't log in, doesn't have fingerprint, the old one had both. I wish you'd shut this garbage down and let us use the old one again.

After installing the new app, I saw that my account shows my entire balance is due on June 1st. I called Avant customer service and was told I don't have a payment due, which I already knew, since I've already made the payment due June 1st. I was assured the mistake on my account will be corrected. It's been several days and it's still saying I owe my entire balance by June 1st.

Not happy with the newest update to your app. Why offer the option of setting up biometric login when EVERY time after that initial setup, you still continually ask for me to login with email & password...and then ask me to AGAIN set up the biometric login?!? Talk about a redundant loop! You need to review how this new app update is working & fix this issue! Very annoying & inconvenient for your customers!

Cant even get started.... set up once went back to the app gotta start over now it wants to update every single time I open it. But freezes up when I click update.... not a good start to a new credit card.... just saying

Worse card experience ever. The card did not arrive and had to be requested for resend 3 times. The card was finally sent a final time after the account had been closed for not being activated. A card was sent while knowing the acct had been shut down. Pathetic. I was assured if I resubmitted the app it would be approved........It was denied. Don't waste your time unless you like being jerked around. You will regret it.

When entering the date of birth, the app will not allow you to enter the exact date, and you will have to make the date of birth the same date that you make your input. The new app is not very friendly. Makes the task more difficult. Please make adjustments to fix this bug, or you will have unhappy customers. Thank you.

So shows my old information. Says my minimum payment due is my full balance. Overall a headache compared to the old credit card specific app. As for the company, you don't allow purchases thru Google, Apple, Square, PayPal, and now Amazon. You're making the card obsolete.

Very easy to use, this app is much better than the last one, and this app shows more account information and payment history 😀 thank God this app was upgraded to a much better version, I have been a loyal customer for 2yrs and 6 months not one time I was interested in going to the old version of this app but only to make a payment, now I'm very happy to say I enjoy the new format setup this app has to offer. Thank you for making this app more detailed 🙏 💕

Trash. Tell me to download this instead of using the Avant credit card app I already have, and it does nothing the first 3 logins. Now it's telling me my password is wrong! It's not. And even if it were wrong, there's nowhere to reset it in the app. Basically pointless. I'll continue using the other app until I'm forced to make the change.

Level is probably the best bank I've ever used. It's cash advance feature is amazing, customer service has always been pretty good and despite a few minor bugs and errors I've had great experience and will continue to do business with level for the years to come. A few things I'd like to see are rush card delivery and samsung pay compatibility. Another cool feature would be a credit builder card.

Signup through the app did not work for me! It failed at submitting my ID. I went to the website and submitted my application that way which worked, and now I'm logged in on the app! I sent support an email and they responded QUICK! I would like to see an option for "vaults" to be added. While it's not a savings account, it has interest better than most of them, so having vaults would make it easier to keep track of emergency funds while keeping the great APY. Hope it lives up to my expectations

As compared to contemporary alternatives, this app falls short. Username and password integration were problematic. However, after multiple attempts, including app removal and reloading. One call to customer support assuring me nothing was out of the ordinary, and no other issues like mine had been reported. I ended up emailing customer service and received a usable link to reset my credentials. I do appreciate the complexity and understand that my experience was not intended. Not endorsed.

The new app isn't much better than the previous version. The new app doesn't allow me to view my statements. I'm met with a 'We hit a snag loading your pdf' error, making it impossible to view any of my statements. I shouldn't have to unenroll in paperless, to have statements mailed to me, and being assessed a monthly statement fee. That's a breach of contract, as you are required to provide statements to your card holders, especially if enrolled in paperless.
