Awesome layout and interface. I love all the features in this app. My only concern is there is no option to save or screenshot money transfer screen.

I gave you 5 star ⭐ . This mean the app is not full. Whenever you update the app you have to write down the updated module on playstore. Add security like ginger print and other. Interface is not enough. Your effort is great I love awash service. Thank you!

Need some features but criticals when compared to existed. For examples: donot have history balances how much do you credited or debited! Just display only balance. And way to CUI is not good too. Just i will give you 5* after you have corrected this both things.

It was cool app, specially the UI features. I got the problem on new version that's unable to transfer money from my Awash account to Telebirr. The phone number that attached to my Awash account is not editable when i want to transfer to another phone number. I wish let Solve that.

I am always having issues using this app. Sometimes it works Sometimes it doesn't. So annoying. It usually tells me to visit the nearest branch when ever it decides to stop working. I spoke to some IT people at Awash but they just tell me to re download it.

It is a nice app. SOME OF ITS FEATURES are improved than the previous version. But some part of the app needs still improvement in relation with necessary information. (1) unable to save slip after payment is effected, and (2) unable to see details of past transactions.

About this app i have one posetive thing which related to performance.therefor The app is just fine but if you look at the interface of the system it's like only available for specific user and the other thing is related to telebirr in this awash bank there is no way to send many for other tele birr user Please do something with this !! The other point is related to security if one user is log in with four digit there is no more privecy thong for example id verification and other things related

Good application but why dont the app display my account banalce instead of the wallet balance. The UI needs simplicity and attractivness into some of the gadjets. A little modification will be great for the app. Other down side is the latest update requires users to go to the nearset branch just for the update. This is completly wrong and needs fixing asap.

Yet another non working Awash app. After 18 months waiting for an updated awash mobile (prev mobile app never worked) this new app is not working either. When I try set it up, I am having trouble passing the first step. OTP sent it says and gives you a 2 minute but OTP arrives after 10 min after expiration. Update: finally received OTP and activated to find out another surprise. App doesn't show transaction history which is supposed to be the most basic function of it. You have to pay for it.

I have been forced to delete the app as I dont see its benefit anymore because I have been facing challenges lately. I transferred money to telebirr, and it's not on telebirr, and it's not returned back. I have requested a return but have been consistently given various excuses, and it's been 10 days. Also I can't transfer to another bank anymore. I am honestly frustrated and disappointed with the service.

Good App. But still all features are not fully added. Example:- There is no transfer from account to Telebirr Agent

The App's Look and interfaces are very good. But why on earth would you charge for for Exchange Rate information ? Isn't that information supposed to be free for the public? And Surprisingly, it does throw error and yet charge me for the information I didn't get. The Air time top-up service also doesn't work but still money is deducted from my balance. I've decided not to use the App until the issues get fixed.

Overall this is a very decent app however sometimes it doesn't work when you transfer to CBE. And also if you could discard the phone number field when transferring to other Banks and instead if you could fetch from the database like other Banks do.

The app experience overall is average. The user interface is okay compared to other banking applications in ethiopia. The one main problem is that the app crashes often when I change to another app and return.
