Worst trading app when compared to other free trading apps available in the market. Im not able to place the order as the app keeps on asking the password even after entering numerous times and the process keeps on continuing. Please fix all the issues. This is not the service we are expecting even after paying the annual charges. Worst app ever! 0 stars from my end.

Worst kind of app.. It is not expected from axis bank. It never works... Only asks for login again and again... And it is impossible to do anything in the app for it is made for... The web application that is also the same very frustrating.. I hope axis bank should look into this otherwise it's a fraud with the customer who have invested their money and now they can not do anything just login and logout.. Off market orders keep getting rejected (even those that are accepted randomly change status without notification or explanation). Sometimes won't even allow me to place orders giving random errors for scrips that I can easily place orders for in other trading apps. Let alone the UI issues everyone is complaining about, the app isn't even reliable enough to trade at times.

Day by day this app is becoming a frustrating experience. Presently click on Login is not responding. And when you click it 3-4 times only then fingerprint login prompt appear. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times but it is the same. Another observation is when you click a stock for description, only Buy option is available not the Sell button.

Asix Ring App has disappeared in the thin air. I have been trying to reinstall in for the last two three days. It keeps looping. Says will be installed, then installed but the app does not appear on my mobile. I thought of uninstalling it but it is not available in the setting also. as it is the desktop app is very slow, and erratic. Now the mobile app is also vanished

Did you name the app as RING to justify that you are going to keep asking credentials again and again and again in a loop. Don't ask me to try to clear cache, re-install the app etc. I have done that all and is of no use. Why is it so hard to develop a simple mobile app. You probably need a better partner to build the app, whoever is doing this for you are no good. App is a disaster to be honest. I would not recommend anyone to it. I am thinking of moving to a reliable provider.

This app is far away to go just to obtain the status of "Just ok". This app is so bad and damn slow. I was asked to create 3 in 1 account and it is the worst ever. I had to struggle for months and it's no use yet. Raised a request to cancel but no response for that as well. App lags so badly. And adding funds to this is a nightmare by the time you get the funds added, the price is already gone up and you end up losing. It needs a lots of improvement. Such a bad experience. Request you stay away

Worst. Made huge losses and lost great opportunities because of this app. I tried using their app to trade because their platform is useless to begin with but this is worse. The app logs me out 4-5 time while trading. While placing order you get errors like there's something wrong so you place the order again only to find out that the earlier order went through and now you have sold or bought the position twice. Searching an option contract is a real pain. Have been with axis for 10 years.

App does not allow rating. I am trying to rate it with one star for the bad investment portfolio but it doesn't save the rating. I also give 1 ⭐ to Santosh Kumar P, who convinced me to make the investment decision.

App keeps on asking for login several times, very difficult to keep orders, I don't know how traders are using this app. I have using this app from last one year, but experience has not improved. Also axis direct needs to improve lot, still many features are not available like online nomination, basket SIP. And also most of times orders are rejected without any reason.

why you people design app, after some time force to install new app earlier it was axis direct then ring now again new app axis invest, very poor and disappointed backend team you people have, instead u should upgrade the existing one , again and agin pop up coming to download axis invest which is not Fully functional

Pathetic! Keeps showing me frintprint scanner for authentication every 2 seconds. Cannot do anything else like buying/selling shares. Please throw it in the garbage. Sorry for the harsh words but it is a very bad app. I cannot imagine you published it. Must fire your app dev team/contractor. I feel like shifting my entire portfolio to a better platform.

Very horrible app. It keeps disabling the pay button and in spite of numerous complaints, nothing seems to be done about it. Please rectify this useless app.

Have been an axis direct member since 2014. But this is the first time these guys have come up with such an untested and unfinished product. Only the interface is available for use and commendable. Rest no other features work appropriately. Cannot place orders. Have to login minimum 5 times to view the portfolio. A lot of times the change in prices/gain/loss are reflected wrong. Overall a product at very very initial stage of development which needs lots of options to twerk up.

Need to improve a lot. 1. Login issue: Everytime i login and browsing further. It again keep on asking the login. Then I have to kill the app and again open then only it works. 2. UI is not at all customer friendly. 3. Most of the time app shows no details. 4. Fund details are always incorrect. 5. Finding the profit and loss statement is itself a juggling and battling.

Despite the numerous complaints about the pathetic UI, they have done nothing to fix it. I cannot see my portfolio at all even after updating the app. I have to login multiple times and even then it's not visible properly. The price tracking is so slow when the market is moving quickly. I called their support line regarding the surcharges and they said they'll arrange a call back, but it never happened. Worst customer experience and support. Do better.

Cannot operate two demat accounts, say of self and of son, like before because every time access code is required. Whether a particular stock is making profit or loss at a given point of time is indicated by + or -, instead red & green font could have been used. Font size so small. Order price is at the top. LTP is shown against 'sold' which is confusing. Visual management is very poorly used

This app has become good for nothing . Most of the mutual fund orders are rejected. Sometimes folio numbers change during the placing orders from selected folio creating more than one folio for a fund . It takes too much time to update . Portfolio shows old value for a long time.
