This company is absolute trash. I get on at 10am to do the presale for vampire weekend on my pc. I select my tickets and it says "oh no there are no tickets available. Try again. I keep getting this message over and over until it sends me a message and thinks I'm a bot. So then I get on the app on my phone off wifi like it suggests. I go through the same steps as above until it thinks I'm a bot again. I contact customer support. They tell me to delete the app and try again. Same thing happened.

Do I appreciate the low fees? Yes. Transferring tickets to my friends was easy. But the app completely failed me when it was time to enter the event. The app doesn't have the ability to save the ticket to your phones wallet feature. It claims it doesn't need wifi service to access the ticket. But the app CRASHED REPEATEDLY when I needed to access my ticket. I couldn't get it open. I couldn't access my ticket. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Logs you out and prevents the use of password managers or pasting of passwords. Typing in a 20+ character random password on mobile is terrible but under the pressure of being at a venue. Really?!? Am I supposed to just use something easy and risk my account? App has never shown my tickets correctly and just says something went wrong. I've had to resort to the website as the app is so frustrating.

I gave up my season tickets to a sports team in part because of AXS. Every update logs me out of the app and I lose access to my tickets. This has even happen when I am driving to the area itself, there is no offline support like where you don’t have signal. The app doesn’t register correctly, my password manager can’t detect and populate my generated password. One update prevented pasting my password, forcing manual entry. Any venue that requires this app to enter I will avoid.

Works ok for using tickets, but I sold some tickets and the app didn't work at all for me for transferring money and I had to go use their website. Transfer options that are available online don't show up in the app, and I tried adding a bank account in the app but it refused to believe my bank's routing number was real. Save yourself the trouble and only use the app when absolutely necessary.

New Year, same old problems. The biggest gripe is that the app routinely logs you out; where this jumps from minor inconvenience to unusablely broken is that it blocks password managers and copy/paste. So I need to enter a strong, case-sensitive password, with special characters and numbers, via smartphone keyboard. Every. Time. I. Open. This. App. Where my exorbitant platform fees go, idk, but it's for sure not towards app development.

The app logs me out every 15 seconds. A lot of the times when I'm logging back in it freezes. Honestly my mood degrades every time I have to interact with this app. Edit updated to two stars, they put the door time very easy to read in this app so I didn't have to search for 45 minutes. I still hate that this is a monopoly.

Please restore the ability to paste in the password field. I use a password manager with long complicated passwords for all accounts and I will be forced to simplify the AXS password or risk holding up the line at events while I try to log back in. Even better would be to support biometric authentication! I would be happy to log in often if that was supported. As it is now, the denial of copy/paste makes this app insecure.

It doesn't actually give you the tickets you paid for. It also prompted me to rate the app and the rating submit button just didn't work. There was no confirmation when making an account, it just froze and refreshed the form but errored when I filled it out again because it made the account in the background without informing. Over all nothing has actually gone right while using this app which is frustrating because it's apparently the only way to get tickets for my next event.

Horrible application. Jumbled up wording and can't access my tickets. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling 4 or 5 times. Still a jumbled up mess. Although I was finally able to contact live chat, they couldn't help out either. I would have gladly paid the service fee to pick them up at the venue. Hopefully they'll be able to let me in on the day of the show. Who knows in this computer age? Lesson learned

Cannot Update Payment Account. Thats the message I kept receiving after trying to add my payment info for future purchases on both the app and website. When speaking to customer service, they told me I had to input that info AT CHECKOUT THE DAY OF! If you're going to be a ticket purchasing app, why not let the customer save their info beforehand? Now, when I buy my tickets, I'll have to be racing to work and having my credit card out in hand at the same time. Annoying AF!! Let's hope it works!

App sucks, walked into event it logged me out. Then wouldn't let me log back in. Then had to leave the Venus to go to the box office to wait in line and almost missed the start of the show. Simplify unacceptable. Also doesn't have a feature to add to my Google wallet for tickets. All ticket apps need that feature. Would not reccomend. Stick to Ticketmaster.

I guess if you need accessibility seating, the app thinks I'm a robot and won't let me try to select any tickets. The regular seating? No problem, it'd let me right in. Tried clearing data and the cache - no dice. Un-installed and reinstalled - still no. Kinda ironic that the ADA tickets are inaccessible. Other than that, I have no complaints. Other than the RIDICULOUS fees. But that's not really an app issue, I suppose.

The app does not remember my login so I have to login every time. Cell reception and WiFi is frequently spotty at venues so there is no guarantee I'll actually be able to login in order to show my ticket when I get to the event. I've tried pulling it up ahead of time, but for some reason it needs to reconnect when I need to pull up the ticket. Additionally, the app does not allow pasting into the password field. So I'm forced to swap back and forth between my password manager to login.

The app logs you out after a certain time, and it is super inconvenient. I have parking passes and occasionally I'll show up to park and the attendant has to wait while I log in. To make it worse, I use a password manager and the app does not allow pasting the password. This is a huge security risk!! It also causes the log in process to take several minutes since I have to manually type my complicated password while switching between the AXS app and my password manager.

Sadly the same experience as everyone else. I've opened the app on WiFi and mobile data, and I've apparently been logged out again, so I've tried to login in preparation for the concert this evening, but I simply wait a while, until I receive an error indicating to check my connection, and try again. It's not related to a connection issue, clearly, given the large amount of complaints. Sorry to have to rate the app so poorly, but I can't access my account and ticket.

The app won't accept payment. Frustrated by this company all together. I've tried to buy tickets through the app and their website. I've tried different cards, using my phone and laptop. Even created different accounts. Always an error message at time of payment. I recently spent an hour on the phone with customer service trying to resolve. Said they'd turn it over to their IT team...and nothing got fixed. I'm being forced to go through resale sites and pay more to get tickets.

This app interface is nice and sleek, which makes all the issues confusing. You'll have to log into this app every week (Hopefully not while you're trying to get into your concert!) and if you use a password manager, you're out of luck because the login screen does not allow you to copy and paste passwords. If I manage to log in and start using the app as intended, such as browsing upcoming shows, the app will lock me out because "I'm a robot." Someone really thought this was okay.

Every time I open it I get a pop up saying it wants to send me notifications. If I wanted notifications, I would enable it. It is annoying. Then it logs me out weekly and constantly updates but nothing changes. Why can't it leave me logged in? Finally, the ticket purchase interface is hard to use. Unfortunately, the desktop site is worse. Constantly freezing or crashing.

Warning! This app may use tricks to try to get you to purchase tickets more than once! I tried to purchase tickets through the app, it said there was an error with the transaction and to retry. I tried 2 more times, on the third time it said the transaction couldn't be completed and took me back to the screen to start the purchase process over for the show. But I was smart, I checked with my credit card and saw that AXS had charged me for the ticket. Unethical. Shameful.
