Sending verification code is so bad.When I put money to my banking from this app,code not sent to my phone.So I touch resent button,is that time server sent old code.Server error is bad.

KYC Approval Process took too long and it has been nearly a month that my mom has to keep waiting for the KYC approval. It kept showing KYC is under review and AYA Pay will update in next 3 days but when ?

I cannot login to my account. The app says my account is locked. What would be the solution. I have made my phone factory reset and after reinstalling the login problem encounters. I am unwilling to contact so called supporters. What will be the online solution for this problem

I cannot upgrade my account because camera doesn't open when I try to shoot my NRC card. Therefore, I cannot connect with my bank account. Totally useless.

Easy to use app but sometimes it needs to log in and log out frequently. If not, it doesn't work well. Kindly fix it.

This mobile app isn't compatible with several smartphones, including my smartphone. No matter how many times you try, you never get beyond the "Try again" message and on to the next step.

If only the linked account's balance can be shown in the app (when the owner withdraws money from the account), it'd be better. Right now, I don't know how much I can withdraw from the account because I can't see the balance of my account in the app. So, please add a feature to solve this problem. Thank you!

There is a big white space under the money balance area, I can't find any icons to transfer money. Not at all convenient to use. Even after restarting the phone, canceling app data usage, and logging in again, the white space still doesn't disappear.

I just put it 3 stars because I love that organization. To be honest, the application is very slow and I can't even do KYC level upgrade. When I try to do it, it asks for pin numbers to start application. It happened again again. I asked for help on facebook messenger. The service provider asked me to wait for a new version of the application in order to do KYC level upgrade. Really really hope that the developer team may fix it very soon and make the application get faster.
