The app is ok, but the hotel rooms are getting worse and worse. After paying online, the app said that I no longer had to go to the reception, but in the hotel my entire family had to present their ID, which was then entered into the system, although I had already done so online. The simple check-in, with sending the password, was always the advantage of this app. As it is now I can also take other hotels.

App itself is great, it simplifies a lot of stuff, but there is one big and really anointing gotcha in B&B system. If you book 2 rooms in one booking with 1 booking number, you will not be able to pay these rooms in check-in machine, only one of them. When you put booking number into machine, it shows only the second booked room. So if you need 2 rooms, book them separately with different booking numbers.

App froze, same after update, finally had to clear all data and it restarted. After login the app remembered my past data. I now have a new B&me ID created today.

This app is very easy to use. U just booked a stay in Paris. With so many locations from which to choose, I had no trouble finding a hotel in an area that was convenient for me.

Good app with major glitches. It has a button to store your payment card for future use. It doesn't work. I tried to take a payment for a property through the website (not the app)and there was some kind of error, which caused it to say your payment card is not authorised. Thereafter, every attempt in the app with any card has the same message "have you entered all the correct details?" I can't make any reservation in the app because of this.

No need a big room, as long as clean, aircon is good during hot days and pet friendly, always be my preferable hotel for those reasons.

I will upgrade the review when it becomes more user friendly. 1. From first page must be able to share a hotel with someone else. 2. Must be able to one click put it in maps. 3. Don't hide book now button. It's what people want to do. Share it, find it, book it.

good app for a great hotel chain. we love the fact that they are pet friendly and have 24h check in. it's also great that you can check in on the app in a lot of cases, so you have your door code before you arrive. always have a great breakfast as well!
