Purchased by accident for 6 months. It was not clear that this could not be used on my TV. Refused to refund. Update: Baby TV DID contact me more than once, only to say they would not refund my money. Here's the wrinkle as to why I changed my review from 1 star to 4: This is really good programming for toddlers. My 2 year old will actually engage with this programming like no other. He's not just mimicking, he's learning. I'm grateful for that. Still not happy with the service end. Oh well.

I downloaded BabyTV and also was truly captivated by the shows. The app is truly easy to make use of and also browse. The only point I didn't like was that the ads were a little frustrating. But besides that, I was really happy with the application and also would certainly recommend it to others.

No ads (im assuming because Im paying) and its really easy to use. However so far none of the content on the app is playable. So far I can only play Beep-beep. We got this because our baby (2 yrs) is obsessed with Mr Snail. Unfortunate this is one of the many videos that can't play. I raised it with Baby TV but to no avail. 1 star out of 5 for wasting our time and for making the baby really miserable. Shame as the content has so much potential yet the app has let them down. Im now unsubscribed.

App works well, customer service sucks and doesn't respond to emails. If you try to use this app on an iPhone, Android or Roku you will have to have three subscriptions. 1 subscription should allow you to use the service on a mobile device and tv. You should not have to pay separate subscriptions to do so. Will be canceling my subscription and finding a better alternative that at least provides customer support for paid subscriptions.

Not that great. The app is quite buggy for one. The free videos have halved in quantity to what used to be available. The premium service is missing loads of shows like its a wonderful day, lale ki lolu, circus comes to town, mice builders and loads more. You can't download anything to watch offline and some videos are poor quality.

Absolute rip off. Very annoyed as my daughter wanted it after seeing an ad on tv. We downloaded it because itvwas free but everything is locked until you purchase the free trial. She has not used it once but charged none the less. Tried to get a refund but no response. I would pay for pango or sago mini wayyyyyyyy before this app.

I paid for a subscription for this app to have the option of downloading videos to watch offline, but there is no option to do this on the app. After searching on the website I found a screenshot of how to do it, but it is completely different to the app Ive already paid for. Also there was a 7 day free trial period that I didn't get, the money came out of my account straight away! Seems like a huge rip off, or not updated? I'm so disappointed and feeling cheated!

The child loves Leo & Pix. I found the app and decided to see if it offered the option to watch just that show. It does... if I subscribe monthly. While it isn't that much, seeing that I pay extra on the Cable bill specifically to let her have this channel, paying extra to let her have multiple episodes of her preferred show seems redundant and like a money grab.

Ive got babytv for my baby since around 2 years, it was sooo good, but after the last update the whole app is completely different and very difficult. Before we used to have a full list so you enter which character you like and play the videos constantly, now its very very hard with a code on every time you want to play a video then only 1 video will play so afterwards it wont work automatically, you need to be available to put the code and then play a video. Im really upset of the new version!

The app seems to have a lot content once you subscribe to the service, but the player itself seems to be lacking some key functionalities, such as: - access to scheduled programming, so that you can have the same behavior as when viewing in a cable tv - ability to create multiple playlists - ability to create playlists of shows with randomized episodes (meaning you'd choose a list of shows, and each would show a random episode) - ability for continuous play when casting to tv. 2 stars

This app is good, however there are some problems. I get having to hold the button for 2 seconds, but why is there a time limit, and why can I only pause, stop, or restart? No rewind or fast forward? Your app on Roku has rewind and fast forward. Also, on Roku, the Songs and Rhymes mixes 1-5 and the K-Z episodes of Charlie & the Alphabet are free, but on here they are paid. Also, why is there no free trials or 6/12 month subscription on Android when there is on iPhone? Good app though.

Fab UNTIL update that's just hit! My autistic child loved the app, and it is suddenly portrait mode, huge images, won't rotate unless you unlock a mini player, and he has access to log in settings, which were previously inaccessible, and he cannot use it the same way, by pressing and holding to leave the programme or pause and he is so upset/frustrated. He is nonverbal and can only express his frustration in very painful ways to himself/us. I wish it hadn't auto updated. Only 1of2 apps he uses

This had all the promise of being the next best thing to having the BabyTV channel, however the irritation from it not working correctly unfortunately outweighs paying for a subscription. Currently the app doesn't work at all, it just loads the initial screen, and prior to this I found that I am unable to create my own playlist and cast. Putting on a new episode of something approximately every 5 minutes is not something I want to be doing.

Horrendous. I'm having the worst time with this app upsetting my kids. I'm getting battered by my autistic children because something I paid for does not work. DON'T DO IT!

Unnecessary updates. I played the night songs for my child every night before sleep. Unfortunately after this latest update, it shows "unable to play video" each time I clicked on them. If u want to do an update, it should be an improvement, not with more glitches. And it is nothing to do with connections as the other videos were perfectly fine. I already sent an email but there was no response at all. As this issue is not really resolved with silly excuses given, I am unsubscibing to this app.

This app is advertised as free but NOTHING is free, which is FALSE INFORMATION and very misleading.It doesn't even give a free trial, demo or sample before you buy. Seeing that they are NOT well known, it would have been good to see what you're buying before you commit. Trash. A waste of time. Deleted straight away.
