Worse app ever. It requires you to watch Ads in order to backup every time trying to backup an app. Don't download it

Edit: Just tried this app again & it's worse than ever! This is an ad-server masked as a backup provider. The videos play & delay every action which makes it unusable. If I could I would rate it zero stars. Original: I've used this app for years and tolerated the adverts but latest update is just bloatware. Backup doesn't work either. I considered upgrading to the Pro version but not for £18.99! Get real Trustlook Security Labs. Uninstalled & donated to X-plore to get backup and other features.

Same problem that a lot of other users appear to have. Upon loading the whole app just freezes. There are better ones out there so if you're thinking of installing, don't bother.

Able to install and archive the apps I wanted, then seemed to upload to google drive. When I reopened and it froze saying "initializing app". Experienced the same issue on the restore device.

Aren't apps set to 'Auto backup' meant to auto backup when a newer version of the same app is installed? Well, they don't!! This app seems to get worse with every version. Now it's also very slow to load as well.

(NEW UPDATE) 1 sec, gotta click the stupid agreement button... 1 sec... ok now I can talk here!! It doesn't have the option to sync to other cloud storages AKA! OneDrive!! And WAIT A MINUTE!! Is that an ad?! You remind me of GAY Google!! Why not have an option to pay $20 to remove ads?! I say $20 because thats what your probably wanting since the whole theme is cluttered and lazy!! And I see you got another app thats just Like this one!! And this is why people perfer Microsoft and Apple! :D

It just works. But only for the app / apk.. Who needs that ? What about the app data? . Making a propper backup of app data has become almost impossible lately. Many apps can not even run their own backup because of write permission to storage. It has become redicules to own an android phone lately 🤔

Update: I stopped updates on some apps because they just get worse. this is one of them. I can't tell it to Rescan after I install an older app by hand, a restore fails but it gives you an ad instead of telling you, it has grown far too complex just to be complex. sad! 7/24/15: That makes it obnoxious for no good reason. Should have 5 stars otherwise. Version 3.0.6

Jan 2020: Reliable way to back up recent app versions, & roll back to earlier version when app update causes problems. | Early 2018: Dropped rating to 1 * after app started showing an intrusive pop-up ad after phone calls. Used my phone's app manager to turn off app's permission to access calls, contacts, location, & SMS, leaving only storage access. That stopped the ads, but user reviews suggested app had not turned off ad spamming.

In fixing my biggest (call monitoring) complaint, they completely broke the Apps/Personal switch ... my phone is stuck on Apps & my tablet will not change from backing up Personal (contacts, messages, etc) ... Tapping the selection does nothing on either device! eMail to support link listed here "Undeliverable" ... Website (Facebook page) hasn't been touched in nearly two years. Figures. Google Play still won't let me score "0" stars.

After update all back ups now fail. First time this has happened in 7 years. Back up path seems to be broken for all options and it can't be chosen. It's blank. In the back up section it says, in horrible grammar, "has not internal storage". On a side note, I have 175GB free space. Clearly everything becomes junk sooner or later.

This is a 5 start app, but like many have said the latest update(s) has/have broken it, especially the auto backup. My main reason to have this app is to keep backups of apps that happen to receive broken updates so I can go back to a previous working version. Since an update broke this app, I just uninstalled it and restored a previous version! So, to those who save versions, go back to version 6.6.1 and all will work again! Just use your phones file manager to install.

I have NO CLUE what was done to this app! It's limited, confusing &/or worthless. Sorry to be harsh but I can't do anything now. The ONLY thing it shows is 2 older Archive files & I can switch from SD to Internal. But you can't look at any apps, backups, backup calls, texts, etc . No ability to do what I hoped for....back up my apps! Several months ago, on previous version, I had numerous backups. Actions were completed easily. If you like getting angry, this app is for you 👎

Google Drive issue still broken in v6.0.8. This latest version was said to have fixed this issue yet for me it still exists. I fired off an email to the support address listed on Play but it came back undeliverable address not found. I used the correct address. I've noticed others also complaining of this issue. The FIX is to roll back to v6.0.0.6001 (**THAT FIX IS ALSO BROKEN NOW**). I tried other versions in between but this is the only one that worked for me. Now my Drive is accessible again! I've been using this app for a long time because it's rock solid and lets me choose where on the SD card I want to store my backups. Keep up the good work but fix your email and fix the bug please.

Doesn't work right. The app crashes when I try to connect my Google Drive account, and when I try to set the backup path, it just shows a blank screen with a confirm button at the bottom, but if I tap confirm, it gives an error saying the backup path is empty and with no way to set it. Would have given 1 star, but at least they tried to provide Google Drive as a storage option, so that's worth something.

The app doesn't seem to be able to do anything other than to turn off the wifi on the receiving phone. No instructions, not even slightly obvious. So I select a widget to save. I SEND it. On the new phone, I receive it. Except that all the app does on the receiving phone, as above, is turn off wifi. That's pretty much useless. It may be able to save it to Google Drive but I can't find any way to do so. SO maybe its great if you can get instructions for it.

there used to be a drop-down menu on the main interface that allowed me to backup my Samsung themes, which is the main reason why I use this app. That drop down menu no longer works. Hitting it just opens an ad. I can no longer backup my Samsung themes and so if I delete them and they are no longer free, then I'm Sol. I've tried to send feedback to the app team and it always just comes back undeliverable. Currently in the market for a new app that actually works the way it should.

Generally pretty good but inconsistent. I have several apps that are archived that do not show up as installed even though they are installed and working properly and I have one app that won't backup at all. At least this app allows me to backup to the external SD card. Update - has really gotten worse. Now crashes every time I try to backup. Have sent feed back and files but no improvement. Jan 2019 - no longer works. Everytime backup fails.

Older version used to work. The December 2018 update does not seem to. I have archived files (from the previous version) on my SD card and would like to revert to another apps older version. This new version cannot find the previously backed up files, says I don't even have an SD card, and won't let me edit the location of the backup default folder so it will actually find them. Regrettably, the program appears to be getting worse rather than better.

I loved the use of this program before it received a total interface update... The one thing that I miss was the ability for the program to give me a summary of how much space remains I think that is very useful. It is one of the reasons that it has kept me from using this new version. Every time it auto updates I always go back to the old version please fix this. I believe that the ability of determining how much space is left is essential in. And to have it in front of you was amazing.
