I am in a big US city and cannot get anyone to respond to me on the app. These rooms can be time sensitive for many people, including transplant workers like myself. This app is great for people who are casually browsing for a roommate as if to not actually fill or find a room. Adults are allowed to simply post and forget about it for weeks and months with no follow-up from the app.

The usefulness of this app has plummeted. On my latest attempt, I was contacted by several interested renters but the app would not let me reply to any. Kept saying that I needed to pay for Plus in order to reply. They should have specified this before allowing to publish my useless free ad. I won't be paying for Plus as I have absolutely ZERO CONFIDENCE in this organization as the help/contact buttons don't even work and a mail was of course never answered.

This app is riddled with Agents pretending to be flatmates. You see the same images for different rooms over and over again - for properties that have long been filled and are there to lure you. The agents all constantly insist you visit thier offices before seeing the property. If i wanted a traditional estate agent...i wouldn't be using this app. It's not the app designers fault per se, but they could do with clamping down on the 'verified' or trusted user status.

Would be nice to turn off the ability of others to send me proposals to rent their place. I already found a place through the app and I'm not interested in others seeing or pushing stuff to my profile. Now the only way would be to delete the profile which is annoying. Also, the "report a bug" and "chat with us" buttons do not do anything when I click on them. Alas, I am submitting bug reports through the app review.

Almost useless without paying Badi Plus, otherwise the number of matches is limited and you cannot even answer queries from interested people. The app doesn't let you add your phone number/email in the add description, forcing you to pay. The paid version is quite useful though, so it's up to you being willing to pay 10 eur

With the new messaging way it became impossible to find previous messages, super inefficient. Should go back to previous messaging panel asap! Update: I can't find the room enquiry as I have been offering my room to users it's lost in "pending". Please bring back the very first inbox, this is super inefficient. I don't want to see the people I offered my rooms. I want to see the ones who are in contact with me. Simple is that.

Seemed so promising, until they decided to become a new model of a real estate app agency. Charging the tenants 100 euros fee for trying to rent a single room for 3 months 😱 and not giving the option to contact de landlords without choosing to make the first payment through badi (the fee covers only the first payment as " the rest of the payments have to be coverd outside the app". There are so many better ways for finding a place! Will certainly not recommend or use it to find a home.

It's very frustrating to make a booking request and waiting 24h to get a confirmation not even knowing if the request was read/seen. Users don't respond (at least in Barcelona) and not all are verified, or have incomplete profiles (languages should be mandatory). A filter for age preference of the person who offers a room would be very useful. Lot of room to improve. *Later edit. After two days of sear hing I saw that one of users I sent the request too raised the price from 400 to 1200 Euro.

If I could give zero stars I would. The app allows you to register but doesn't let you log in after that. "oops there was an unknown error" seems to be the story. I've tried using a number of different emails to register, it does the same thing. Seems like a data collection app for god knows who. - Thanks for responding to my review with an email address to reach out to. I've already wasted my time sending dozens of emails and I've not gotten any responses.

Great initiative, but it has a lot to improve. The user can only request to talk to a landlord and in most cases there's no answer. It's clearly being used by agencies, which I'm not sure was the initial purpose. They put one room in the app and ask to contact elsewhere to show other places. You set up a profile for a couple and the app keep saying you're "a good fit" for ads that are not for couples, quite annoying push notifications. It definitely needs more follow-up from Badi's team.

I like the fact that you can (and have to) outline your personality in detail on your profile, but it's rather frustrating that these parameters are only partially taken into account during the search process. For example, many women specifically indicate they only want female flatmates (which I completely understand), and yet their listings still show up in my search results. Filtering out search results based on incompatible parameters wouldn't be a particularly difficult adaptation.

thieves! you charged me twice for the Gold subscription and buried the listing. I received 1 message in 48 hours. you won't reply to any email. Give me my money back you bunch of scammers! fyi I have used this app several times in the past so I know that you have changed the way ads are pushed. you took 40 euros from me and the ad hasn't been seen by anyone. Refund me immediately for service not provided and for double charging me now!

Probably useful, not in my case. I've gotten multiple offers for rooms through this app. Unfortunately they're all from countries that I don't live in. Despite my location and all my searches being in London UK. People in Barcelona seem to think I'm looking for a room there. I've checked and double checked for a setting that says where I am. I can't find one. So if it exists then it's hidden and not obvious. I like that the app remembers your previous contact message, but that's all.

I hade a bad experience with Badi. Badi is not posting my pictures even if it is in album now I can't upload it.. And I also have another complain that when we put an ad with very trouble after a week we delete it and it is not deleting. So please it's a humble request if you solve this problems. I shall be very thankful to you. Regards

I'm giving it four stars because the sign up process was relatively easy, and the app is smooth and up to date. Unfortunately, I can't use the app because I failed to completely read the description, thus to my surprise finding out that this app is only available in some strange land called Europe. But yeah, I would use this app if I were traveling, and would recommend this app to my friends who do travel. 🙂

communication is one sided; biased against those looking for a place. Filters could be more efficient. Saved searches won't erase, I've tried changing the parameters several times & it always returns to the very first one the day I downloaded the app. Probably better if you have a place to rent out.
