doesn't work on my android phone. I have installed and uninstalled the app twice, and can't get past login, even though I have checked my login details and they workon the website. It may that I have cookies on my phone to show that I am logged on to the Bahn.de website, and that is what is confusing the app. however, the people who are likely to download this app are likely to be logged onto the internet bahn.de site. please Deutcher Bahn - create one app that works really well, instead of lots

The app crashes as soon as you open it. And when you close it, it continues crashing on the background. It's been a couple of updates, and this faulty behaviour continues! It almost seems that the developers don't want their app to be used.

as nice as the idea is, you have to plan ahead of time to use your points (even though they're taken from you immediately). was hoping to redeem 5€ but apparently it'll come in 10 days??? in the app it says 4, and even then that's ridiculous! why would a code need days to send??

The only purpose of this app is to trade Prämienpunkte into e.g. vouchers. And this feature is absolutely not working. Trying to trade these points, I'm send to a Web page to find my connection but in the end I still have to pay. Paying with my Prämienpunkte is not possible. This is unbelievable 🤦 the only purpose of this is not working

A recent update broke the login functionality. The login button on the initial splash screen does not work. I am not able to log in or use the app at all. One star since the app is totally unusable in its current state. I hope an update fixes this soon, it worked before.

Can somebody please tell me how to pay with points for a 2nd class ticket? When following 'To offer' in the end I still have to pay and cannot use my points. I guess my points are going to expire over and over. prettyy useless imo. update: there is an outdated instruction pdf by DB online. apparently the menu has changed and its not possible anymore.

The app itself is fine and relatively well made. But i don't want to have to download another app just to be able to use my BonusPoints. I'd also like to be able to see all bonuses at once (and being able to filter them then) instead of having to click through all of the categories.

This is mainly an app for BahnBonus status customers to claim "advantages": - Entry to the Bahn Lounge and - free drinks My experience. The app won't open when you try to claim the free drink. I had to uninstall and reinstall to make it work. It comes across as false advertising by Deutsche Bahn but it is probably that Deutsche Bahn are simply incompetent at designing digital solutions. Your choice.

Umbelivable again. The app starts in German language and there is no way to switch to English. The app is buggy. In some cases a text does not fit a push button! What is more, I do not really see a point of using this app. Accumulated points can be checked while logging online to web service. You do not really need a separate and another-@-your-phone app for it. Dear Deutsche Bahn, please develop one usefull application instead of a few buggy apps with questionable usefulness. Uninstall.

App sends you back to browser (non cell-phone optimized) when claiming 'Bahnprämien'. This is dilletantic and makes for an awkward and long-winded user experience. Unbelievable that an enterprise as big as DB is not able to professionalize their app. Also, the app is full of glitches and often quits unexpectedly despite recent updates on my part.

The app makes it impossible to book seats using points. It doesn't generate any code and if you want to book seats clicking on the button, it allows you to find the train, select the seats and then there is no payment method with points. This is ridiculous and a very poorly designed feature that does not work.

I honestly think DB is not a train company, they are a start up app developer. They have 6 different apps to download and they are so insanely complicated to use. Why not just have one app that does all of it? How many DB apps do I need to download and go through this complicated sign up process? As for this app specifically, the sign up just does not work, it always goes backs to the same sign up page putting me in a painful loop of sign up and nothing happening and then having to sign up again

When you disable auto translation functionality of your browser and delete browsing history & cookies, it should work.

Glitchy after updates. Slightly better experience than with DB Navigator, but still bad. Of course, only in German.

Quite useless - mainly a scaled down copy of the website. Even to log in I need to enter my details in a mobile browser instead of the app. Spending the bonus miles is similar -- I am redirected to a browser page (which has not even been optimized for mobile devices). I believe this is a waste of effort from Deutsche Bahn, they could have easily saved the expense for this app. The only benefit is that I can see the account balance of my bonus points, but that's a bit poor to justify a separate app.

Cannot use my benefits with this app, when I want to trade points into free tickets, for example. Does not work with the newest version, nor with older versions. I have to use my account on the app and phone of my partner, where it works... Status service is bad and unresponsive (although I have a high status level) and cannot help, but rather sends you on hold for 30min+

Terrible app. First of all, it shouldn't exist. it should just be integrated into the general DB app. Second of all, it's almost impossible to redeem most vouchers with points due to broken workflows and terrible ux design. Thirdly I only got 3 hours sleep last night cuz of train delays. So glad that our friends at DB are just as bad at building apps as running trains. The whole of Germany is fed up with you.

the app shows all information but to use the actual points, it's unintuitive and made so you cannot actually redeem them. For example, if you'd like to upgrade your ticket from 2nd class to 1st class for free, it sends you to the ticket search but only for 1st class tickets, so you cannot even buy the 2nd class ticket to upgrade. All of these points redeem features should exist within the db navigator app and not on some clunky app that is only there to make it more confusing for people. 1/5
