Not much as changed besides the Logo, apps need to be autonomous which means customers have to be able to accesss your services without having to queue outside your agencies. For example if you receive USD or Euros from abroad, the customer should be able to convert the funds into their Akz account without queuing outside an endless line.

This app It is very well developed, they should only improve the use of the company account, the previous version allows you to use the company account and this new version is not available for the company account.

Absolutely horrendous. Cannot get past logging in as the app constantly crashes. Old version was simpler and more effective. Customer care service useless as number hardly goes through. Very disappointing and unnecessary as payment transfers cannot be made.

The fact that I need to download two BAIDIRECTO (Particular and Empresa) apps to use my individual and working accounts instead of switching between accounts in just one app... makes this one of the stupidest and worst Bank app ever. old version much better

This app is not helpful at all. It keeps crushing all the time mostly when I need to use it. The previous one was better because I could open it in one single click without a fight. The company needs solve this problem as soon as possible.

The new app for particular customers has become useless considered that it crashes 90 in 100 attempts. The previous app was lighter, fast and user-friendly!!

I've always liked this bank, but honestly this is a downgrade - New isn't always better. This app is needlessly complex, it lags all the time, and doesn't look that great (dark). Previous version seemed more robust, yet light and most importantly for me, user friendly - I don't want to jump through hoops to manage my own money, that's why I don't go to the tellers.
