had a great time .óur accomodations were spotless.all the staff weré friendly and accommodating. I am handicapped and the staff treated me with the upmost care balleys can be proud of its employees and it's reputation as the best on the boardwalk

This app is terrible...went to Ballys with my sister for my birthday. It wouldn't let me pull up the mailer I had received. Therefore, I didn't get free play or gift cards.(Plus no birthday prize)The desk would not help me and said they would email the office, but I shouldn't expect a reply for hours. I did stop on my way out. Still no help. Left VERY disappointed. Guess where we won't be going for my sister's birthday.

I've downloaded the app. Once the app opens, it goes str8 to a blank page and neve loads. I've tried multiple times, even reinstalled it but no luck 😔

This app is frustrating, I try to log in with my phone number. It's supposed to send a code. After 20 minutes I give up. 2 or 3 HOURS later it sends the code.

I very much enjoy Bal casino being Chicago. I donot enjoy the customer service I've received from your host. Just before 9:00pm. I enjoyed the VIP dinner and proceeded to go to one of my favorite slot machines. I knew the offer $125.00 free slot play was available for this evening. However the free slot play offer didnot appear. again this occured on June 12th Thursday. After I went to cuztomer service about the missing free slot play .
