I see that the slew of common playback/streaming problems are already well-documented here. Why, though, on your garbage media service, can the pregame show not feed into the actual game broadcast? Why do I have to go back to the menu, then (typically) have to wait until after the game starts to click on the actual game? That's dumb. Then, like clockwork, it starts screwing up and repeatedly buffering in the 6th inning.

Casting to TV doesn't work. I've Uninstaller and reinstalled the app to my phone, but no matter what I do the game will not play on the TV. All it will do is show the Bally Sports logo once it is connected. If you pay $30 a month to have access to games, you'd think the streaming would work. I don't want to stare at my small phone screen for 2+ hours.

This app sucks. It constantly has error messages when you try to open it. They are almost never the same. It doesn't work more often than it does. The price is ridiculously high which makes it worse. Then, the "commercial break in progress," when the app actually does work, makes me want to gouge my own eyes out. I hate that this is the only option for Minnesota sports streaming.

I couldn't watch at original airtime, Replay of Game 4: got to see MAYBE 10 min of 1st Period after commercial break, came back to 1:21 left in 2nd period (3-2). Got to see about 5 minutes of 3rd period. Woo fkn hoo. SUPER PISSED that I paid for the ability to watch the playoff games and don't get to watch the complete game (even though I clicked game and restart from beginning). So exactly WHAT am I paying for?

For the same price a month as premium channels, you would think you were getting a premium product. App force closes, nonstop in the middle while watching, that's if you can even get the few teams you're allowed to watch load. Most times, I have to completely log out and shut the app down to even get to start streaming. They are lucky it's the only way to somewhat watch without paying for cable.

I don't think I've had more issues with an app than I have had with the Bally sports app. The app is now incompatible with my smart TV, when I was able to watch it just fine last season. I also tried using it on my ipad, and it won't screen mirror a live game (the mirroring works fine with other apps). I'm just over it at this point.

This app is terrible. We have Ballys Sports App through our cable provider and it is a minute to minute guess as to what you will see. The screen freezes constantly, continual spools or just blacks out entirely. Now, although it has worked for years no matter my location, I am locked out of phone access claiming I need to buy a package to access the same app that I'm already paying for through my provider and two complaints have received nothing but the run around from your technical team.

Worst app ever. Horrible company. On the Xbox it doesn't even show the game half the time. When it does, it shows a 24/7 loading icon. Can I get reimbursed for this please? I haven't been able to watch the games for literal weeks. I've done everything. I've uninstalled, signed out & in, restarted console, and I cannot watch the games on my TV. I don't enjoy watching them on a laptop or my cell phone. Please be better. Can you respond to this review and pretend that you'll fix it though?

Various problems w/app & online station. I pay $19.99/month so you'd think Ballys would work on fixing some of their problems. These include 1) inability to fast forward through already recorded programs more than 20 seconds at a time. 2) buffering that lock the apps video. When you are forced to exit you must start all the way at beginning. 3) unable to fast forward thru commercials on recorded programs w/ annoying loud basketball slamming. 4)limited replay period b4 videos are removed.

Do not give your money to bally sports. This is worse streaming service by far. No HDR, this is 2024. HDR been available for over a decade now. Only comes in stereo sound. I get surround sound through free over the air channels for crying out loud. But the worse by far is I constantly get error message during commercial break every time. Then I have to reach for remote to reestablish the connection.

I tried this app multiple times before finally getting it to stream right through the firestick. Before that when I'd cast it to the TV it would pause all the time during the game. But I still hate that it stops in between the pre-game and the actual game and you have to select the game. The commercials breaks with the croud noise and sports noises are so annoying! They are so loud! I hate that this is my only choice other than crazy expensive cable.

This app so so bad. Almost unusable. When trying to advance it often gets hung hung just buffering. If you go back and forth sometimes it unlocks. If you pause on one device and then go to an alternative device it can't remember where you paused even though it's the same login. But it's the only way to watch the royals when you switch to youtubetv which is an amazing app.

Awful app experience. Should be able to just watch the live feed of the cable channel. Instead, you have to load each game separately. After the pregame show, it just stops instead of leading into the game. Also, the commercial break in progress is the worst I've seen on any app. I don't need to hear fake stadium noises that are twice as loud as the game volume.

What happened to this app? I used this app last year following the Tigers season with no issues. Fast forward to this season and seems like with the new update, the app is definitely not running at peek performance. Live feed keeps buffering. The live stats that you could access from the side screen during the game has disappeared which is very unfortunate. It was nice being able to see who was coming up to bat. The pitching stats, and the transcription of each play.

The app stinks. Games are constantly freezing/ buffering when watched on our new tv. Not very often are we able to watch a game from beginning to end without this happening. It is especially annoying right now trying to watch hockey. Watching on a phone isn't much better because the picture isn't very clear. EDITED 05/06/24: Not sure what happened with the app, but it is now awesome. The last 5 games we have watched have been with ZERO freezing or buffering issues. It's great. Thanks.

It's a good app to stream my baseball team, which is all I use it for. It hasn't had connection issues in a while (jinxed it) But the real issue I have is when I start a game from the beginning despite it starting 30 minutes ago, I am unable to skip through commercials. I fast forward only to be stopped by an "ad" which only states "commercial break in progress" as the player slides at hone plate and the annoying basketball dribbles. Super annoying, needs fixed, especially paying as much as I am

I stream this app via Chromecast to my TV from my phone. I don't have much of a buffering problem like other users. My complaint is that if I switch to another app on my phone, for example to answer a text, the Bally Sports casting immediately disconnects. I have to start all over to get back to the game. Other streaming services don't do that, so what's up with that? I would appreciate an answer instead of a generic reply.
