very nice service , i am using it now and will use it every day, the only problem your system had is the map for destinations it's very difficult to find the addresses in the list of choices it gives you , i think you have to work on it to perfect it more. Thank you

Requires better interface. The taxi app is fine but it toke me somewhere else and made new request.

The worst app. I tried to register alot at different times from different numbers and different phones, it keeps showing the word erorr or telling me a code is sent but actually no code is received. I texted the cutomers service two times, every time they tske my number and tell me they will raise this complain to the technical dept, without further assistance. I waited two weeks to solve it but unfortunately it is still the same. Thus, i uninstalled it and install another taxi app.

Food is overpriced, most discounts are fraud, I do not recommend.

Taxi drivers always struggling to reach my current location, map is not very accurate... Most of map routes missing. Need improvements. Sometimes drivers complaining from Baly policy of the amount.. While it's reasonable. Prices change between time to time. Sometimes i can't cancel the trip order.

Very bad experience with some of the drivers, yesterday someone over charged me and after drop me he took 6 minutes before he drop my ride from the app, the driver was rude and arrogant

A good app. To be fair , I've been using baly for more than a year and I've only had positive experience with it. Polite drivers, cars are clean and has working AC even in توفير vehicles. And the prices are definitely affordable. The only comment I do have is that the map doesn't have all locations like it used to , something to fix.

Good, needs bit of more accuracy in locating the passenger originating location as well as adding more landmarks to simplify the destination location

App is in Arabic only, Baghdad is multilingual city and there are many expats like me which prefer competitors like Careem, Talabat and Toters only because they offer english language in their applications. To compete with them please enable english in your app.

used to reach many more restaurants in my area now just one and the pricing on taxi just doesn't make any sense like it's all over the place

اذا اكو اقل من نجمة كان خليت ، التطبيق اسعاره التكسيات بي صارت مرتفعة. It deserves less than a star. This app now give really high prices for taxi. It is not feasible to use it anymore.

The cars are comfortable and cool the ac is always on, drivers are often nice and quiet. I wish the map would rotate though when booking a taxi and choosing the pick up and drop off, other than that the experience is really good so far.

First of all,The new map isn't accurate and missing alot of places and names of popular stores & streets so it's very hard to determine the location of the places that we want to go to or select the staring location , Secondly the prices change everytime i order a ride and it is the same trip i don't even change the location of the trip!

The app is easy to use. I use the taxi feature most of the time. The GPS is not the best at tracking the taxi movement or the set locations, but the app itself is simple. The prices are way more reasonable than the competitors. I would have liked the app the show me the route during the trip, instead whenever I close the app and open it again, it shows the home screen. Other than that all seems good.
