The app is nothing but a rip off. To invest, you pay high commission, to take out your money, you pay high commission. This app literally eats up your investment with their high commission rates. Lots of people have been complaining, yet they are so fixated on ripping people off. It's really unfortunate.

Fantastic app. I certainly enjoy using it - prompt execution, no delays. I only wish it is possible to check instantly, the rebalanced number of units of stocks each time there's a top up on specific stocks. App is well recommended.

For some reason, the app keeps periodically saying, "You are unauthorized to do this request (401)" and not allowing me to be able to log in for weeks. Other than this, I love the general functionality of the app and the ease of use

The app takes a lot of fees and when you want to withdraw your money it's a whole problem on it's own. I tried to withdraw some amount of my and for over 2 weeks I have not received it. And a friend of mine has encountered the same problem.

I love the experience 🤩 I'm having in this app I love it ❣️, but there's one thing I don't like on the app, someone can not change bank details one you have make withdrawal why's it like that I have almost 3 banks details saved on the app and I want to change them to add a new withdrawal account, but I can't see any options to change the bank details. Why? You guys should do something please 🙏.

I invested in Treasury bills and now I cannot withdraw the investment after it has matured due to an error saying withdrawals cannot occur due to a partial restriction on my account. For goodness sake, what is going on?..There are no channels for support where you can talk to someone. Emails/tweets are not answered. It is well.This is NOT a nice experience. At all

Bamboo is just the perfect investment, stock buying platform, this is the best I've used and has a very friendly UI, so even when you're new to the app you can find your way around it. Bamboo please why are you guys like this nah, I want to purchase Nigeria stocks and I can't because the purchasing price is from 5000 NGN. Please I'm a student, can you guys make it flexible for everyone.Abeg.

I started using this app for a yalear now, and I have never withdraw, trying to withdraw since May, 2024, and they are saying my account is temporarily blocked or unavailable. Sent am email to their customers care more than twice and there is no response. Their customers care is poor, and they should also attend to my account.

Oh yh indeed this app is good for investing stocks buh I have concern about two things which must be looked into and quickly be solved. First of all please reduce your commission and secondly the withdrawal should be made instantly like how the deposit is been done instantly rather than 2-3 days withdrawal. Other than this two issues this app is great. I will give you five stars if this issue is been dealt with.

It has been a nightmare, the commision is crazy. You deposit, they get comission,,) their rate is way high. You convert $10 to naira it is not more $10 Customers service can take a decade before they reply. Net Balance always disappearing here and then. Withdrawal is extremely slow this days and they don't even care. I am not sure sure how they got 3.8.

This app has so far been a good investment app. Just having a little issue that I just detected recently, I can't message the customer support team through the app any longer, whenever I try sending a message, the app logs out by itself. Kindly help look into it. Thank you.

UI has improved and more investment options. The only issue I can think of currently is not being able to view push notifications. They don't even show up in the notification centre. Also, please add better reporting of transaction history.

It's a great app, the UI is great. But my issue is with the various commisions/charges here and there. You're depositing into your wallet, commission will be removed, you're purchasing shares using that wallet, commision will be removed, you're selling your shares, commision will be removed. Honestly, it's getting too much and annoying, also owning to that fact that these commisions are charged in dollars! In short, your charges are too much!!

Bamboo is a fantastic app, I love it and it's user friendly too. It enables you to invest both in local and US stocks. However, I would love it more if it can factor auto save into the wallet thanks.

If there's any star lower than one that's what this app deserves, I got charged $5 for just converting $120 to Naira in the same app, I have never experienced that in my years of using investments apps. Please if you can do not install, fees will take all your money. I got charged $10 for just depositing and withdrawing $120. Worst app I have ever come across. They were going to charge me $45 to withdraw $120 too and my balance would have been $75. Wish I could add pictures to help others.

The app is fantastic and easy to use. I am only giving 4 stars because it keeps logging me out all the time and I will have to input all my details like I am creating a new account before I will have access to my account. That is frustrating and needs to worked on!

The Bamboo app has potential, but it lacks inclusivity in its signup process. Pakistan isn't listed on the citizen selection page, making it impossible for users from Pakistan to register. This oversight is frustrating and limits access for a significant user base. Until this issue is resolved, I can't recommend the app to users from Pakistan. Bamboo should update its country list to avoid excluding potential users.

Fees are too much on this app. They charge for everything and before you know it, you're losing more than you're gaining. They also use their exchange rate. Like they use a higher rate for deposit and a lower rate for withdrawal. I chatted them and they said it happens everywhere but I was not ok with that. I moved my money out and discovered it was far less than I deposited even after gaining a few dollars on some trades. Wanted to do a hit piece on them but just decided to let them be.

So if you guys cannot verify something as simple as my email address, how can I trust you with my money? I have received the verification email multiple times and anytime I click on verify email in my inbox, I get a message that verification was unsuccessful!!! I had to do it multiple times before it was successful...definitely not a good start!! I noticed someone already gave similar feedback in the past but it seems the issue still persists.

It allows you to invest, but it is a very glitchy app. The UI is user-friendly, but the UX requires more work. The app crashes a lot and is always needing updates without solving this issue. It often has issues that make me unable to open it and view my assets, although they've remained intact. Thankfully. I currently can't open the app because it's having another issue. Also, notifications don't take me to relevant messages that match the notifications. Please, work on this.
