I love Swagbucks a lot because it's actually my first time trying a survey app and since the time I started, I've been enjoying the app. I'm supposed to give it a 5 star, but until I cash out.

This is a fraud app. No rewards are available. When the Rewards goal is completed, the app automatically stops working. So don't waste time and data behind such fraud app.

i haven't received the withdrawn amount to my paypal account. i have withdrawn it on March 25th and it's been April 10th since I didn't receive the money. this is the first time that I'm facing a problem with the payment of Banana bucks. kindly check and please make the payment to my paypal account

This app is a waste of time ... i have been collecting points so i can get my payout I am close to get $5 the issue is that the page just loading and nothing shows up how disappointing i thought this app would be different

Beware guys and gals. They are not good because they don't give payments. I had worked and earned $5.02 and had reedemed the amount on 07/05/2024 but still they had not paid me. Think over before working on this app. Thank you.

Worst app I have ever seen ...first they give you daily surveys and if you reach the withdrawal limit...you are able to withdraw it but if you withdraw it then you see that your wallet becomes empty and you got nothing......!!!!! From 10 days I don't recieve my earnings till today..

Good app but on the first two days I earned a sum but later on there is no available surveys and I can't even open daily polls as I don't avail a survey to open the lock of daily polls. Though we answer to some survey, they are not paying it... I hope that the company will fix the issue.

It is fake app , I have done request for my reward of 5$ on 20 April.But not done still. Ihave also sent 5 mails. I got no response except one system generated mail only. I don't wants to take Reward now. I have waited for about 10 days. (New writing on 3rd June still there is no response or information about payment, I have forgotten this , don't use this app) 0/💯 ---- ToDay on 13th june i have deleting my account with $3.9 , still no respose or information about my previous $5 reward. 0/0

What is happening? First, it was good, but now we must unlock the daily poll with the survey. No, no. It's not a good practice. Yet all the surveys are broken or with technical problems. How do you expect us to unlock the daily poll, then? The daily poll takes ages to reach the target. Now you are doing this with a ridiculous idea? Sorry to say. I might uninstall this app soon. I'm disappointed here.

I can't edit the location based surveys in the app and there's barely surveys that i can do. But so far, I've been taking the daily mood survey and i can now cash out my 5$ reward. Waiting to receive it. I'll update once i do. Update: It's been a week since i made the cash out request for $5 and I still haven't received it yet.

I don't qualify for many of the surveys, it takes forever to get to the minimum, I fill out a survey just to be told that I didn't qualify, the reward is small and the surveys are too long. Not interested. I'm just gonna delete the app...

Once of the worst and useless app i have ever seen. If i completed the survey till the end and it's shows you are disqualified and one more thing if i click any survey that shows no surveys available. My final opinion is this app is totally time waste and fake dear users please uninstall this application

Intead of four⭐ i will give it a two ⭐star because for the past few months i cant access anything on the app its blank. I have tried to mail them but still no reply, i have even requested for my pay because i cant continue working on the app but still no reply yet i worked so hard for it so please is either you rectify the issue so that i can continue working on the app or pay me my dollers.🤔🤔

Bananabucks App: Disappointing Experience with Unresponsive Customer Service" Title: "Bananabucks App: Disappointing Experience Marred by Unresponsive Customer Service" The lack of effective communication and the inability to solve a straightforward problem left me extremely dissatisfied. Overall, BananaBucks app's customer service is inefficient, unprofessional, and downright frustrating. I would not recommend this app to anyone, given the poor support experience I had to endure no one to us.

Banana Bucks was a very good app for making alil extra money. I have cashed out many times before and was paid almost instantly BUT, this last cash out I NEVER received my payment and have reached out to Customer service via email 3xs with no response back and it's been over a week. Am uninstalling as it is pointless now.

I had this as 5 stars at first because it was so easy to get money from surveys. I had my first cashout over 2 weeks ago and NEVER received it. It says that it'd take 1-2 business days to go into my PayPal account but again, it's been so long. I've emailed the support line, along with following up, and I haven't received any type of response. I want my earned money and I want it ASAP. I know that $5 shouldn't be a big deal but it is to me, coming from someone who's struggling with finances.
