I went to this app referred from Maverick City Music to purchase concert tickets. That's it! This app was requiring me to set up a music profile and select artists and types of music I like. Are you kidding me with this?! Unfortunately, I missed out on a concert I really wanted to see, because this app is so difficult to use. Just let me buy my tickets!

uninstalling now !!! going on over 2 years still no notifications.l once in a great while i will get a weekly update in my email that's it and a lot of the stuff that says the bands are on tour you'll click on it and nothing is upcoming. They haven't fixed this issue like I said and over two and a half years, I would recommend a different app.

Set up was really pushy. I just wanted to see info about a single show and I had to pick my favorite artist, give my location, and then they want your email and a login just to PREVIEW the app and see what the show cost was/details. It's nice to be able to use basic feature and get information without the third degree. So yah immediate loss of interest.

Good idea, poor execution. You can't set your radius for further than 150mi, get notifications for multiple locations, or search by date, so it's really only useful for checking what local bar bands are playing tonight - bands 'in town' isn't just a cute name. If you're the type to make a weekend trip to see a band you like, or live somewhere like the northeast corridor where taking a 150+ mile train ride to a show isn't unusual, it probably won't do what you want. Which is a shame, because it's a great app idea and an excellent interface.

I really appreciate this app. Keeps me in the know, and easy to use. Scans all my music related profiles as well, making it simple to updat and track artists. However after i switched to the LG G8X ThinQ, the widget displays a white screen instead of calender nformation (any help would be greatly appreciated). Overall, great app for music lovers of all sounds. If you want to stay up to date with your favorite artists, and never miss a show, this is your app!

Very frustrating to use on ANY platform. I want to use email to log in. If I enter my email address I'm told to look for a confirmation email that NEVER shows up (yes, I checked spam). Finally logged in using Google on the web, but no Google option on the app (WHY?), just Facebook (don't use it) or Spotify (don't want to give you all the access you require), so I can't get in. Damn shame, because there's lots of show listings, but too much of a PITA to get to them.

This used to be a very intuitive app. Now? Not so much. You really have to figure out how to use it, and even when you do things like concerts not being listed in order by date just make it a very frustrating experience. As concerts start up I really, really hope they fix it. Just let me set my location / distance and show me what's available by date... It's a rather simple request, no? Why do I need to do jump through hoops to accomplish that?

Update .. still only fair . Fair now. Could be better. Nice when traveling. I find out about some local shows before app. I have never and would never use it for tickets. Suggested improvements: ability to block certain suggested artists and or venues. Stop sending evaluations for shows I was interested in but did not attend. Ability to set default for upcoming shows to tracked artists, not tracked and suggested artists. It's and extra click Everytime. Update 5 22 2022... Still 3 stars....

This app gets show times wrong a lot! It's good for basic band/date information but always verify the time with the venue. It doesn't matter if you report the issue. They don't respond and don't change incorrect information Update March 8, 2020 Switched to 5 stars. They have gotten significantly better about responding to reports about incorrect information. (It's still a good idea to confirm times.) This app is the easiest way for me to keep track of my favorite band's tour schedule.

I liked this app a lot better when all of the upcoming concerts were listed in alphabetical order by artist in a single list. I can't even figure out how to use this app effectively anymore. 🙁 Edit: Was able to get to the old view by clicking the "artists" tab. I still preferred the old layout though, and it seems like there is a lot of missing concerts in this view now.

The app is basically broken to the point where it cannot be used. It basically fails to scan my Spotify data and requests that I manually enter bands to build the "musicDNA". It then fails to find any bands that I search for or load anything from the pre-defined genres, and there is no option to skip this. I've been trying to make this work for quite a while. I used to love this app pre-pandemic but it hasn't worked since.

This app used to have a simple layout, was great for following upcoming concerts for bands a user selected to track and recommend similar sounding bands' concerts in the area of interest. The app no longer provides any of these features. Now the user has to sift through bands they may not like, just to find concerts for bands their interested in periodically, like a needle in a haystack. I was a big fan of this app in the past but now I don't see the appeal.

I used to really enjoy this app, coming back it took me 5 minutes and googling just to find how to see a list of events with just the artists I follow which was the best thing about the app previously. Not only is it difficult, it's not in chronological order like it was before the UI change. Update, I've found the date filter. You really shouldn't have shipped this to prod. Terrible. Update 2, the filter resets every time you leave the search. WHY? It takes a total of 8 clicks to reach my list.

I love most things about this app except that I can't search specific dates for gigs. When I travel I like to see if anyone interesting is playing in that particular city, but having to scroll through a million pages to get to the right date range is a pain. Also, it's very disheartening when I've scrolled for 80 years to get to a date, click on an artist for more info, and then when I hit the back button it takes me all the way back to the beginning of the list for more scrolling. Other than these two things, app is great.

I've been using this app for a long time, I loved it. But it is starting to give me a lot of problems and Im looking for alternatives as a result. It notifies me over and over for the same artist in a couple min period. It prevents me from unfollowing an artist. The biggest issue I have is there is no way to tell them the bugs because the Help Page - Send Email feature just loops itself. You spend the time to type the issue, click send, and it links you back to the same page erasing everything.

The app exists, and it looks very nice, but it really isn't user friendly at all. I had to try verifying my email several times, I figured out by trial and error that I needed to make an account on the website before setting up anything at all on the app (most apps help you set up accounts), when you set up musicians to follow its easy to not realize that "continue" means "finalize your selection or else it's gone" so that had to be done several times... Pretty, but very unfriendly to new users.

This is a very nice to use, useful app. It allows me to specify most of the bands that I like and then notifies me whenever any of them will be playing in the area where I live. It is very easy to go to rhe screen which lists the upcoming performances for any band that I specify and, for each, provides a lot of helpful info about the performance. The developers are continuously adding new features and Improvements to the app.

Checked out other concert apps but this is the best. I like being able to set the geographical radius. Downsides are that it can take a long time to load, & while it has a lot of rock/pop suggested concerts, it pretty much sucks for jazz, classical and world. Also, it's great for live shows but is bad for livestreams because you have to go through extra, unclear steps to buy tickets and watch the streams.

Good concept, and they even have good data, but the experience over time is consistently bad. Most of the time I get a joyous notification like that I should check out shows in my area this weekend takes me to an empty list. Nice. Some bands' promoters seem to be using it frequently to send messages, but the notifications don't show a snippet, you can't interact with each notification individually, when you do get to the notification list you still don't see any useful preview. Slow & annoying.

Great concept when it works. Several features have failed to work properly over the years, which is really frustrating. Currently it's the "follow" button/link for any festival, as well as the "view festival lineup" link for any festival. So it's impossible to use the app to check out a lineup or keep tabs on it. This should not be hard and shouldn't fail. I even reinstalled just in case (Android).
