I lost hope in this bank. The last two years have been a downward trend for their range of services. So many services can't be done through the app and require you to go to the bank like it is the 1980s. Not only that the app hasn't improved in the past year and are still unnecessarily complicated, many services have been downgraded or limited. The bank still doesn't fully support e-commerce and two-way money transfer through PayPal.

Used to be a great quick app with excellent options, but unfortunately keeps getting worse with time. Loading time is forever and most of the time doesn't connect. Just reduced from 2 to 1 because the only way for it to work is to uninstall and reinstall the app almost every time you want to use it!

I love this app it's very useful and easy to use . Recently I am facing a problem with my Android device it's not working at all. Email sent as requested, and i got this reply (We're writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (appstore) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group. This app has not been working for three months now on either of my Samsung Galaxy phones. When contacting customer service, they said it was going to be fixed soon in the next update but it has not. As a temp solution, they suggested I remove emoji programs, which is weired, but I tried and it still does not work. It is a shame to have such problems with such a big and promising bank that has ( had) one of the best mobile banking apps I have ever seen.

Changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. The app has been horrible to use lately, I either get a spinner loading and cannot access the app or a white screen with the Etihad logo on it without the app starting. So every time I need to use the app I need to restart my phone a few times until it works randomly? It's very annoying and embarrassing that every time I want to pay via cliq or transfer anything I need to waste an hour restarting my phone a few times!

I like the app alot, I just have one issue that I think is critical. At times I cannot log into the app and even though I kill it and enter again multiple times I no longer find the fingerprint space. I have to wait a while before it works again which can be a problem if I needed to make transactions urgently at the time

2 issues in the app: 1. Recently when logging on to the app it hangs, and loading icon in the center keeps looping infenttly which prvenring using any function on the app till you reboot the whole OS. 2. In-app aotifications are very annoying, if want to do any action like click submit transaction, and a new Notifications comes up at the same time , it covers the action button at the buttom of the page so you cant click it anymore till you close and reopen the app again.

(Thanks a lot ❤️, your team provided immediate assistance) I love this app, it's one of the smartest among the ŕest banks applications, recently I'm facing a problem which is whenever I want to pay a new bill it keeps telling me to choose an account and no accounts appear at all (it transfers me to blank page, the app is updated and I've tried multiple times in different days but still the problem isn't solved) i truly appreciate if you could solve it out the soonest! Thank you!

It is very useful and amazing in all the ways however, 6-8 months ago the app stopped working on my phone and kept crashing on startup I tried reinstalling, clearing cache and data nothing fixed it. Could you look into this issue and fix it? I can't use it at all anymore. EDIT: The issue has been actually fixed after I did what you told me to do! (Turj off 3rd party keyboards) Thank you a lot.

Horrible, stops functioning at the most inconvenient times and as a banking app, this is absolutely unacceptable as performing financial transactions is not something which can be tolerated when in need of doing so on the spot

Every time I try to open it, it works for a few seconds, and then it just crashes. I've been in touch with the customer support team and the IT team, and they told me to delete some apps. I did everything they said, deleted everything. i dont have third-party keywords and also disabled anything related to that , gave all the permissions for the app. it's still not working! Now I can't even get into my accounts using the app, and it's really frustrating.

I just changed my review from a 5 star in July 2020 to a 1 star... I'd even give it no stars if I could. I have been struggling with the app for over a month now. I sign in but then it just freezes while loading. It's very frustrating. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times and still it's doing the same thing. It works one out of every 20+ times. Very frustrating!!!! What happened to it being the best banking app? Please get your act together...

The app is working perfectly now. Thanks The app has excellent interface and options although it was not always launching from the first time. But it used to launch on second or third attempt. Today I have tried to launch it all day without success. I have tried may be more than a hundred times and it keeps giving the loading sign for ever. What is the problem? It is the latest updated version. I have tried your advice and it doesn't solve the problem. I'm using Samsung S 22+ with latest update.

Every time I redownload the application because every time when I try to enter the application it keeps lagging and stucking so I have to re-download it for it to work again and it's such an irritating experience I hope you guys fix it as fast as possible 💔

This application stopped working on my Blackberry Key2 Android mobile phone. I have other bank applications which works fine.

It was all good until it stopped opening for some reason, I get the spinning logo an then it kicks me out immediately. I have tried both uninstalling the app along with restarting my phone multiple times and it didn't work.

Nice vision but sadly a full of uncompleted app journeys, I tried to switch from my current bank to this bank twice, first using my company account and the second using my private account and both times ended up feeling like I'm treating with something under development 😅 For me, the customer service & employees treatment is amazing but other than that it is literally frustrating. Summary: I can say you can consider it as a startup bank more of a reliable bank (at least based on my experience

Cards screen was very easy and intuitive to use and have all the settings to control the card. However after the recent update you no longer have access to all card settings and it is very stupid and not user friendly at all. The Bank al Etihad app used to be the best leading banking app in Jordan and now it just keep getting worse and worse.

This has been one of the best banking apps . But with recent updates, it's now insanely slow. And sometimes it just loads unendingly. Many times you have to restart the app to get it to work.
