Generally good and easy to use although the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that it can sometimes be cranky to get signed in. I'm also willing to acknowledge that the proven could be yours truly.

Impossible to log in on. Refuses to accept my Username or password. Even after going online and changing the information, it refuses to let me in.

Love my B of A app! I can transfer funds, chat with a rep and schedule appointments for in bank services. I'd be lost without my B of A app!

Honestly don't know how it is cause for I can't download the app. I really need the mobile banking app but I can't download that either. Horrible apps. You can do better BOA.

When I pay bills there is no Confirmation Number given. Also the blue dot disappears and I payed on bill twice...but doesn't no indication IT REALLY SUCKS, MAY BE. CHANGING BANKS. DOROTHY RIPPLE

I've been with Bank of America for about 3 years and the one thing that recently has definitely change my thinking of how easily or readily or availability to speak to someone in a branch is in my location whereas other Banks have more people in their brand that you can actually talk to and at this moment I just opened an LLC I'm sure I can call the number on the card but I don't know how safe it is for the future I like to be able to speak to someone in person if there is an issue0

The app uninstalled on its own and now I refuse to be reinstalled on my phone it just keeps not installing every time I try to start it y'all need to fix that you're too big of a company for this be happening to all these many ✌🇺🇸🤣🕶👓 customers that you have thank you

In two different occassions I have called the bank, out of the online service, and they have been unable to send me an alert but immediately connected me to the online service from which I cannot get anything done.

Wish I can give it 0 star... Can't login at all!!! I can login using laptop or even another iPhone. Android app seems completely broken, it always tell me that the username and password is not recognized.

i never had a problem till they told me i have to update the app. Now it wont download and i dont have access to my account. Dont mess with a good thing. i guess i will switch banks so i can use online services. Fail, US bank, fail!!

I've tried for three days to update my phone with your app, I've even canceled the Bank of America Mobel banking and rebuted it. My phone is a galaxy A12 and my iPad I had no problem updating, the phone is the problem. Please stop the continual updates. I have problems updating your app.. What do I do?

I downloaded the app but unfortunately it wouldn't take my password. It was asking me to create a new one. I read previous reviews of others having the same problem. If you fix this, I'm sure I and whomever else will re download. Thank you

The app worked fine or me. The big problem was that it takes 220 MB of internal storage, with no ability to transfer to external storage. That was FAR too much space. I'll just use their web site. Uninstalled.

Not sure why people are complaining because this application running Excellent on my Galaxy A53. Dark THEME would be nice though. Maybe clients think that this is a regular BofA application but it's not. This is for Private Wealth Management clients only and that's why their logins are not working. Application keeps getting better with each update. Thanks.

Initially very buggy and user unfriendly. often will not recognize your username or password even if you re-enter it over and over. Then you are subjected to the ordeal of a 2-step verification by receiving a 6-digit code via text or email, then entering it to create a so-called new PW. When you "create" by entering it twice, if you merely enter your old one, that it hadn't recognize after 10 or 15 tries; it miraculously works! Last few months it's gotten better but still has many menu issues.

KRAP, After installing I tried to log on using my already established User ID and password I use in the desktop web page but the app keep routing me to the forgot password dialog. The useis and password work fin from the desktop web page. Something is wrong with app.

Pretty decent app! It sometimes acts up and makes it difficult to sign in , and yesterday my app disappeared from my screen and I have to reopen it through the app store??
